Exceptional location, direct access to the beach (20 meters), to the center of the village, without vis-à-vis, view of the sea, the bay and the port of Collioure as well as the royal castle. Comfortable, close to all shops, restaurants, numerous cultural activities (Visit of the Royal Castle, Cinema, museums, conferences, guided tours) and internet. Located on the 2nd floor of a building which has 4, it includes a small bedroom with a 140 bed and a cupboard with sliding doors, a living room, a bathroom with shower and toilet; a renovated and equipped kitchen (fridge, washing machines and dishwashers, mobile air conditioner, oven and electric hob, microwave, etc.). Overall it was a good stay.
The only thing i had an issue with was it was advertised with air conditioning. There is a big machine there that give air, but its more a fan than air conditioning.
That became difficult to control as i had to constantly change the bucket of water filling up from the machine

The location is perfect; centrally located with amazing views of the fort and harbor from your windows. The representative from Py Agency walked us to the apartment and helped carry a suitcase. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Collioure.

Au delà de mes attenties.
L’appartement est petit mais tout est là.
Et si on a besoin de quelque chose, l’agence Py est très proche et on est très serviable.
La location est vraiment parfaite. Nous n’ ont pas une voiture, alors c’était agréable que la petite gare de Collioure n’ est qu’ une promenade de six minutes.

I chose this property for its view of the sea, the town and the castle. That didn't disappoint. The small flat is right across the bridge from the fort that overlooks Collioure and is on the main thoroughfare of the village. The feeling of being "in the thick of it" is wonderful, but you do have to sacrifice the quiet -- France streets are very noisy very early in the morning well into the night and this is no exception! However, the building is located just around the corner from the beaches, just upstairs from the cafes of the main street, and within a block or two of everything Collioure has to offer, which is a lot!
The flat itself is very small and up two flights of stairs, so not easy with luggage, but the management agency did help me with mine when I went to pick up the keys. It was very clean, with an ample kitchen and living room area. There is a bedroom aside from the small couch you see in the photos -- I almost missed it, as it is behind a curtain! The bed is fairly comfortable but no room to maneuver in the room. And, be aware that there is a charge over and above for bed and bath linens, payable when you get the keys -- that was a surprise to me.
I was also surprised to have to take my garbage about a half block away from the flat when I checked out!.
The owner and the PY Agency were accommodating when I had to leave suddenly for a family emergency and I received a partial refund for the nights I had to cancel.
Overall, its a very small, but bright and clean flat -- good for a single or a couple with a child -- as long as you love being right in the middle of the action of Collioure!

Millorar la neteja
Jo crec que l'agencia hauria de fer la neteja de l'apartament i no pas els llogaters. En el meu cas vaig netejar al entrar i abans de sortir.
La resta correcta
Je pense que l'agence devrait faire le ménage de l'appartement et non les locataires. Dans mon cas j'ai nettoyé en entrant et avant de sortir.

Bémol sur le parking...
L'appartement est très bien situé, mais prévoir le parking, car l'accès à l'appartement ne peut se faire qu'à pied (zone piétonnière touristique). Collioure a une politique de stationnement avec abonnement vacanciers. Les parkings sont donc lointains de l'appartement.
Mais l'appartement est très bien situé, ventilable, bien équipé, très agréable, bref un agréable séjour...

Appartement très bien situé, simple,il y a tout ce qu'il faut.
Cela fait 5 fois que je loue cet appartement et je le rejouera.
Seul inconvénient, mais étranger à l'appartement: la difficulté à trouver une place de parking.

idéalement placée dans le centre ville dans un cadre superbe, près des plages, commerces, marché, restos, tout peut se faire à pied. Appart bien équipé. Propriétaire, et contact agence agréable. Un bémol pour le bruit relatif à l'entretien : nettoyage des rues, livraisons, poubelles...

Un trés bon séjour.
Appartement idéalement situé en centre ville avec une jolie vue sur la mer, à deux pas de la plage et au dessus des restaurants. Le pendant de cette situation privilégiée, le bruit des touristes le soir et des livreurs le matin. Néanmoins un excellent séjour.

Appartement in fantastischer Lage
Appartement mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf das Meer, den Hafen und das Château. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet und alles sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Woche mitten in Collioure sehr genossen. Die Wege zur Bäckerei und anderen Geschäften sind kurz. Die Märkte am Mittwoch und Sonntag bieten gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben schöne Ausflüge unternommen: Walter Benjamin Chemin von Banyuls nach Port Bou, Wanderung von Collioure nach Racou, Fahrt nach Ceret etc.
Das Appartement und Collioure haben uns so gut gefallen, dass wir gerne wieder kommen.
Vielen Dank an unsere Vermieter Gilbert et Benjamin de Terssac sowie an die Agentur Py, alle haben sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert.

Joli séjour à Collioure
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, petit studio très agréable, fort bien placé, très bien conçu avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Nous avons l'intention de revenir dans ce même studio lors de prochaines vacances ou sur un long week-end, suivant les possibilités.

Séjour enchanteur au cœur de collioure
Petit appartement idéalement situé. Au cœur de collioure, a 2mn de la plage, offrant une vue très appréciable sur la place de la mairie, le port et la château. Equipement simple et fonctionnel. Accueil chaleureux de la part de l'agence, sans compter l'attention renouvelée du propriétaire. Excellent séjour que nous nous proposons de réitérer.

Au centre de Collioure
Un petit appartement très lumineux au centre de Collioure avec une vue magnifique. Ameublement pratique, nombreuses fenêtres et miroirs, cuisine très bien équipée et de nombreux articles ménagers.
Il serait bon que l'annonce indique qu'il ne s'agit pas d'un appartement calme (du moins en été). A toute heure du jour ou de la nuit, des foules de personnes se déplacent sous les fenêtres. On n'entend presque pas les voitures pour ça. Dans un rayon de quelques mètres il y a un très bon approvisionnement de tout.

Nice Collioure apartment with excellent location
This is the third time that we have rented this property and it’s always a great pleasure.

The view is beautiful, on harbour, castle, street painters and practising commandos right under your window (a real show!). You have to take the many strolling tourists and the street musicians as well, but for us that was all right. We liked the cosy streets and the many nice shops and restaurants, made all the possible walks and had a beautiful guided fauvist tour through the town.

Flannel sheets in those temperatures - unbearable - why? Just be warned there are revellers that keep you awake on a Saturday night till 3.00 am and the dustcarts arrive at 5 am!
