much bigger resort than I thought it would be, very clean with great facilities.
it was very noisy, the doors were difficult to shut so people were slamming these all through the night, meaning I didn’t sleep very well. it was also very expensive for the room I had.

The Staff and service were exceptional, and very accommodating. The hotel has a modern neat vibe to it and the location is great!
The combined shampoo/Conditioner and soap dispenser.

The service and staff was incredible, all very welcoming and ready to help. The breakfast was also great with a chef to prepare fresh omlettes and other types of eggs per order. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would recommend it for anyone who wants a nice vacation with great location.
4.5 / 5.0
Excellent location close to the beach, lots of restaurants around. People are very nice, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was nice, wide range of selection. You have “all you can eat” option for dinner for a nice price. The outside pools are big. Very good atmosphere outside people enjoying sunshine (even in november).
Spa was a bit disappointing, as it was 25 eur charge for using a small jacuzzi and one single sauna.

nothing
Very loud and crowded, very bad value for money(we spent 290 euro for 1 night for 2 person with 1 kid)
We had an impression that it is a cheap sea hotel for 70$/night, not a 300$/night

Very good and friendly personel. Clean dining areas and bars. Excellent food!!
A bit more cleaning in the non main areas. Stairs, hallways, smoking areas etc

just before 9am I was in the bedroom getting dressed and my partner was still asleep when a member of staff let them self in the room I obviously panicked given I was half dressed and woke my partner up who went and asked what the staff member was doing, he advised he was fixing something but we hadn’t been informed of this and did not give anyone permission to enter the room. if it had been 2 minutes earlier I would have been naked. Unfortunately because my pruned had slept in we were in a rush and didn’t have chance to complain at the property. It was really unprofessional and quite scary given the circumstances.

The staff were exceptionally professional, caring and friendly. The hotel was spotless clean and beautiful. Breakfast and lunch was delicious. The pools were just perfect for our family of four. I haven’t been this satisfied with a hotel stay in years.
we should of chose a pool view. The room we booked had a very dull view.

great location, facilties, staff (except one)
seems wrong to complain as this was a good holiday but staff (some) need training in how to treat guests

Very nice, clean and spacious pool area, especially the kids area. Nancy the pool guard was amazing, very engaging with kids and very attentive. Always with a smile on her face. The kids play area next to the pool was excellent.
Location was good, 30 min walk to the old town, 5 min walk to the marina.
Food & Beverage Staff and Nancy (the pool guard) were very nice and very helpful, especially the lady I think called Alyna at the pool bar who was very attentive and made the best cocktails.
Meals were a bit of let down. We had all inclusive package. The food lacked taste and no authentic Greek/Cyprian food night. We had to go out to eat on a several nights. The snack bar was the biggest disappointment, very dry food. I think the way the snack bar is advertised on the Hotel's website is very misleading.
Rooms were spacious and clean. The only issue was that instead of one bed, it was 2 beds pushed together and our 19 months baby fell in between the beds one night. The beds should be pushed and locked together, so it doesnt split.

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly! We felt like we were really taken care off. The hotel is beautifully decorated and very clean. The room was spacious and very comfortable.
I Highly recommend staying there.
The location might be great for a summer vacation, but for the winter, It's not that great.

perfect location , good breakfast , clean and confortable room

The pool areas are absolutely great and there is a very good kids pool area as well with an adjoining playground. The breakfast is one of the best we have had in a hotel for a long time, huge variety and high quality. The room was big and comfortable.
Surprisingly the corridor where our room was looked a bit poorly maintained specially in contrast with the rest of the hotel. When we were there there were quite a few package tourists but the place is big.

probably only the location
old and sad rooms, low ceiling in bathroom, dirty corridors, small windows, poor sound isolation

Most of the people were really nice except the ladies from the reception.
The hotel and the facilities are nice
The bedrooms were so so...
The covid restrictions were not respected!! Nobody is wearing the mask inside the hotel and at the buffet!!!

Perfect location. Very near the harbour and kings mall.
Comfortable and very large rooms. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast and very clean and everything in order.
I didn't like the fact that in the room although it had refrigerator unfortunately it was empty.
Also there weren't any slippers or shower cup in the bathroom although it was very modern.
