Fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge, breakfast area.

Movie theater with THX sound and 3D video, large flat screen in the living room, library, movies and music on NAS server.
Games room with American billiards, sofa convertible 2 beds.
The windows of the living room open onto a large terrace of 30 m² with a large teak table for 8 people.
The Ipé wooden roof terrace is equipped with a summer kitchen (barbecue, griddle, sink), a table for 6 people, a solarium with lounge chair, a sitting / reading area (" day bed ") and a jacuzzi for 5 people with shower on terrace. The roof terrace has shade sails to be protected from the sun.
In the evening the charm operates with a beautiful lighting of multicolored LEDs.
On the floor 3 air-conditioned rooms:
- Master suite of 24 m² with double bed of 1. 60 m, walk-in shower and dressing.
- Second bedroom with 2 single beds that can turn into a double bed.

1 air-conditioned independent studio of 30 m² with sofa bed of 1. 4 m very comfortable (large wooden slats and thick mattresses), desk, TV, DVD, Internet wifi, bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
The villa can accommodate 10 people.
Very accessible thanks to its proximity to Nice Airport (30 km) and the private aerodrome of Cannes to two kilometers. 10 minutes from the TGV train station.
The region is very well served by the motorway network.
A car is not necessary to get to town.
