CLEAN! Fresh linens, stocked kitchen and roomy space! Perfect for our family of four!

It was very cozy. Perfect for my family.

Hot tub and grill were awesome.
Very clean and stocked well with amenities.
Expected a better view, but the deck was nice.
Tv remotes were hard to use and had to by batteries.
Pool table was fun, but off center and sticks need new tips

Location
House was dirty, hot tub was dirty, tub in bathroom was dirty, was unable to enjoy any of it. The backyard was dirty,I was very disappointed i will never visit again. The back porch rails were unsafe, i did no feel safe leaving my kids on the back porch. There was dog hair, no clean sheets etc.

Parking

Parking. Neighbor yelled at us because there is no parking. Chunks of hair floating in hot tub and on air return. Black mold in bathroom. Instructions upon leaving were told the blankets and put them back in closet. Gross. And I slipped and busted my head getting out of hot tub. Remnants of old bed bug infestation. Owners refused to answer and then turned off their phone. So many negatives. These pics are false advertisement. It's terrible. Do not stay here.

the view we had
the place was dirty

It was clean , decor was good.
Kitchen was not well equipped, glass on oven was broken and therefore took forever to cook anything. Bathroom showers and hall bathroom toilet needs repair. Beds were very uncomfortable. Pool sticks had no tips. This property is directly behind the main house, not mentioned in the description and has no view.

Parking is horrible. The neighbor evidently doesn’t want anyone using his drive way.

It’s was a really nice and clean looking cabin!
Internet was out for a couple days

Conveniently located close to the parkway. The kids loved the pool table and hot tub. I appreciated the full size washer and dryer. Having a Roku tv was a definite plus.
As mentioned in other reviews the driveway is very steep but manageable. Being directly tucked behind a residential home was off putting.
I would recommend putting a box spring on the bed in the first bedroom or possibly a mattress upgrade.

There was nothing to like, but if i have to find one or two things, I’d say that the fridge was cold and ac worked.
Here’s a list of things that went wrong with our stay: broken window, Black mold in the shower, Nails sticking out of trim, exposed electrical wires in light fixture, car air fresheners hanging on light bulbs in kitchen, holes in walls, no box spring in bed so mattress was falling through frame, no toiletries provided, no return call or text from owner, beer cans and cigarette butts all over property, awful decor, wifi didn’t work, you’ll get hit with a $100 service charge once you book your stay. No where does it mention this fee except under policies, so beware!

We liked the fact that it did have 2 bedrooms and it was close to everything.
We didn’t like the smell of the water. (It smelled like blood.) The toilets smelled awful, so we had to buy bleach to throughly clean them. The bed in the second bedroom was very uncomfortable. (You can tell the mattress was really old because I felt springs when I laid down). Also, the hot tub was unusable because it smelled really bad. (That was a bummer because we were looking forward to using it.)

Everything else, the view and the location!
The only negative I can say is the water pressure was nonexistent in the master bedroom and was low in the other shower. It was difficult but definitely doable sharing one shower among 4 people. Also the daybed in the living room was good for extra sleeping accommodations but not great for lounging in the living room.

It was clean though not updated at all. There were ample supplies of dishes, towels, toilet paper, dishwasher and soap supplies. There was a pool table, though not enough room to play several shots and only 2 pool cues in terrible condition.
We were sent an email in the afternoon of our arrival and we had no phone signal to get the email so we had to contact the host for how to get into the cabin. We would not have even been able to find the right cabin had not the neighbor been there to show us where is was. There was a gas fireplace but no instructions on how to start it and then we find out we have to deal with lighting the pilot - it never lit correctly and should have already been lit for our stay. The hot tub may have had fresh water in it but we only used it once since the water had a decidedly slimy feel to it. The toilet areas seemed clean but they had an odor to them that became stronger as our stay progressed. The tv remotes were old and seemed unclean- one had no back on it. The pool cues were ridiculous, one had no felt tip at all and several shots could not be made because of the limited room.
