Highly recommend

What a gorgeous place! Quirky and cosy, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again even with it being on the slightly higher end of the price scale. Totally worth it! Even though they don't do food, they liase with a local chip shop and order your food for you, they then have it delivered and you can eat it in the bar area or beer garden if its nice out. Brilliant idea. Staff were all so friendly and Chris the barman was so knowledgeable about the whiskeys (and there are a lot!) Loved it.

Nice quiet place close to Oban town centre

Clean comfortable well-equipped room - good bed. Complimentary breakfast pack was a pleasant surprise. Very close to centre of Oban for restaurants bars train station ferry etc. Downstairs whisky bar looked good and they have a deal with the local fish and chip shop to get food delivered to your table

It is worth a short stay.

The staff (owner) was excellent. He gave us a ton of information. He helped us with our luggage. The hotel offered a complementary breakfast bag which was very well appreciated. It is also conviniently situated.

The stairs but I new that before we got there. The brightness in the room.

Comfortable and quite but very small shower

Staff were amazing and the room was large and very comfortable

The shower was way too small if you are not a slim small size and no parking. Quite expensive when no breakfast or parking is included

Great stay at an interesting hotel

I wish we could have stayed here longer on our trip. What a great hotel to stay in and a great location for food, the ferry, shops etc. Our room was so comfortable and the bathroom was larger than most other "boutique" hotels. They packed a great "to go" breakfast bag for us so we could leave for our ferry early. The bar staff was wonderful and spent extra time educating us on the region's whisky history.

Nothing! Everything was great and my only wish is that we could have stayed there longer as they were booked up for the remainder of our trip to Oban.

Excellent location, very sweet hotel

Simple and clean, room is very nice and and has everything you need. Location was excellent, a minute walk from the harbor the shops, restaurants etc. Reception is open till 19:00 however you can check in at the Whisky bar which is open much later. Team was extremely friendly and nice. They reserved sits for us at a very recommended restaurant The breakfast bag is an excellent idea! and it shows up at your door very early

great place as a bolt hole not be confused with hotels who have comfy lounge bars I would return again

it was so central to everything in Oban

the shower/ toilet room. whilst beautifully clean and a wonderful finish it was just to compact

Breakfast was left at the bedroom door which we were aware of beforehand. Good selection and close to all in the bag. The location was central to the town centre, and close to car parking.

Superb

Very friendly. Beautifully decorated room and comfy bed. Rather a tiny bathroom and shower but all functioned very well. The largest collection of whisky we’ve even seen in the bar. Cosy bar with real fire burning.

We had a wonderful stay, great chats and we enjoyed the attached Whiskey Bar.

The hotel was right off the city center and easy to locate.
