About this house rental

CLEANING PROCEDURES: In this time of the pandemic, my cleaner takes her role seriously and is adjusting her procedures as new information is received. Currently, her procedures are as follows: Masks and gloves are used throughout the entire cleaning. Spraying a disinfectant is used throughout the house, especially the fabrics. 99.9 % disinfecting products are used on each surface. In general, the house is cleaned twice, first to disinfect and then cleaned. In addition, common touch areas are cleaned with 99% alcohol solution. Lysol is also sprayed after exiting each room. The cleaner will only clean when no one is in the home. The cleaner will continue to adjust her procedures as new information is learned.
This newly constructed home sits on a secluded 3.02 acres to ensure privacy yet close to the offerings of Bolton Landing. It is only 1/4 mile from the The Sagamore Golf Course and about 2 miles from the town beaches and the town of Bolton Landing.
This home offers a perfect setting for two couples vacationing together or a family of four.

The first floor features an open floor plan for the living room, dining room and kitchen which offers a great setting for family memories and socializing.
The kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel GE appliances and a wine cooler. The living room includes a stone fireplace with a wood stove insert for chilly evenings.
The master bedroom has a king size custom made cherry four-post bed made by an award-winning craftsman with an adjoining master bathroom.
Also downstairs is another half bath, and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.
Upstairs, the guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a private bathroom. The large loft can be used as a game room or a quiet sitting area. Another smaller loft includes a twin size bed for a small child.

1900 + square feet on 3.02 acres
Sleeps 4 adults and 1 child or families up to 5 people.

Activities:

Because Bolton Landing is a resort community, there are several activities in and around the area. Several flyers of local activities will be available. It will be a pleasure for me to assist you with any questions you may have about this beautiful area. If you rent during the racing season, The Saratoga Race Track is less than an hour away.

We stayed at the house with friends. It is very quiet and has very good facilities. Although the track upto the property is long, winding abd steep in places we had no problems even in a van/people carrier. Although the house is remote it is only 2 minutes to the golf course abd 5-6 minutes back down to Bolton Landing. We all had a great time

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our few days in this fantastic house. Greg's communication was great prior to and during our stay. Loved the layout and cleanliness of the home. The screened in porch off the back of the house puts you in paradise where we enjoyed every mealtime. The kitchen was great too for cooking. We unfortunately had rainy weather that made it a challenge to use our boat on the lake, but having such a nice house made the non-lake time most enjoyable. Hope to come back again to this wonderful house and host.

My family and I had a great week at Lake George. The location and quality of Greg's house were really perfect, and exactly what we were looking for. The kids had a wonderful time - between being in a new house, going to the beach, to both of the Forts, hiking, biking, etc... we couldn't have had a better time. We would definitely stay at Greg's home again! Thanks again!

A very pleasant escape from the City and the pandemic amid lots of greenery. Greg's house is perfect for a small group, fully outfitted kitchen, very spacious and open ground plan, comfortable. A quick 5 minute drive to the lake and kayaking, boating, etc. One point to note: You do need a SUV or 4x4 to get up the very steep driveway. High recommendation.

We spent a week at Greg's house and loved every single moment of it. Great location secluded in the woods, yet just 3 minutes away from Bolton Landing's beach and main local attractions. House is very clean. It is in excellent condition, and fully stocked with all necessary amenities. Greg is a great host, answering within minutes. Highly recommend!

We were looking to spend some time together before 2 of our 3 kids returned to college. The Lake George area was the perfect spot, and this house made it even better. From the open floor plan, to the secluded location up the hill, we enjoyed the large kitchen and family room, the screened in back porch, and the yard which included a fire pit. Everything was clean, and the fresh smell of the pine wood trim added to the rustic feel. The location of the house made it easy to access the shops and restaurants in Bolton Landing, spend some time boating on the lake, and squeeze in a round of golf. Greg met us at the house upon arrival, and gave us a quick tour. He was very easy to deal with, and extremely helpful. We will definitely look to stay here again on our next trip to Bolton Landing!

If you are looking to spend time in the outdoors but with the comforts of home this is the prefect place. The homeowner Greg was great to work with and the home was very clean with all modern necessities. Be sure to have a 4x4 when visiting to make it up the hill.

This house is a great choice if you’re staying in the Bolton area, as our party of 5 did in July 2019. The house is very secluded in the woods, so very quiet, yet it’s a quick 5 minute drive to Bolton’s Main Street and easy to get to other locales, such as Lake George Village and Saratoga. The owner was very easy to deal with and communication prior to our arrival was great - he had someone waiting at the house to greet us upon our arrival. It’s a modern house with central A/C and modern appliances. We would definitely stay here again when in the Bolton area.
