love Ronda4 as its just upstairs from talk of the town where we did all our eating and socialising.

english tv would have been a bonus as we both get up early in morning and are late to bed and could have watch it with sound on low not to bother any one thankyou.

I would have liked to stay longer.

The Sea view from the balcony was wonderful. The apartment is adequately equipped and very clean. The balcony also overlooks the pool, nice but not open until May. That wasn’t a problem for me. I would go back again for sure.

Exceptional

The apartment was very clean, beautiful, well-located, and had all the necessary equipment. It has a beautiful balcony with sea views and the beach just across the street as well. Everything is just around the corner - bakery, restaurants, supermarket, with a short walk to the center. It was so easy and nice to communicate with the hoster. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

DISAPPOINTING TO DUE PROBLEMS WITH HAVING TO CARRY THE CASES SO FAR ON ENTRY AND EXIT

APARTMENT WAS CLEAN AND COSY

THE BUILDING NOW HAS NO RECEPTION SO CAN NOT ENTER THE SITE TO UNLOAD CASE AS BARRIER IS ALWAYS DOWN AND NOW WAY OF GETTING IT UP AND DUE TO ENTRANCE NOW AT THE BACK END OF THE BUILDING IT IS A LONG WAY TO CARRY CASES AND FOOD ON ARRIVAL AND LEAVING. IT IS NOW NOT SUITABLE FOR ANYONE WITH WALKING DIFFICULTIES OR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES. HAVING STAYED AT THESE APARTMENTS FOR AT LEATS 10 YEARS AND TWICE A YEAR i DON NOT THINK WE WILL BE RETURNING DUE TO THE INCONVIENT WAY OF GETTING CASE ETC TO AND FROM THE APARTMENTS. THE SOFA BEDS NEED TO BED UPDATED AS THEY ARE HARD TO SIT ON AND THEY ARE TOO WIDE TO BE ABLE TO SIT WITH YOUR BACK AGAINST THE BACK OF THE SOFA EVEN FORME AND i AM OF AVERAGE HEIGHT THIS STYLE OS SOFA BED HAS BEEN IN THE APARTMENTS FOR THE LAST 10 YEARS OF US VISITING.

Very old home appliances. The microwave worked from time to time, the washing machine didn’t spin. The door of a kitchen cabinet fall off.. the last day the shower broke as well because it was very old. Our stay was alright, but I cannot say it was great The location is very good, but they need to invest in the apartment. With a bit of money to replace a couple of things it would be more comfortable.

We didn’t use the apartment, other than to shower and sleep. We had stayed in Ronda 4 previously. Great location

The property was advertised with pool and roof terrace, both of which were closed for the duration of our stay! Building work was unfinished in communal areas.

Weekend break

Excellent location. Facilities inside the apartment were perfect for us. The owner even visited us at night when we had an issue with keys. Fantastic all round.

Great view but bad timing for stay.

Nice apartment with great view.

Second day of 2 weeks stay, entire building under construction, massive propane tanks dug up in parking lot, and apartments all around me being renovated. Sure owner knew but didn't tell me, not impressed!

just like home but sunnier

The apartment is so close to everything but away from the main areas. So a little quieter but exactly what we wanted. Beside the beach, lots of restuarants, train station, supermarkets and shops. The host, David, met us at the nearest restaurant and showed us in. He explained the keys, showed us the apartment, wished us a good holiday and away he went. The apartment was exactly as the pictures showed and it was spotless. A small balcony gave us a sea view and the sun was on this for lots of the day. Inside the apartment there was a large fridge with a small freezer but big enough for a weeks worth of shopping if you decide to go totally self catering, although we would recommend Talk of The Town. A washing machine was also there! We were not expecting that but it was great and so easy to use. Within the room there were only two towels so we took extra and were able to wash them all. In the bedroom its twin beds and there is internal wardrobes with a fair amount of hangers. Lots of bedding if required. In the main lounge area a good sized couch which pulled out into a bed was available but we did not use. And with a table and chairs for proper dining I could not say anything negative. Lots of crockery and cutlery, pots and dishes for eating in too. We even found books and games. The room, although in a building part private and part hotel it was so quiet it was great. We could easily see others coming and going but could not tell if they were visitors or residents. There is a pool and a sun roof area which we were able to use. WE would definitely recommend this apartment and we will be returning next year.
