About this apartment rental
A few minutes away from the centre of Dinard, this nice renovated duplex, tastefully furnished welcomes you to discover the Emerald Coast and its numerous attractions: thalasso, golf courses, water sports, hikes on the ancient 'customs officers' paths'. The access to the beach by the park is a good thing for children and limits the recourse to the car. This apartment, fully renovated, combines comfort and the old charm.

L’appartement est très agréable, cosy et bien équipé. Il est de plus doté d’une très belle vue.

Lovely location and great accommodation
We had a great week in Dinard. The flat was comfortable and well equipped - dishwasher and washing machine were brand new. Checkin process was easy, we were met very punctually to hand over the keys and show us around. Communication with the owner was great, any questions were answered swiftly. We would certainly stay again. Thanks Sophie (and Frederic!) for the warm welcome.

Location dans un très très bel endroit.
Location dans un très très bel endroit avec une vue sur la plage du Prieuré et la ville de Saint Malo. Parc arboré ou les enfants peuvent facilement courir, qui donne directement sur la plage du Prieuré (très bon spot de pêche à pied à marée basse) et la promenade au Clair de Lune.
Parc arboré du Port Breton à 200 mètres (aire de jeu pour enfants, petite ménagerie, grandes pelouses).

Perfect!!
It was perfect. The view of the bay and St Malo, especially at night. The location was perfect too. The property was gated and immaculately landscaped with a private spot to park our car. There was plenty of room in the apartment with everything we needed. We had to ask about a couple of things and Sophie answered my e-mails almost intermediately. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful view apartment
This apartment was the highlight of our France vacation. The entire front of both floors are windows w/electric shades for privacy, which we only used upstairs in the bedroom at night. We had a "show" watching the boats, even a cruise ship one day, go in & out of the harbor/cove, & the changing shoreline w/extreme tides. Our 1st full day was rainy, but having a "home away from home" was truly enjoyable, staying inside, able to do laundry, & have a kitchen that enabled us to have low budget, home cooked food. As others before me have said, the photos do not do justice to this apt., as the views are superb! In addition, the owner, Sophie, was a delight, always responding quickly to all my concerns.

Uns hat der Urlaub sehr gut gefallen. Der Balkon mit der schönen Aussicht ist ein Highlight.
Die Wohnung verfügt über alles, was man braucht.
Das Anwesen hat einen sehr schönen Park, man kann sich dort richtig gut erholen.

Entspannter Urlaub in geschmackvoller Umgebung
Das großzügige Appartement entsprach nicht nur der Beschreibung im Internet, sondern auch unserem Geschmack. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet, so dass man sich gleich wie zuhause fühlt. Wirklich nett war auch der Willkommensgruß der Gastgeberin.
Gleich durch ein Tor in der Gartenmauer gelangt man an die Badebucht, wir genossen ein Bad vor dem Frühstück. Das stilvolle alte Gemäuer der Priorei ließ auch die Hitze draußen, ein Genuss in diesem Sommer!
Für uns war alles perfekt und ich kann das Appartement nur empfehlen, es fehlte an nichts!

Appartement très agréable et très bien situé. Nous préférons la plage du Prieuré à celle de l'écluse même s'il y a moins de possibilités de restauration aux abords immédiats. Coin plus familial et plus tranquille.

Appartement très agréable conforme à la description. Calme, lumineux, spacieux, excellente structure et offrant une très belle vue sur la baie de Saint Malo. Duplex très agréable et bien équipé. Quelques accessoires de la cuisine mériteraient d’être rafraîchis.
Vaste parc et plage au pied de la résidence. Centre ville accessible en 10 minutes de marche. La baguette du matin est à 5 minutes…
Excellent accueil. A conseiller assurément !

Très belle prestation pour un séjour parfait à Dinard
Nous avons passé 3 semaines sur place.
Appartement très agréable, calme, spacieux, situé dans un parc avec un accès direct à la plage et offrant une vue magnifique sur la baie de la Rance et Saint Malo. Les commerces ne sont pas très éloignés et on peut facilement y aller à pieds.
Localisation parfaite pour découvrir la région : Saint Malo, Dinan, Cap Fréhel, Cancale, Mont Saint Michel, ...
L'appartement était très propre, bien entretenue et bien équipée.
A recommander sans hésiter.

Wonderful experience!
We're a family of 5 (3 kids, 9, 7 and 2 years old) and we thoroughly enjoyed our summer vacation in Dinard. We're so happy that we found this apartment. It was well equipped, with a stunning view and the location was perfect. The beach is just at the end of the garden, and the city centre of Dinard is a 15 min walk. The closest bakery is only a 5 min walk. There's also a private parking which is a plus if you have a car like us. The apartment was actually nicer in real life compared to the pictures of it. We would definitely like to come back!

Très agréable
Bel appartement complet et parfait avec trois enfants. Vue magnifique! Il y a un accès direct à la plage idéal pour les enfants. 5 min d'une boulangerie et 10 min du centre.
J'ai mis 4 étoiles car nous avons eu des problèmes de douche et une fuite du chauffe-eau. Nous n'avons pas eu d'eau pendant 24h. La douche ainsi que le cumulus ont été changés le lendemain. Nous avons été malchanceux mais nous gardons quand même un bon souvenir de ce bel appartement. Nous reviendrons...

We enjoyed a lovely week in Dinard. The apartment is better than the photos suggest. Lovely view from the balcony. Very convenient to access the beach straight from the beautifully maintained gardens. Less than 5 mins to an artisanal boulangerie and a direct 10 min walk into town but the promenade around the coast is definitely the route to take if time allows. Lots to do in Dinard and the environs. We were travelling with 2 young children and found it suited our needs perfectly - beach & park on the doorstep, washing machine and baby equipment if required. Would definitely recommend. Reasons for not giving 5 stars - cleaning was to an adequate but not immaculate standard, linen charge hefty ( remember square pillowcases if coming from uk), no response to the email I sent regarding arrival time or the phone calls made to the tel no I had been given as we arrived in Dinard causing slight consternation. However, the owners brother was waiting for us on arrival and he gave us a warm welcome and his mobile number in case of any problems during the stay. Overall very good though.

We had a most enjoyable holiday in France, Dinard is easy to reach with good connections and the apartment has private parking ( which is a huge bonus after a long trip ).
The apartment itself is finished to a very high standard making it perfect for my family of 4. The pictures on the website do not do it justice, as the views are spectacular.
The best part for my family was the close proximity of a really good beach. You can leave the apartment and walk down through the secure, walled gardens to a very good, child friendly beach, that has life guard protection at peak season and an open air swimming pool for the brave. This was all barely 50 metres from the apartment.
The apartment is split over two levels, with two good sized bedrooms, shower room upstairs and living rooms downstairs. The apartment has everything you could need and the owners were very helpful throughout the booking process, on arrival and departure, providing a very friendly and welcoming feel to Dinard.
Dinard itself can be accessed directly via the main road or by the coastal path. The main centre is about 1km away, but there are some local shops, including a boulanger much closer. Dinard is a pretty town with many good features for families and couples alike including good shopping, excellent markets, resturants and more. The main beach was busy and we tended to spend more time on the local beach especially as their was a good park and playground across the road.
There is plenty to see in the area including Dinan and the fabulous walled city of St Malo, as well as Mont St Michel, which are all within easy reach with a car.
