Beautiful panoramic ocean view. Large palm trees w/landscaping, This is a very spacious 2700 sq ft Home, property is gated 2 stories 3 bedrooms 3 baths home. Bamboo flooring with a large kitchen and separate laundry room.
The Main bedroom has a balcony/view with large sliding doors, a king-size bed & full-size futon, lots of closet space, and a flat-screen TV, Main bath has a Jacuzzi tub with a separate shower. 2nd bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and a full bathroom with shower tub combination. The 3-bedroom downstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed, closet, bathroom with a shower. The kitchen has granite countertops. large refrigerator. pantry with spices etc...
We have everything you may need to feel at home. Spacious living room with a 75 in large flat screen, Fireplace (candles only), and an amazing view. Wi-Fi & games. Great back yard with lounge chairs and 11" umbrella. Grill and fire pits and lot of room.

Stayed at this million dollar house for a month and it was wonderful. The pictures don't do it justice at all. The home owner was an amazing human being and went out of her way to help. I had my entire family over Christmas here and it was a Christmas i will always remember. If you want to create family memories and know you can trust the home owner to be helpful, kind and gracious then stay here. Can't recommend enough.

Stayed here with my husband and daughter. Perfect location, 10 minute walk to the beach, 20-25 minutes into town. Easy access to the freeway. Stunning views. Great sized property, very comfortable high quality furnishings. Sylvia very welcoming and easy to deal with, very helpful, a great host.

Sylvia was awesome. Good location with ocean views. Backyard deck and porch were perfect spot to relax. Easy 10-15 minute walk to beach.

With multiple couples attending an event just minutes away, the location was perfect! Some of is were able to come back to this lovely home and nap during the day without any hassle. We were also able to uber into town inexpensively for an evening so nobody had to worry about being the DD. Kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of towels for showers and a trip to the beach. Would love to stay again!

My family of 4 including my 73 year old mother and 4 year old mini dachshund made the 3000 mile trek across country from Richmond, Va to Ventura, Ca. My mom and I were the first ones to arrive at 10:00pm to find a lovely welcome package from Sylvia and Dennis. We were ravished from the long day of travel so it was such a treat. We flung open the doors to the deck and walked out to take in the pacific coast air and beautiful sights of Ventura and the ocean. We continued to spend many days and nights on the deck enjoying the sunsets and warmth of the sun. The house was very comfortable and more than complete with every kitchen amenity and extra you might need. A great savings there not to have to buy extra things like salt, pepper, olive oil, spices and detergent. We loved having our privacy with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so parents, teens and grandma could have their space. The landscaping with succulents was gorgeous and my mom and I enjoyed walking around looking at all the plants. Overall, very relaxing and welcoming. Closes thing to home away from home. Thank you Sylvia and Dennis for sharing your home with us! We will be back next year. Mayes Family

My family and I stayed here while visiting family and attending a family members wedding in SB. We flew in from Philadelphia & NY & was first skeptical about renting a house online without seeing it first. The moment we pulled up to the driveway & stepped on the beautiful grounds we knew we made the right choice. The home is spectacular with amazing views, large rooms with bathrooms in each bedroom. The beach is just a walk down the hill and the home sits right in the heart of Ventura, conveniently located near shops & restaurants and easy access to the freeway. Sylvia was an excellent host! This home made us feel at home! Thanks for the hospitality and all the accommodations you provided Sylvia. We will be back again

This home is ideally located within Ventura. It is within walking distance to the beach and provides panoramic views of the ocean and Ventura Beach. Well furnished , including comfortable beds in all three the bedrooms that each have their own bathrooms. The recently paved patio area, partially covered, is very nice and has been finished with fashionable cement paver blocks and a new privacy fence. The kitchen is more than adequately supplied and includes updated appliances. The owner is personable and most accommodating. She assisted and provided us with local guidance and recommendations that enhanced our wonderful stay there.

House is spacious, light, and airy. It was perfect for our four kids, two dogs, and visiting friends. While the house was great, I wish I would have known that it was on top of the freeway. The noise was a bit much. Also, it was further from the beach then we would have liked. The owner was really easy to work with and friendly. Ventura is a cute town with a great beach and fun restaurants.

Thank you so much Sylvia! We had a wonderful time at your beautiful Ventura home. The beds were extremely comfortable, everything you could possibly want in the pantry and kitchen. The views were incredible! We took some amazing pictures of the sunset from your backyard and balcony. So many great places to eat around here as well. I highly recommend Spencer McKenzie's fish tacos about a mile away. They were the most incredible fish tacos I have ever tasted! Thank you again Sylvia we look forward to renting your place again sometime.

We (two families--total of ten people) rented this lovely, spacious, beautifully decorated home for a week. It was a home-away from home. We were welcomed with wine, teas, and other treats. The location is on a quiet block and extremely convenient to whatever we wanted to do. It's also a ten-minute walk to the beach. The owner has graciously equipped the house with everything we needed--kitchen equipment and TONS of cooking supplies, extra towels, sheets and blankets, laundry machine and detergent... The owner was extremely accommodating and quick to respond to any of our questions or needs. We'd rent this house again.

We rented this property for my Husband's Birthday, he loves to surf & swim. The owner was incredible at providing us with all the resources to make our stay in their home enjoyable. First the landscape is like walking thru a tropical oasis, so nicely done. The view is absolutely breathtaking, from the master suite you wake to a full view of the Ocean. ..Wow. The view from the main Living Area is the same. We loved the fact that the beach, ocean front shops and restaurants were all minutes away in walking distance. The downtown is so quaint and friendly. I fell in Love with this Home, my Husband and I plan to return next year with Friends.
