Welcome to the Gardens at Beachside Colony! This 1800 SQ FT 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is a great place to spend your next beach getaway. This gorgeous condo features 15' vaulted ceilings in the family room and master bedroom with a large private courtyard and hottub. You will be nestled in Tybee Island’s only true oceanfront condominium resort. The Beachside Colony Resort has three swimming pools, one of which is heated in cold weather (Tybee’s only heated pool) and a popular beach front restaurant and lounge, Marlin Monroe's, with complimentary WIFI internet access.

This condo is completely furnished. An open living space creates a great atmosphere for family and friends to enjoy, while 3 large bedrooms provide plenty of privacy. The Master Suite has a king size bed and a whirlpool tub. The queen bed has a brand new pillow top mattress! There are TV’s in all the bedrooms, as well as the living area which also includes a DVD player.

The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped for any kind of cooking you might choose to do.

The condominium is located in a great mid-island location across the street from Memorial Park which features the public library, YMCA, a wonderful playground, charcoal grilling stations; as well as volleyball, basketball, and tennis courts. You are also within walking distance to several restaurants and shops. This condo is NOT pet friendly. Parking for 2 vehicles.

This was a wonderful rental, very well equipped and in a great location. We loved the hot tub, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and the well-stocked beach supply closet. The resort was in a great location with nice pools, excellent access to the beach and a good onsite restaurant and bar. For all that, the best part about this stay was the host: excellent communications and very welcoming.

The private hot tub was exceptionally nice even though I couldn't adjust the temperature. I used the massage feature several times. Easy stroll to the beach for elders like myself. We enjoyed the onsite restaurant and even though there was a pool wr enjoued the bea h instead. Excellent hist.

The whole family loved the condo. From the beauty of the room, hot tub, personal balcony with a grill, it was all great. Christine was a wonderful host and had our best interests in mind the whole stay. Would highly recommend this room, in fact, we plan to try to get it for next year too. 👍

Enjoyed the nice condo, having 3 separate bedrooms, and the private hot tub. The electric grill on the patio didn't work well, but that was not an issue for us because everything in the kitchen worked great. Owner/manager was very responsive.

I can’t say enough outstanding things about this property! First, the location is ideal! The condo is beautiful and extremely clean. I had a quick question and the property manager was immediately reaponsive and helpful! But the main prize was having our own hot tub! As someone who rents VRBO spots all the time, it was wonderful to have our own hot tub and not have to share hot tub time with everyone else! It was so amazing! I can’t wait to go back to Tybee and I will be sure to stay at this condo again!

The location of this property was exactly what we were looking for. Near the beach and near our other family staying on Tybee. Close to everything, including the lighthouse, Marine Museum, nightlife and grocery stores. The Host was extra hospitable checking in throughout our stay. Thank you so much!

The location of this condo was perfection. Literally three min walk and you are on the beach. The Deck (restaurant) which is attached to the pool area had delish food with reasonable prices. Management was responsive and the unit well appointed. Great beach items to use, kitchen had all you needed. Would absolutely recommend. We had four adults and two kids. There is a pull out in the living room which is suitable for kids but not adults. Hot tub was very nice and clean.

This was our first trip to Tybee. This condo at Beachside Colony was perfect for our group of 7. We had 4 adults and 3 children. The condo was very spacious and clean. It was a great location for a short walk to the beach, the pool, The Deck Restaurant and local shops. It was a short drive to other local restaurants, ice cream, coffee shop, and mini golf. The spacious patio with the hot tub were a plus for hanging out with the family . The Deck restaurant at the pool had great food and drinks. The virgin daiquiris were a treat for the kids. Christine and Ken were great hosts! They left a welcome bag with little treats on the counter for our arrival. We had everything we needed to start our week with necessities such as paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, ect. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes, pots, and pans to be able to do some cooking as well. We had an amazing week and would definitely stay here again!!

The Gardens at the Beachside Colony are an excellent location. The condo is spacious and has its own private patio complete with hot tub. The owner included some toiletries that we didn’t expect along with some crayons for the kids and snacks for us all. Lovely little touches to make us feel extra welcome. We have stayed at the Beachside Colony before (great location with pools and direct beach access), but this is the nicest condo we’ve rented and definitely hope to return there again. Highly recommended by all five of us!

Family traveled from Ohio and Tennessee. Easy check in and good communication from property managers. Very nice, clean and well furnished unit. Property listing does not indicate unit is on 2nd floor with no exterior views. Had issues with hot tub heater. Management indicated problems similar to last year.

This is a great property, especially for family's with kids. The patio area was great for my 2 year old to play with his toys and relax. The hot tub was perfect for early morning coffee. Also it is so well stocked, just like home. Closets with beach toys and chairs, drawers with playing cards and random items one might need. Also the pool area was where we spent most of our time, the kids loved getting virgin daiquiris and chicken strips from the poolside bar while swimming, fresh oysters were on point as well! Over all great, will definitely be back!

Was disappointed that the “patio” was enclosed and had no water view. Place was terribly hard to find within the complex. Had neighbors trying to help ….needed better directions within the complex. Appreciated owner’s help returning lost watch .

We really enjoyed exploring Tybee Island and Savannah, and this property served as the perfect home base. Everything we needed for our stay could be found in nearby stores. I was especially impressed that the kitchen was truly well-equipped, complete with knives that were sharp and utensils that you can actually cook with! We are grateful for the attention our hosts put into making our stay pleasant!

This is an unusual condo in a complex right on the beach. It is an interior unit with vaulted ceilings and expansive windows/sliding doors opening onto a private courtyard. While we did have a view of the ocean we had great usable outdoor space with hanging swings, a grill and a hot tub. The beach was a quick walk steps from the community gate. We all enjoyed our stay here.

Everything about this place was perfect for our family. Condo was exactly as advertised and Christine *& Ken were awesome to work with. Right on the beach and close to everything we wanted to do. This property was amazing. Close to the beach. Very clean and well maintained. The owners kept in constant contact with us due to issues with the power at the resort(beyond anyone’s control). If I were to give anything negative it would be more about the town. The restaurants are all closing very early due to staffing issues as well as some only being open only a couple days a week. We went to several places and they were closed and that was a little frustrating. Outside of that it was a nice town with plenty of friendly people. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a getaway.
