The house was phenomenal! We had plenty of space for our family. We liked that it was close to the beach. Although the pool was small, it didn't keep our grands from enjoying it. We also liked the privacy of the backyard/pool area.

We loved the house, on a very quiet street. It was very spacious and comfortable for family of 8 A few too many breakable decor items though. We had two small grandkids with us and we had to constantly be sure nothing got broken Access to beach was short walk could not park by beach but short drive to beach access that allows you to drive on beach for $10 Grandkids loved the pool and would definitely stay again.

There were 8 family members that stayed here. Plenty of room for everyone. Very clean and would stay again in the future. Had everything needed and close to shopping.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week at The Robin’s Nest. We made good use of the bicycles and beach equipment they have in the garage. The kitchen and dining area met all of our needs. The pool is small but clean and worked perfectly for the young kids and adults in our family.

The property was exactly as listed online. Theres was a short walk to the beach and it was great and easy to access. The beach was beautiful, not crowded at all and lots of fun for the 4 kids under the age of 5. My only complaint was that the doors in the house didnt always close completely. But other than that, we were very pleased with out stay!

We came for a short stay in St
Augustine and the Robin's Nest was perfect for our family of 8 people. The house is clean and beautiful and very well appointed. While it is more than a few steps to the beach, it was fine, as we only wanted to spend one morning there and did other fun things the rest of the time. I would highly recommend Robin's Nest!

The Kitchen was equipped with everything and more then we expected . We walked to the beach and could drive to the historic district in 15 min. They have 2 grocery stores a few blocks away and great restaurants nearby we loved Saltwater Cowboy restaurant 5 min away , great seafood and amazing view of the sunset . The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We had an amazing time and everything about the house exceeded our expectations . Sunshine Realty has friendly staff that makes you feel at home . I highly recommend Robins Nest and Sunshine Realty .

We absolutely loved our stay at Robins Nest. There was plenty of room for our family of 7 to have a long overdue family vacation. It is a great location, just a 5-minute walk to the beach and quick drive into St. Augustine town. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed, plenty of beach chairs, towels, appliances, pillows, blankets etc. It is so clean and beautifully decorated, I felt like I was living in a magazine.

We booked this vacation home pretty last minute, and were so pleasantly surprised by how wonderful our stay was. Our family felt very safe in the residential neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable and sheets and towels were (thankfully) provided. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed and more! We rented bikes but opened the garage to find three came with the house! And chalk, beach toys and more! The location was wonderful with a short walk to the beach and short drive to fun restaurants, activities and downtown. We will definitely stay here again!

With four comfortable bedrooms, two baths, and within easy walking distance of the beach, this was a near perfect spot for an extended family vacation this past February. Furniture and beds are quite comfortable, and the kitchen is remarkably well stocked with just about every gadget you can think of and many of the everyday kitchen supplies you will need. We loved the screened in porch at the back, and we suspect you will love it even more during mosquito season. Winter temperatures prevented us from making much use of the small, enclosed swimming pool which otherwise looked very inviting. The house comes with a useable garage which contains bicycles and much beach equipment -- a very nice touch. A large, modern flat screen TV with Roku made it easy to routinely enjoy the shows we'd otherwise stream from back home. Great seafood restaurants and other good eateries are within easy driving distance, as are a number of good nature trails that we enjoyed walking. We thought this location was ideal for enjoying St. Augustine. When you like, you can drive into the older part of the city with its historical sites and other tourists, but most of the time the location allows you to enjoy a quieter spot near the beach and other enjoyable locations on the southern end of Anastasia Island. Highly recommended.

House was suprisingly larger than what i thought. The house is so well decorated, elegant, friendly and what a warm feeling when you enter. I love that the house was well stocked, silverware, coffee cups, plates etc. Really appreciate it when they have laundry soap, dishwashing soap, baggies, foil and other thing we don't want to purchase on vacation. For the fee the houses should be well stocked. The pool was lovely, we didn't use because it was cold but in the summer would be great. The location was amazing, the beach was so close and so beautiful. Loved it and will suggest and did to people we met.

Best stay yet
We have a family get together each summer and this is by far the best location we have stayed at yet. From the kitchen amenities to the proximity to the ocean to the mattresses, all were amazing.

All-around best beach house!
My family and I absolutely loved our time at Robyn’s Nest. It was a bit stormy, but the pool made us feel like our week away was well-spent, and the screened backyard with privacy fence kept mosquitoes and other eyes away. The house was much bigger than we expected; in fact, almost each of our expectations were exceeded! Everything was so clean you could still smell the fresh laundry, and the kitchen was much better appointed than we had ever expected — we only bought basic groceries and the rest was there waiting for us! So much so that we cooked 4 of the 6 nights, even on vacation. The house was on a wonderfully quiet neighborhood street, close to the main drag but just far enough to be nice and quiet. We walked to the beach every single day on the 7 minute walk from the door to the ocean and were greeted by lovely neighbors tending to their frankly spectacular gardens. And the owner was right — usually at home we keep the air at about 69 degrees, but we found it nice and cool at 72-74 here! Seriously, cannot rate it highly enough. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat! All 7 of us adults plus two infants (both under three months) were so comfy and cozy with plenty of together space and, even more importantly, plenty of not-together space. Loved it!

Great property. Short 5 minute walk but also close to one of the entrances to drive on the beach. House had everything we could want. The beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas were nice to have. The small pool was nice and loved the screened in porch!

Walk to the beach
Nice place, short walk to the beach. Loved using the bikes and chairs too. Has plenty of cooking utensils too. Not a fan of A1A as it is hard to walk along that road, but we did find some good restaurants within walking distance. Overall a great vacation!

Comfort Plus
I loved the location- quiet neighborhood, close walk to the beach, easy access to A1A going south or downtown.
The house layout was great. It was furnished with everything one could need!
We loved the beach bikes and chairs. The pool was cold but it still got used by the teens who visited. There were so many places to sit and relax. Everyone who came to visit was impressed. And of course, St. Augustine does not disappoint with its great restaurants, historical treasures and the beautiful wide beach on the Atlantic. Won’t be my last time to visit. Thank you for creating a home away from home for me and my guests.

Everything we wanted and more!!
Robin's Nest was a DREAM! This house was everything we wanted and more! All of the rooms were spacious and clean. The house decor definitely made you feel like you were at the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with just about every appliance you can think of. The walk to the beach was in fact only 5 minutes long. The house included sand toys, bikes, beach chairs, chalk, bubbles, and pool noodles for us to use, There were board games for us to play with when we weren't galivanting around town or relaxing on the beach. The private pool was fantastic and the fact that the pool was inside an enclosed screen made it all the more enjoyable (it kept the mosquitoes out). We will most definitely be staying here again! I cannot brag about this property enough. It was most definitely one of the most positive experiences of a beach house rental I've ever had.

Loved this house and location!
The house was well stocked! They had at least 8 beach chairs, beach towels, pool floats, bikes, every kitchen appliance you would need. They had a grill that wasn’t listed. Would’ve been nice to be informed of that bc we packed our own. Fortunately, we were paying attention when cooking because a small grease fire happened due to it not being cleaned/checked by management in between rentals. If we had to think of a complaint, it would be that about half of the outlets were not working. But that’s it. This house is well taken care of. We had two small children with us so we ended up driving to the beach (4 min drive) but it was about a ten minute walk otherwise. The screened in pool and patio was so nice bc we didn’t get a single bug bite while we were there! Quiet neighborhood too! We’d love to come back!

Great place
We were in self quarantine for our month long stay, so didn’t get to the beach, or any other activities. However it was an excellent place to chill. Well equipped, but wish the pool was heated,

Great house, great location
We were very pleased with all aspects of our stay. The location is fantastic, with a beautiful beach a 5 minute walk and easy access to all the restaurants, hiking trails, and downtown St Augustine. The house itself is lovely with 4 good sized bedrooms, two baths, a very well stocked kitchen. There is a very comfortable living room area with a large tv. All the bedrooms have tv’s. The dining area easily accommodated our kids, grandkids and us. The patio has a very small pool and a high table with four chairs. The house was extremely clean and in excellent condition. We found the property manager to be very responsive. We ran into a problem with the disposal in the kitchen sink and the next day a plumber arrived and replaced the disposal. All in all we were completely happy with the house, the location, and the property managers.

Sweet Spot
We reserved Robin’s Nest for several days. The house was great with well-stocked kitchen utilities, comfortable rooms, and small pool. We loved taking the bikes to the beach and would have spent days riding up and down! Alas, the AC went out and after our first night we were relocated.
The after hours check in is quirky but easy enough. The property manager handled our grievance promptly and we were upgraded for the rest of our stay. Sure missed those bikes!
I didn’t care for the powder blue carpet. Couldn’t stop worrying about stains or marks. Plan to purchase paper and cleaning products as they are very minimal.
Really was a sweet spot for a beach vacation.

Beautiful and well appointed house.
There were 8 adults and one infant in our group. We really enjoyed our stay at “Robin’s Nest”. The house had everything possible needed to make our stay great. We loved the little pool and lanai. The beds were comfy and it was nice to have a washer and dryer.
The decorating was very well done. There were plenty of beach items, chairs and even bikes and an electric grill. We didn’t use the bikes or the grill, but it was nice to know they were there.
The only less than optimal thing was the a/c didn’t get that cool and the dishwasher was more of a sterilization unit than a dish cleaner. That having been said, we had a lovely time.

Once again we had a great time. This house was perfect for our group. Close to everything. Beach was great and so was the weather. This was our second year in this property. We are already talking about coming again next year. It is well worth the price
