Rest your feet in the sand at The Tidal Paradise Beach Retreat. Located in Crescent Beach this 3 bedroom, 2 bath, beach cottage with heated pool was just built! Located a very short distance from the ocean and vehicular beach access. After spending the day splashing around in the ocean tide return to The Tide House for a relaxing dip in the pool or a relaxing sunset view on your front porch. The backyard is completely private and offers plenty of space to relax or play games with family or friends. The master bath offers a king bed with a private bathroom and the other two bedrooms offer queen beds. The living room as has a sofa bed as well as a daybed with a trundle underneath. Don’t worry about staying connected if you are working from home. We offer high speed internet and smart TVs. Plenty of parking available to accommodate the family. If you have a large family and need a second location please inquire with the host about the sister property, The Tropical Winds Beach Retreat, located right next door.

The history of St. Augustine is incomparable with almost any other on our coast. Founded in 1565 it is chock full of amazing places to visit, from the oldest house to the first schoolroom, to the impenetrable fort built by the Spanish. Lincolnville, just south of downtown St. Augustine takes you on a walking tour of the history of the civil rights movement noting where Martin Luther King stayed on numerous occasions. Needless to say, there’s also so many unique shops, and the restaurants are so varied and truly have an international flavor! There are things to do no matter the weather! You can take a free boat ride to Fort Matanzas and learn the history about the battles fought. Further south is Marineland where you can swim with dolphins!

The St. Augustine and St Johns County area have a great variety of golf courses for players of every level and skill. There are always concerts at St. Augustine Amphitheatre and events at Francis Field as well. You will never run out of things to do here in St. Augustine. It is probably one of the most beautiful places in all of Florida, and for sure one of the most photographed! Come and see for yourself!

Pets and Service Animals: You must let us know if you are bringing an animal to the home, even if it is a service animal! It's important to let the cleaners know. Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a nonrefundable pet fee. They must be less than 50lbs each and no aggressive breeds. NO CATS! Please do not allow your dogs to jump up onto the beds or couches. If the dogs are accustomed to being allowed on the furniture at home, please bring blankets to protect the surfaces. If you forget to bring blankets, let us know and we will provide you with some. If you bring a pet and do not tell us or pay the fee, we will charge your damage deposit for the pet fee plus $100 for the unexpected extra services required to clean the house.

All beds will be freshly made with the exception of the sofa bed. You will find the linens for it in the master closet.

The cleaning company provides a limited amount of basic necessities (toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher/laundry soap, etc.) to get you started, you will want to bring some with you. Garbage and recycling must be taken out to the street Sunday night for Monday morning pickup.

The pool heater thermostat is set to a temperature between 78 and 85 degrees F, depending on the time of the year. If the daytime air temp doesn't get above 58 degrees the pool will have a difficult time staying heated.

We don't offer refunds or reschedule stays during hurricane season, even if there is an evacuation order. Please purchase trip insurance for your stay if this is a concern.

EV Charging: There is a fee of $5 per day if you will be charging an electric vehicle at the home.

Location in Butler Beach is great, house was well maintained and functional with three bedrooms. The master is on the opposite end of the house from the two guests which is a nice setup. Yard was great for the dog and pool was perfect. We decided to drive to the beach as it was a long walk for summer heat. Several access spots very close. You can also drive on the beach which is fun. One note is there is another rental property with the same setup next door so you roll the dice on who your neighbors will be, it was empty most of the week so great for us. Very relaxing week, highly recommended!

Stayed a few nights and had a wonderful stay. House is just as listed. Very clean. We walked to the beach a couple of times. We drove to the beach as well when we had more things to carry. Our girls loved the pool. Our dog loved the fenced in back yard. Thanks for a great place to stay!

Better than we could have imagined! Had a girls wknd for my 10 year old daughter’s birthday. Enjoyed the heated pool! Home was set up perfectly! Will definitely recommend this home and stay again in the future.

House had everything we needed and was clean. Manager checked in often so it was an easy fix when the AC decided to stop working. It was back on in no time. Stores are close by for anything you might need and the beach is as well. The only downfall I found was privacy… but I’d definitely rent again.

This house is very cute and the description was perfect. Check went smooth and easy. Very private location and quiet neighborhood. The house is clean and had all needed kitchen utensils. I gave 5 stars but I will say that the WiFi/internet went down on the third day which is not fault of the owners. I luckily had a hot spot on my phone that I could connect too. The WiFi is quite slow and I was not really able to utilize it. The location is quiet and out of the way. You can walk to The beach but it’s not really convenient. Driving is my preference so it worked for me. You would have to drive to get into town for the restaurants and pier. We had a wonderful time and giving 5 stars. I would stay here again.

The rental was very clean and orderly: I would suggest a few towel bars in the main bathroom; it was a little difficult to get a place to hang towels: A few more towels/washcloths would also be a great help: The property owners were extremely nice and kept us aware of persons who may have needed to come...Overall we all loved our stay!

My family and I spent our spring break at Tidal Paradise. The home and pool were just as described. Check-in was super easy. We did have a wifi issue with the TV, and the owner quickly walked me through options to resolve it. The walk to the beach was not very long but would appear longer if you carried all your stuff. However, you can drive on the beach; the neighborhood is just directly across from the beach access. I would definitely recommend this home.

We had a great time at this property. The fenced yard was amazing for our dogs, and the pool was so nice to cool off every day. Short drive, about 3 minutes to drive on beach access point. House was clean and well equipped. Communication with owners was great throughout our trip. Only constructive feedback I would have would be a few small things: pizza pan in kitchen, towel/robe hooks in master bath, and some sort of shelving for bath products in master bath shower. These small things did not take away from our overall experience. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time on our vacation at this property. Check in and communication was easy. The property was clean and had the items specified. We had 4 adults and two kids in the house and there was enough room for everyone. Location was easy to get to downtown and also a short drive to free beach parking! With littles it gets to hot to stay on the beach so having the pool to come back to each afternoon was a lifesaver!

The house was clean and a great floor plan for multigenerational family! Pool was great for kids and beach was so convenient. Loved the fenced in yard for dog. Quiet neighborhood. Short ride to Publix and downtown area. Lots to do for kids and adults. Would highly recommend.

My Family came down to enjoy some warm weather and activities. The house was in a great location to easily get to every location and activity my family wanted to do. When we were done for the day, we had a great time enjoying the pool and cooking food.

Very clean. Kitchen stocked with needed cookware, dishes and utensils. Pleasant, fully enclosed back yard. The surrounding neighborhood is great to walk dogs, easy 12 minute walk to beach. Would stay again.

My family stayed at this lovely beach home for a long weekend. It is centrally located to the beach and downtown area and close to our favorite restaurant, Saltwater Cowboys. The home was immaculate, it had all brand new appliances, including a crock pot, and the beds were comfortable! Our kids enjoyed swimming in the pool as well. I highly recommend this home if you are looking for a “home away from home.” The owners are very friendly and helpful too.

The house was clean and had all needed amenities. Pool was beautiful, beds were comfortable, and location was perfect. We contacted the renter for a blanket and they responded within 10 min. The house is conveniently located within 10 min from grocery stores and downtown st augustine. We would definitely rent this home again!! Felt like home away from home.

Our overall stay was pleasurable and the owners were super attentive. The house was clean and stocked with the things we would need starting out. The yard was wonderful for our children and dogs to have some freedom in. The neighborhood was very quiet and nice. There was a strong sewage smell in the backyard when we arrived and our fire alarms were going off in the middle of the night with no signs of smoke or fire. Other than that this was a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay close to the beach with a young family and still have privacy!

This place was amazing!! Great for families with children! Great location to see the history of St. Augustine and Great location for the beach! There is so much to see in St. Augustine we will have to rent this place out again to see the rest of the stuff we didn't get to see on this visit.
