Excellent location. Staff is super nice and accommodating. Restaurant happy hour in the basement was unbeatable
Men's room sauna was inoperative. Rooms a bit dated but why are you spending time in your room?

Excellent condo in the #1 location in Vail Village! Mountain Haus was a very nice upscale condominium property with all the amenities. Great pool and Jacuzzis. Super easy access just a few feet from everything in the village. Loved it!
Didn't have any major issues. Coffee machine wasn't working but that wasn't a big deal.

i was stupidly under the impression the on mountain places were worth eating at. not sure why they have an "executive chef." my frozen chicken fingers and fresh hamburgers are tons better than any of that. I'll do that job for you for 50% less and make the food better. I guess the "reservations" thing was an illusion. couldn't find a menu online anywhere, so i thought maybe it was worth eating up there. it's like Disney without the dining plan and you realize you have pizza, chicken fingers, etc, the whole time. and we stupidly realized we could have had tap water, so we bought $20 worth of botled ater we couldn't finish. oh well, lesson learned. Lots of options in the village. nice many places let you put your name in. I'm sure this is COVID stuff, but plenty of nice places would be availabe later, but they didn't know how to handle reservations or how to judge when turnover happens.
actually ski area was great. many people got frustrated with the management of the lines. We hiked a mile when we didn't need to. why wasn't food/beverage area close to gondola one open. not sure why be there. no ski school for adults at gondola one. i was gonna do it, but didn't want to hike over to golden. and my 5'11", 16yo daughter wanted to do ski school with me but they said because of her age, she needed to be with her age. stupid. we opted out. teenage girls want to be with their mom or a friend.

Burritos although packaged were really good. The staff was kind, clean setup and met our needs. Thank you.
Our condo was well appointed.. really can’t think of anything we were on the River/Slope facing side and it was quiet.

Convenient and clean
Noisy because outside air must cool the room and the pool plus bus route is horrible. The paper thin walls were horrible as the room next to me played their TV until 3:30 in the morning!
4.5
Location was excellent.
The furniture in the condo.privately owned. Was downright shabby.

Location of this property was perfect. Right in the middle of the Vail. Rooms are professionally designed and comfortable.
I like everything about this property.
