They have kitchen and we actually got three bathrooms for our two-bedroom suite. Super great for traveling with kids. The suite gave extra space for kids to run around. There is a big balcony and we can see the beautiful fall color right from our rooms.

Very customer focused staff. Stephen their concierge was amazing at providing options for dining and scheduling activities.
There was some construction noise going on during the day but they have to do it sometime.

Loved this hotel, their staff, the room, cleanliness. It had better price and other hotels around but don’t doubt this hotel is good. Breakfast is a plus. Hot coffee and hot tea all day long. We really enjoyed it.

Great stay. In our unit the dresser in the master was broken and basically worthless

Every was perfect! Location, room, staff!
Nothing!

The rooms that were combined to accomodate 6 of us exceeded our expectations! The locations for Oktoberfest, the ride to and from Lionshead and the gondola were very easy to access.
4.5
Location was amazing, close to the town, easy walking distance to everything. Staff was also amazing, very friendly and accommodating.
Wish the room was a little bigger.

Location is fantastic. Parking garage is pretty good.
The staff was terrible. Was never at the front desk. Asked for where we could get water and they said the only place was at the vending machine. We noticed on our last day there was a water fountain on the ground floor. Would have been nice to know.

Basic breakfast, gym, pool are all great. Location is prime.
Bed wasn’t super comfy - a little springy. Eggs at breakfast were different consistency.

AMAZING location, the walk to the lifts is maybe a minute. The hot tub and community spaces are very nice and clean.
Our room was certainly small and could use an update. There was no fridge or microwave. We also had a toilet that kept running through our whole trip, we told the staff multiple times without anyone coming to check or fix the issue. We did receive a discount for parking due to the annoyance which was appreciated, but someone easily should have been able to fix the problem within the few days we were there.

You can't beat the location of this property. Right by Gondola One. Nice to have complementary hot yet basic breakfast. The spa facility is quite nice, but in a separate building. Outdoor pool and hot tubs are nice.
The property has seen its age. Our 2-bd room condo is surprisingly dated in every single aspect. Looks really old and not very clean. Definitely in need of an update from the room itself to its interior design.

the Lodge is really close to all restaurants and shopping. It was clean and rooms were amazing. great views and the staff was helpful.
nothing to declare about the property just from the Booking.com app because when I made the purchase I had opted for a room with 2 queen beds and upon arriving we were faced with only one queen bed.

Everything! The staff was great! Got us in 4 hours before check-in and they treated us like someone they've known for years! We'll definitely be coming back!
