Not bad for a short stay

I liked the fact that check in/out was easy and quick. The front door receptionist were courteous, helpful and willing to be of service when issues or questions arose. The location was good and very close to Pensacola International Airport. My room was clean and comfortable for the one night that I stayed.

The motel was not well constructed as you could hear neighbors above and next door. Since this was a motel, people conversating outside the room could be easily heard during the evening. The motel was dated. Appeared that some of the furniture was not up to date, what little was in the room.

it is located in a decent spot right off the main road with a 24hr whataburger right across the street

A basic and simple room was good, but it needed to be a bit more comfortable.

The price was decent. It was a simple room but had all I needed.

The bed was rather uncomfortable and might have had bed bugs (woke up with bites).

not a good stay at all.

Manager of the hotel is not helpful at all. I reserved a room and already paid for it but didn’t sleep on that room I returned the key after a couple of minutes. I talked to the front desk lady and told her that I wanna speak to the manager because I want to get a refund but the manager didn’t even bother to talk to me to solve the problem. I’m not too happy of my stay on this property. I will not book again.

Check the light fixtures

Staff was friendly and it had a pool.

The light fixture right outside the bathroom was disgusting. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a year. The remote for the T.V. didn't work very well.

Best front desk staff ever experienced.

Chris was so welcoming and awesome at check in! And the warm welcome and accommodations to my dog as well as me is what set you guys apart! I will definitely be staying here again.

No more breakfast or coffee. But because of COVID I understood.

Disappointing

I was looking for a hotel close to the hospital and this one met my needs in that regard.

The room was small and not equipped with much. There were no outlets aside from the one in the bathroom so there was not a convenient place to charge a cell phone. This area of town is a little trashy so there was some unease of safety for my vehicle and belongings.
