Leave a camera in your room when you leave

Location and the fact it was clean

Staff coming into my room when they seen me leave. I feel violated and I don't trust to stay there again.

Location and the fact the rooms are clean

Staff going into my room when they seen me leave. To be exact the cleaning Mgr and I told her we didn't need anything. Also had a do not disturb sign on the door. I checked in late the night before and woke up to a man and woman banging on my door at 8a.m. by the time I got to the door the lady was putting a key in to unlock it. That's just bad bad business and I have been a guest for yrs through all the name changing owners changing and never had a problem like that before. I don't trust to stay there again

The staff was nice and helpful even when problems arose. Clean! Good location, close to the beach and food.

Slow flushing toilets and tub drained slowly. No lamps all overhead lighting.

We did NOT stay as it was extremely dangerous wiith no deadbolt lock and drugs all around. We had a 5 year old with us

it was dirty, locks didnt work , partying out side and stank from all the Marijuana being smoked inside and outside only plus was I did get a refund

Good hotel sorry night shift except for Miss Michelle she's absolutely wonderful.

The staff was efficient besides the night shift where one Foreigner works male and a light condensed I want to say Puerto Rican male both of those guys needs to be let go there was an issue when I felt they needed to know about and the Foreigner that's the mail says to me what would you like for me to do about it would you like for me to talk to them so that was the one thing I did not like other than that the staff was very efficient they were very good again besides those two men

As we stated in my previous text there were two males that wrote The night shift one is I want to say he may be from one of the islands Nigeria somewhere Alabama Africa he was very rude very disrespectful and he has no knowledge when they comes to handicapped people and what needs to happen and not only that he pretty much I was threatening with his eyes when he saw that I was in the office area reporting the incident that happened the night before if you need to know more about the incident that happened please look at Miss Michelle's report and you will understand what I'm speaking of.

Disappointing

The staff was friendly and the room was decent for the price.

I left my room for an hour to go eat lunch. While I was gone, someone entered my room. I knew this because there was a light left on by whoever entered and things were out of place. In my opinion this was a complete invasion of privacy because I was not informed that anyone needed to enter my room.

bathroom door would not close no matter how hard you try tall it was on a 45° angle. The cover over the toilet tank was broken so you had to take it off to flush the toilet are you would cut your fingers on the top or the handlers
