Not the Quality we deserve.

The location to downtown was close and we were able to walk.

Have you ever read reviews and thought it can't be that bad? It can. I read these prior to my trip but I like to give places a chance. On arrival the grounds looked dilapidated. Two homeless people were sleeping on the sidewalk out front. At check in we were warned any signs of make up or stains on towels were a $10 fee. Walking to our room we passed tables with trash and cigarette butts on the ground and a dead mouse in the corner. In our room I pushed a chair in front of the door...I just didn't feel safe . The bedding was disgusting with stains so we brought in our own bedding. The shower...just yuck. You probably think if it was that bad and unsafe why stay? After driving 6 hours and finding out it was non refundable I gave in.

The room was great. I'd stay again but breakfast was unimpressive.

One morning it opened late and served cold . Had to eat everything in the microwave . The Breakfast left a lot to be desired.

Decent location but no other good qualities

The floor was dirty, we could hear everything even the person in the room above us vomiting. This was not a good value, for the price I expected the property to be cleaner and nicer, and not hear everything that was going on outside and in the surrounding rooms. I had to call the property before the stay and the man on the phone was not helpful and kept over talking me. The man that checked us in was not friendly or courteous.

Very good

Our stay was fine the motel was close to restaurants and Garden of the Gods. As it was New Year’s Eve we enjoyed the fireworks on Top of Pikes Peak from the parking area. Over all a good stay.

Great value for price paid and would recommend this hotel to others.

My daughter and I were in the area to visit family as well as Pike’s Peak and Garden of the Gods, and this hotel was conveniently located to each one. the staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was great.

Due to staffing limitations, there was nobody on property overnight in the event a guest got locked out of their room (which didn’t happen to us).

Not a good decision to book here.

The staff refunded our full balance, which we appreciated. The staff attempted to restore the internet service.

We checked out after forty five minutes when it was clear the internet was down and not coming back up. We needed internet for our company to function. There was no dog park as advertised (a flower bed filled with gravel is all we could find). An ice machine and the entire pool were broken. It did not meet our needs. The place needs repair and management.

Good

The room was spacious and updated to modern decor. The beds were comfortable. The variety of choices at breakfast were more than typical for this level of hotels. Parking was easy at right near our room, simply needed a pass given at check in to display in the window for security.

There was a noticeable gap at the bottom of the room entry door. Sound, air, and light all passing through. A simple door sweep would fix that. The sink location is outside of the bathroom and right by the A/C unit. The cold air blowing directly on you is not pleasant.

Serviceable but not particularly satisfying

Reasonable price, good location, staff were efficient about check-in.

Pool was closed for repair, no exercise facilities, bit annoying that you have to return the parking pass or be charged (we had to turn around and bring it back.)

the ambiance at the hotel is very unpleasant.

walls are paper thin - you can hear neighbor’s conversation. people going to their cars at all hours. car alarms going off. people talking loudly outside. door latch almost off door frame. beds were noisy & not comfortable. just a very unpleasant experience for a high price!
