My girlfriend and I found this place for a nights stay impromptu and glad we did. It was clean and quiet. The mattress was hard but suck is when you pay less than $100/night. We would stay there again!

Room had a moldy smell, when i went to use a wash cloth a bunch of nats flew out of it. Bath tubs plug don't work and shower head leaks all over. I think the smell made me get sick in the middle if the night. Woke up with swollen eyes and stuffed up

Quaint and cute little lodge in Manitou Springs. While I understand that it may seem dated, it perfectly fits that aesthetic of vintage motel lodging. The room I stayed in seemed relatively updated, the AC was great, it was quiet, and the breakfast that was offered (while minimal) is probably the best little motel breakfast you'll have in your life (Can't beat waffles and donuts!)

Silver Saddle Motel is located within walking distance from quant downtown Manitou Springs and across the corner street to Savellis Italian restaurant. Across the street is a creek & a park. I stayed twice at Silver Saddle and had a nice time. The owner and staff are nice people. Garden of the Gods is within walking distance. This is a nice place.

The room smelt like a dog really bad which affected my allergies and they are kind of high school ish with you cant get coffee until breakfast room is open which most hotels put it in the office where you can get to it 24/7. Cant check in till 3pm on the money. They could do alot better on customer service rather than their opions.

The motel was easy to get to and the rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was the usual motel breakfast with a waffle maker and cereal, toast, bagels, donuts, fruit, coffee and juice. The pool had a stain around the top of the water all the way around the pool and we weren't sure what it was from, but other than that the kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. All in all, a nice motel for the price.

Easy and fast check in. Air conditioner worked good which was great with the hot temps. Beds were comfortable, not the best pillows. Even though we were right next to the stairs didn’t hear anything during the night. Convenient location for our plans.

Silver Saddle Motel is minutes within walking distance to downtown Manitou Springs (only less than 5 minutes by car but you have to pay for parking). The owner is very friendly and welcoming. We had a nice room with 2 very comfortable queen size beds. The continental breakfast is very good, too. It's also a pet-friendly place (for a small fee). We enjoyed our stay there. Thanks, John :-)

Our room was very clean, fresh and the king size bed was so comfortable. Best shower I have ever had with a good size bathroom. Continental breakfast included had good coffee, fresh orange juice, bagels, toast, waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereal and pastries. It was very good.

I really love this place because it's the perfect location for me to hike along the creek, and there's a beautiful park across the street. There are places to eat that you can walk to. But I've stayed there many times and have been treated with such friendliness. It's very clean and I love that every room has a bench or chair in front of you're room so I love to sit out there at night and take in that night sky and fresh air.
