Food was good. Location is convenient. Employees were pleasant. Easy access. Ice was handy.
Glad for in-room coffee, but a 2-cup coffee maker would have been nice.

The breakfast was great! The beds were very comfortable. The shower was great!
I was disappointed with the pool as the water was very cold.

It was a comfortable bed and the staff is super nice! The location to where we were headed was really convenient as well.
The room was pretty shabby. Stains all over the carpet. Stains on all of the furniture and sheets. The drywall on the ceiling was crumbling. There were ants and lots of flys in the bathroom. (Though it's June in northern Kentucky...flys and ants are literally everywhere, so there's that). Safe to say we will never come back here. But it did provide us a place to sleep for the night.

It was a good breakfast
Person that was serving breakfast did not speak English and could not communicate with guests!!

It was close to some restaurants.
The beds seemed dirty(had black specs of dirt in the bed) & there were stains on the sheets. It looked and smelt like a hotel from the 70’s on the inside. Wall trim was peeling off the walls. It is not worth $140/night stay. This is worth $70/night at best! Not impressed!

the room was a little run down... base boards coming off the wall holes in carpet duct tape on dress by the fridge.

It was a safe place to stay.
The bedding was dirty upon arrival. The drawers were dirty inside. The room smelled of mildew and was extremely humid to the point that everything felt wet, even though the air conditioner was running.

We came up from TN to see the Ark. There were not a lot of options and most things close by the Ark were sold out for the weekend. It out us about 15 minutes away from it so the location worked for us and it was right off the interstate which was good. However, there really wasn't much else that we liked.
We came up from TN to see the Ark. There were not a lot of options and most things close by the Ark were sold out for the weekend. The gentleman that was at the desk to check in seemed bothered we were there. It was a late check in in his defense. But we were nice and smiling and wished him well and he just looked at us like he wanted us to shut up and go away. My friend and talked about how sad and depressed he looked. The hotel is older which is okay but it just looked and felt dirty and unkept. The room was dark and outdated. The bathroom looked rough including wood chipped off door. Even the door frame into our room was chipped and busted like someone had to tried to break in. It made us nervous. But we dropped something on the floor and picked it up. When I used a paper towel to wipe it up just to make sure it would not leave anything, it was filthy dirty. It was just a corner piece of a sandwich. We went in and got a wash cloth to touch up, the carpet was so gross it turned the white washcloth brown quickly. We had just gotten there and we would not take our shoes off after that. There was a large cleaning staff in halls when we checked out after the second night but they all were sad and did speak when we wished them well but it just seemed all sad and depressing. I don't think I could ever stay there again.

The hotel was close to the Ark Encounter that we were visiting.
Upon entering our room we notice that the plastic window panels (which did not close completely) had holes in it. When we opened the window, we were met with a view of trash splattered all over the ground at what looked like the side or rear of the building. Once we looked at the beds we saw that they were both heavily stained bedding and one had what looked like dried semen. I went to the front desk and showed the attendant pictures on my
phone, to which he replied, “ Sorry about that” and gave me keys to another room.
That room also have dirty, stained bedding. The carpeting was stained as well. The ice bucked had dirt and hair strands in it.
Unfortunately we were on a tight budget for what was a long awaited vacation for our family. Otherwise, my family would have immediately left and stayed at another hotel. I will be leaving my review, including photos on Google and Yelp as well! This stay pretty much ruined our trip.
