I liked the the location especially for our reason for coming to the area. We enjoyed the size of the suite and hope to return again.

Nice location, but ask for early check-in and get a discount because 200 bucks is too much.

Nice location. Quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Everything in the room worked.

Staff refused early check-in, which is the right but at $200 a night for two nights I thought maybe I could get a little bit of an accommodation. The breakfast was fine except they were running out of food and we had to tell them we were out of food please fill the milk please bring more eggs, please please please. Refrigerator had other peoples garbage in it.

Not what I paid for!!!

The comfy beds and the fresh clean smell,

The pool was not heated, my granddaughters and I froze , and the staff was not friendly and our fire detector light was blinking bright light all night , and the managers lies to the customers, when trying to resolve the problems.

We had a great stay for one night.

The facilities were clean and kept up very nice.

If you need the couch as a bed, bring an air mattress. It was not comfortable. The bed was good, but if you need a firmer mattress this is not it

Pleasant stay

Breakfast was good . They had Gluten Free options I was grateful for that. Front desk lady Sharon was very nice / professional

The motel was as expected. The bed was fine and room very clean.

The woman did a great job keeping the food stocked and the tables wiped down. She was very friendly and helpful. The food was satisfactory and appreciated. The person that checked us in was friendly as well as the person that checked us out.

The motel was good for us. We were exhausted upon arrival from traveling a total of 9 hours and attending a funeral before arriving to the motel. We had to work for our jobs until time to check out of the motel. Everything was as expected for a motel.

Will definitely be back

Comfort Suites was an extremely comfortable place to stay. Every request and expectation was met. The staff was very friendly, especially Linda. We brought our pet and that turned out nicely. My husband, son and I traveled with my parents and was able to get connecting rooms. The rooms were very clean. Breakfast was great. It was just all so nice.

Nice newer facility with Kentucky charm and friendliness.

One of the reading lamps was not working, but that was OK. I wasn't reading... We brought our doggie and so did others. No problems. The free waffles (can't go wrong) were the best ever.

The staff cheerfully moved us to a different room on the wife's request. No extra charge. The first room had an odor the wife hated. Smelled a bit smokey.

The checkin and out was very quick. Overall the stay was good and would stay there again.

The breakfast was great and staff very helpful. Food was hot and tasty. Good parking and motel was quiet.

we had a receptacle in our room with a hand written note to not use ??? There was only lukewarm water at the faucet on the bath vanity, hot in tub though.

We enjoyed our visit.

Linda was charming at breakfast and spoke to us each breakfast. Mary was also very helpful as well. Very clean and new feeling. It was close to The Ark !

The halls and lobby were too cold for my comfort.

Enjoyable except for the flooding after every shower and the fall!

We were in a room for disabilities. The shower ran into the entire bathroom floor. The shower floor was very slippery and my disabled husband fell. I almost fell because of all the water that overflowed onto the rest of the bathroom. I told the front desk and said that they know about the water overflowing every time the shower is on. They cleaned the floor immediately but did nothing when I told them my husband fell.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff

Breakfast was amazing!! Even though it was a long line wait for hot Breakfast, the ladies made amazing eggs that were worth waiting for. Clean rooms, new towels daily, good atmosphere in the facility!

Pool area was a little small, had to time your visit right to not be overcrowded there.
