Love the location as you can park at property and walk almost anywhere downtown.

This is the PERFECT place to stay when visiting the RMNP. It’s located in the heart of downtown Estes Park making it so easy to walk to shops/dinner/etc., not to mention the short drive (less than 10 min) to the park itself. The place was so spacious for my husband and I and communication with the host was so easy and always responded so quickly. I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone!

Great location, very clean and comfortable. Will definitely be back!

We had about two days in Estes Park and it was the most perfect location. The town is so lovely with great local restaurants and coffee shops, and the condo/apt was great for two people. A balcony for wine, a perfect size kitchen, two bathrooms (which is a HUGE plus!), and an hot tub/bath in the bedroom. It was a perfect location to get to Rocky Mountain National Park, and we could not have had a better time in a perfect location and loft apartment. We will be back most definitely!
PS - the owners were wonderful, easy to communicate with and there was a 'property' manager who was very helpful. As well we had neighbors but never heard them! So, it's a very quiet location and walking distance to everything in town.

Great location and affordable

Excellent location for walking Estes Park and a short drive to RMNP. The construction noise was not an issue. Didn’t start until about 7 am. Would definitely stay again!

Overall the property was great! Very clean and functional. The only issues were traffic was rough due to city construction which I completely understand is outside the property’s control. They provide parking permits across the street and it was difficult to move in and out when crossing a construction busy street with all my bags. And I did not get a parking space any night because I was out all day. Overall it was very niceall of

We are so happy that we rented this loft - location is perfect. Red and Brown shuttle routes pick up at the building! We were in EP for a July wedding and all the other guests were complaining about their accommodations not having air conditioning- but this loft has a great AC and fans so we were very comfortable even when it was 99 degrees outside. Will stay here again

Excellent location that is within walking distance from all the dining and drinking establishments in Estes Park. Quick drive to Rocky Mountain National Park. Loft was nice. Parking was harder than desired. The reserved lot is across a busy street without a crosswalk, however, never had to look more than 5 mins to get a spot in the busiest times.
Overall, excellent trip. Would book again!!!

Our loft was just perfect! Walking distance to stores and restaurants. Amenities were on point, did not lack or need anything during our stay. Bonus that unit has AC that kept space nice and cool. Would rebook if in area again without question.

Great location for a couple days visit to RMNP. Walkable to most of Estes Park for shopping and dinner. Loft itself was great size for 2 people. Would return.

My husband and I recently stayed in Estes Park for a hiking trip in Rocky Mountain National Park, and this rental was the perfect place for our visit. The property was very clean and conveniently located just a short walk from downtown. We loved strolling a couple of blocks away to enjoy dinner after returning from our hike.

My husband and I loved our stay in this cozy lofted apartment in Estes Park. Very walkable to many restaurants and coffee shops. 20-30 min drive to many sites of interest at RMNP. Very clean and jetted hot tub in master suite was lovely. Will stay again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The only downside was the parking for our winter trip. Taking the baby to the car across the street with the weather was not ideal but when we did get a spot at the loft, it was perfect!

Comfortable and convenient to town!

The unit was excellent. Perfect for my wife and I. It was clean and well stocked. Everything you could need was within walking distance. The only negative was the street construction during the night.

The location to town can’t be beat, everything is very walkable. The condo actually looks nicer in person than it does in the pictures. The living room furniture is comfortable, as is the king size bed. The condo was nice and clean. There’s very little usable cookware, so plan accordingly. It was fine for our needs. There was major all-night construction right outside which was rough, and is hopefully over for the next people staying there. Overall, very inviting and cozy little condo!

Have stayed in this area previously. With all the construction going on not an ideal location right now. The first night was a lot of overnight construction - continuous construction noise and lights all night long into early morning hours. At check in received a message from Lucky to reach out if needed anything. Inquired about the fireplace how to use - instructions should be added to info provided. Response was pilot not lit. Asked if someone could come in the next morning to light pilot. Response was I can try tomorrow morning and also sent a video how to do it. Never heard from again. I would have preferred a better response as I did not want to mess with the pilot. Cooler temps fireplace would've been nice to use and pilot should be lit for future guests to use. When departed Lucky took the time to text me to leave the owner a 5* review, but didn't take the time to come light the pilot. Definitely felt like an afterthought as the guest. However, Adele, the owner was very responsive and very helpful as far as communication and parking. She went above and beyond prior to our stay to answer any questions. Will be a great place to stay after the construction is completed. Walking distance to restaurants, river, visitor center.

My husband and I traveled to Estes Park to visit Rocky Mountain National Park and celebrate our 22nd anniversary. Our stay at the Loft was just perfect. We loved the fact that we could easily walk right into town. Each morning, we could walk to Raven's Roast or Inkwell Brewery for a great cup of coffee, and after putting in a full day in the park, we enjoyed walking the Riverwalk to a relaxing restaurant with seating outdoors by the river. Poppy's Pizza, Ed's Cantina, and Mile High Coffee were just a few that we happily utilized outdoor seating.
At the condo, the bathrooms were updated, the kitchen was small but adequate and bed was comfortable. We appreciated 2 bathrooms, and I enjoyed reading on the balcony.
If (hopefully when!) we return to Estes Park, this is the first place I will look to secure lodging!

Location was amazing. We were walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. It is just a street away from downtown but yet quiet at night. The condo itself was great. 2 bathrooms, big TV and a fully equipped kitchen!

Construction noise was an issue we were advised of before our arrival. Jacuzzi did not work, but everything else was excellent. We would certainly stay again.

Where do I begin. Like other reviews it is in a great location. Just a short walk and you are on the main street with all the shops. Close to a lot of restaurants too. I really like the decor which gives it a cabin like feel. There is a shared front porch and a balcony on the loft floor. Also, a skylight above the bed to stargaze out. There is the hot tub that you can relax in after a long day of hiking. I felt the bed was quite comfortable too. This is way better than a hotel room. Don't hesitate booking this rental!

We love this spot, nice and perfect location. The unit has everything you need and cozy! Also, nice to have a few extras with the TV having all the great channels to unwind after a long day of hiking.
