Newly renovated rooms

It was self check in, no staff at office. Your name on envelope with key in it and bill just outside of office. Outdoors,not the safest check in.

Comfortable, clean room in a great location with a nice pool facility.

Nowhere to put anything in the room or bathroom. No shelves, drawers, dresser, table. Almost no horizontal surfaces.

We would stay here again. Staff was great . Location was great . Rugs need to be updated or cleaned

Great stay

It is right in town so it’s in walking distance to restaurants. It is less than a mile to the Ice Castles. The rooms were clean and comfortable and bigger than expected. Check in was easy too

The only thing was the bathroom was missing a curtain or shade. We put a towel up to block the view

The room was big enough for my 3 kids and myself.

We arrived in a snowstorm, and our room's heat was off. We turned it on to a reasonable 67°, but it took a while for the room to heat up. The second night, we had left the heat on about 67°, and by morning, it was freezing again.

when you’re a traveller from another country the contactless check-in is not very welcoming. would not return in these c

good parking, right outside your room. spacious with somewhere to sit

contactless check inn, very impersonal. didn’t like the threat of a charge if we didn’t recycle, but no information given on what to actually recycle, we had to guess. shortage of toilet paper, no one on hand to replenish so we had to eke our half a roll out

Great place! Near the mountains for hiking !

Great location near the white mountains , great restaurants and amenities very close. Cute village and quiet at night.

The pillows were way too big, we wish we had more options. The price is quiet high as well, but it might be the same elsewhere.

Very cute, clean and fun place to stay!

Lovely location on the Pemigewasset, cute grounds, cute room, quiet and peaceful environment. Wayne’s Deli/Grocery across the street was pretty sweet too.

Bed was not super comfortable and was VERY creaky. Would have been nice to have a lamp in the room in addition to just the main light switch light. Shower drained very slowly.

Quaint, great location, reasonable price.

The shower had soap scum on the walls and a ring around the tub. It also didn’t drain well. I bought cleaner and cleaned it.

Lovely place to stay

Location was excellent - there are many local cafes and restaurants. Seating by the river was provided, which we used for our take-out pizza. Room was comfortable and well-equipped.

Exceptional

Location was within walking distance to downtown, and close to attractions. Check-in process was very simple. The room was clean and everything was in working order. No issues with the amenities. Access to a cute little river behind the building was a nice bonus.

location to our family reunion was close and to many attractions.

Was a bit disappointed that there was no instructon for the tv. We were unable to watch it had no idea how to change the channel. Power and volume was the only access we had. There was not enough cups for the coffee, the room fits 4 but only 2 cups and two coffees . There was no soap shampoo, conditioner or enough towels Room was set up for 2, when the reservation specifially said 4.

Fantastic motel

The room was clean. It was the perfect size. I was glad they had a mini fridge with an actual freezer. The pool was nice even though I didn't get to fully utilize it. It was the perfect location for my needs. I loved that it was within walking distance of many great restaurants and only a short drive to Franconia notch state park.

The check in process was a little confusing. I didn't realize it was fully contactless and that my check in stuff would be in an envelope by the office door, but after the initial confusion, my stay went perfectly.
