The location was very nice, the bedroom and the pool. The restaurant was good.
3 days they keep the garbage ourside of the bedroom, they didn't replace the shampoo, conditioner and the shower gel
The restaurant was closed 2 days.
We will return, we hope they fix this things.

The pool and hot tubs were amazing, the room was super clean and has excellent amenities, the staff were super nice and helpful, and the location was perfect!
The ice rink was a little treacherous, but very pretty.

Loved this resort! A very roomy studio apartment with lovely equipped kitchen which was awesome. A great spot for exploring the local area, so much to see and do. Modern and spacious, wish we could have stayed longer!
Unfortunately our midweek stay meant the bar and restaurant onsite were both closed but there are other options in the village. No complaints!

The bigger pool was full of bugs, and there was a lot of sand at the bottom.

Location is fine, had to avoid holes on road leading in to resort parking lot
It takes a long time for hot water to reach the 5th floor.
I wanted to take photos of the mountains from room 514, however, behind what I think is El Greco Pizza is a huge wall of graffiti, ruining all photos. I felt the two businesses could work together to clear that up, it’s very ghetto looking. Pigeon poop on the balcony could’ve at least been cleaned before each customer arrives, I understand it’s not something that can be controlled but at least start us off clean.

The room was great- very clean and comfortable, appropriate sized with nice kitchen amenities and a balcony.
Some of the facilities were not up to snuff, for example the ice rink wasn't open during the week and there were no towels available at the pool when I arrived after skiing- I had to go upstairs to ask the front desk to replenish. The restaurant was particularly disappointing- the food was sub-par (I had the charcuterie board and a salad) and the service was slow and inattentive. Had I known, I definitely would have eaten in one of the many restaurants nearby, as there are lots of options in town within a short walking distance.
