Convenient location to downtown. Backs up to a creek. Charming outdoor area in the back. It is more of a neighborhood rather than a hotel, which is nice. Would stay here again.
Bathroom is a little tight, but clean.

Loved the room and the amenities. The property is small but we’ll maintained with outside areas to relax in

No breakfast but coffee pods provided. Room was tiny but adequate, the road noise and headlights were somewhat annoying, but many rooms were oriented away from road which in hindsight would have been much better.

Preskett Pines has the great feel of a country inn. although it was too cold for us to sit outside, the outside sitting areas were lovely and the room we stayed in the first night had rocking chairs outside the front door. Lots of trees made for a outdoor feel to the whole property.
I can’t think of anything as a negative. For other people, the fact that there is not staff at the hotel 24 hours a day might be an issue, but it was no problem for us.

Cute cottage room. Very comfortable bed. Great location close to downtown Prescott.
Small shower. No table & chairs to eat our breakfast delivered to our room.

Cute room with fire place, TV with streaming, quiet, and continental breakfast served via a basket in the mornings.

Room very comfy and the separate sitting room with electric fireplace was very nice.
Road noise was a nuisance and breakfast was more continental than what we expected:

Filled in ur survey but submitted it before writing a comment.
We enjoyed our stay at Prescott Pines very much. Everything was perfect. Way above our expectations.
What we ordered for brkfst was just right. Lots of variety to choose from.
Had questions w/a couple of things after getting to our room. Girl at the desk came to our room right away & helped us.
I would not hesitate to recommend staying at the Prescott Pines.

It is beautifully maintained, quiet and in a perfect location. I enjoyed breakfast from a rocking chair on the porch. I took in deep blue sky, with little white fluffy clouds, an old growth pine tree canopied the garden where a swing faced the creek and sitting area and ravens spoke to each other.
The room was quiet, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. It was a lovely place to stay.

I am diabetic. Our breakfast basket consisted of high carb bagel, hi sugar yougert, a pastry, and fruit. There were 2 hard boiled eggs but this breakfast lacked greatly!

Very private, you have your own little porch to sit on. It was clean and comfortable. Easy to get to. And very friendly. Much better than a hotel. The grounds were very pretty. Lots of places to sit and relax outside.

This can not be changed but let me mention that room could be bigger.

Quaint and cozy, staff was amazing and great proximity to Whiskey Row
air conditioner was a bit noisy

Enjoyed the complimentary simple and nutritious breakfast. Complimentary drinks, the relaxing and quiet room and surrounding exterior amenities. Very responsive hosts and cleanliness of the facilties.
Shower pressure and bath faucet functionality was challenging. Tile floors in bathroom and kitchen are slippery when wet. Need better blinds for privacy.

Breakfast was special. Very friendly service. Very clean room, smelled fresh. Nice distance from downtown. Peaceful and private. Had a chance to have our dinner outside on the patio- loved the serenity and coziness. Sina made us feel at home and welcome. Thanks for an excellent second honeymoon stay.
Liked everything.

Breakfast was so good! The staff was very nice too!
There was some kind of stain (could be blood spot?) on bedding. However, there was an extra blanket so we used it.

This was our second stay at Prescott Pines and it was truly exceptional. My wife, who is currently undergoing chemo happened to come down with COVID as well during our trip. The staff and kitchen made an extraordinary effort to accommodate her needs making our trip truly the best it could be. Thank you to Danielle, Saina and “Chef” for taking such great care of us during our time of need. We will be back 😊!!
Not a thing.

The room was huge and so comfortable. I was so excited to find an unexpected fireplace in our room. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. They even provided a wine opener and wine glasses. The outdoor furniture was so nice and we sat outside for a little while each evening. Breakfast exceeded expectations and was so good, even my picky eater daughters were happy to try new things and then complimented the chef when he came out. The staff was awesome and beyond helpful and friendly. The location was fantastic - close to downtown but still felt secluded. We’ll definitely be back.
The only thing I can say was that conditioner in the bathrooms would have been good. I forgot to pack mine.
