Come stay at our beautiful beach Townhome! The Location is Ideal and You Won't Be Disappointed!
It is a Beautiful, 3 Bedroom, 2-1/2 Bath Townhouse. We provide satellite TV and Wi-Fi. It Features a Large Open Kitchen/dining/living Area With a Wide, Unobstructed View of the Ocean. Location can't be beat. It is a Short 6 Minute Walk to the Beach and It is Also Located Just One Block from the Center of Downtown Long Beach. The Ground Floor Has a Deep, 2 Car Garage, Washer/dryer, Ping-pong Table, foosball table and gas grill. On the Second Floor There Are 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths. The Third Floor is the Main Living/Kitchen/Dining Area With Another 1/2 Bath.
The Wide, Unobstructed Ocean View from the Main Living Room is Beautiful. There is a Deck Off the Living Room and You Can Sit Outside and watch the kites or fishing boats, then watch the Beautiful Sun Set Over the Ocean. The Home is Furnished for Comfort With a Large, Comfy Sectional Sofa That Has a Pull Out Full Bed, Big Comfortable Chairs, As Well As a 50" SMART TV and Blue-ray Dvd Player.
The Large Kitchen Is, Clean, Fully Stocked, Including a Keurig coffee maker, All New Small Appliances As Well As Cooking and Baking Ware and Utensils. There is a Dining Room Table That Seats 6 And an Island Bar for Additional Seating.
There is a Very Comfortable King-sized Bed in the Master Bedroom With an Adjoining Full Bathroom. You Can See the Ocean from This Room As Well. The Second Bedroom is Furnished With a Comfy Queen Bed With a Bathroom Right Next Door. Both of These Rooms Have a 32" Led TV. The master bedroom TV is wall mounted and fully adjustable. The Third Bedroom Sleeps Three With Full/Twin Bunk Beds. The large sectional couch upstairs also has a full-sized fold-out bed.
This Townhouse Also Has a Small, Private Patio Off the Garage and a Common Area With a Fire Pit.

Had issues getting in. 1 key for 6 adults. None of the plug-ins in the bathrooms worked and couldn't get the wifi to work. The house is pretty.

We come to Long Beach every year for a fishing trip and we now have a new favorite place to stay! This condo has all the amenities, is private, and in a great centralized location!! The house has everything we needed and plenty of room for us to spread out for afternoon quiet time. 😊 The owners were very gracious and alerted us to an issue with the coffee maker prior to our arrival so we could make the proper arrangements to purchase k-cups for the in-house Keurig. Highly recommend, beautiful views and a convenient location!

We visited Long Beach for a family reunion and really enjoyed our stay at the Sandcastle Vacation Home. Great location, large family room and a wonderful host. All communications were prompt and helpful. We appreciate the opportunity to stay at the property and highly recommend it.

This well-appointed condo was exactly what we had hoped for with proximity to beach, trails, town and fabulous view exactly as listed. The three bedrooms were adequate for our group and beds were good with the exception of the king bed which is high down the center making it somewhat uncomfortable.

Location is THE BEST! Right downtown across from putt putt golf and two blocks to Scoopers ice cream. Family friendly plus nice and quiet. We have stayed here many times and it's always great.

Very convenient, quiet, easy to walk to town and beach. The stairs are very steep which was unexpected and housekeeping needs to wash the quilts and matching pillowcases. We had a great stay and would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Sandcastle. The space was great, and the location can't be beat. Just a block from downtown Long Beach, everything is within walking distance. We'll definitely be back.

This property was not clean when we arrived. We immediately contacted the host. The sheets were still on the floor at the end of the bed in the master bedroom. The counters were dirty. The towels were in the dryer, but not in the bathrooms. There were no cleaning supplies available except comet and dish soap. The host contacted the cleaning person. She could not be there until 11:00 the next day. We had just driven 6 hours from eastern Washington. Our food needed to go in the fridge. The freezer was full of old and overflowing ice. With paper towels and hot soapy water I cleaned the counters, toilets and other surfaces. My husband stripped the bed, washed and dried the sheets, folded the towels and put them all over. Our kids helped as their rooms were ok. This is not how we expected to start our vacation. The next day the cleaner dropped off a disinfectant cleaner and some garbage bags. In our phone conversation the host said we would probably not have to pay the cleaning fee and most likely would be compensated some way for all the cleaning we had to do .We were only refunded the cleaning fee, nothing more. So the weather was nice at the beach and our family had a good time, but the dirty bedroom and other disappointing things put a damper on our stay.

We loved our stay in this townhouse with its great view of the ocean. The townhouse was very spacious & so beautiful & clean. The location is perfect with it being close to the entrance to the World’s Longest Beach along with it being less than a block from alot of the shops & restaurants. We’ve stayed at another property before this one and this property is where we definitely want to stay again next year if it’s available!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and we plan on returning again. We love the location to the beach, Discovery Trail and all that downtown Long Beach has to offer. The view from the kitchen area is amazing. We traveled with teens aged 14-17 and they loved it as well. The ping pong table in the garage is an extra bonus. Thank you!

Great place and great location! We were able to walk to the beach to play bocce ball at sunset. Walk back to the condo to drop off the bocce ball set, then an easy walk to town for some fun at the arcade with the kids, then to Spooners for some ice cream. There were plenty of puzzles, games, and dvd’s at the condo to keep us entertained. Everything you need to cook any meal. We had a great time and will absolutely stay again. Thanks!

The condo is super clean and modern. It had everything we needed to cook meals for our family and was with walking distance to town. The owners are easy to communicate with and seem very pleasant. We are already looking to book again for next summer! It will be our new yearly summer stay at Long Beach!

Beautiful home. Very comfortable and pleasant furnishings. The kitchen is well stocked and the area open and airy. The view from the small deck is very nice. The location is great with easy walkable access to the center of town and beach. Host was great to work with! Very responsive and helpful!

A lovely place to stay if you are visiting Long Beach, very central and with views of the dunes. The owners were very helpful and great at communicating, and understanding when we had to alter our plans for family reasons. Definitely recommend.

We loved everything about your property! But you should be aware that the dishwasher is extremely noisy and since most people run it at night you can't sleep in the room below because of it. Also, the top of the dishes on the top rack don't get clean. The kitchen facuet also leaks a bit. Other than those things, everything was great and I would highly recommend it to my friends. Your neighbor to the south was so helpful and kind!!

Great location and a nice view. This place was just what we expected. Lots of room for a family of four with teenagers to spread out. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony and loved how close it was to the beach as well as shops and restaurants.

We had a really nice relaxing time--it was a very clean and comfortable place. Always good to have a foosball table around too. :) Great location a block off the main street in Long Beach and really close to the beach path. Communication with the host was very easy. We spent a lot of time at Cape Disappointment also and highly recommend the Lewis & Clark interpretive center.
