Walk out your door and head to the beach or pool! Great family vacation condo. This is the perfect place for family fun. The pool is great and the beach is awesome at our large three bedroom, gulf-front condo. Sit back and relax on your private balcony as you look out over the pool, beach and Gulf of Mexico, complete with beautiful sunsets.

Our condo is updated with comfortable furniture and Tv's in every room. Master bedroom with king-size bed, queen-size in second bedroom and a pair of twins in the third. There is also a twin size air mattress available in the condo if needed. DVD players in every room and a DVR in living room and WIFI. There is a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. The balcony has a table and chairs with seating for six. Its perfect for watching the sunset with great views for meals. Pack and Play, stroller and booster seat also in unit.

Golf and water sports are close and there are many restaurants to choose from! No need to haul all your beach gear. Just bring your swimsuits! Beach toys,chairs, beach towels, and a cooler are here waiting for you. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. Our condo will fit all your needs. Reserve it now!

**I prefer Saturday to Saturday rentals during high season but depending on time of year will consider other options. PLEASE message me first before requesting a reservation if your rental dates are not Saturday to Saturday.

The condo was great! Had everything we needed! Spacious for 3 adult couples. Easy beach & pool access. Marci was a great host & only a phone call/text away. Unit looks exactly as pictured. Would definitely love to stay here again!!!

We have stayed in condos between Clearwater and St. Pete for over 25 years. This condo, hands down, was the best for a family. We always fly and have to buy chairs/cooler/cascade, etc. The owners had everything provided, including beach towels and chairs for all 7 of us! We had an infant and a pack-and-play, booster seat, stroller was even available! Unheard of. You can get 3 bdrm condos anywhere, but the owners make the difference and Marci was extremely kind and informative. I would stay here anytime over anyplace else we've stayed. Very clean and roomy, as well.

My sisters and I go to Florida once a year and always stay at different places along the St Pete beach area. This was one of the nicest places that we’ve stayed. The condo was perfect for us, the pool was great and the beach area- A+. We will stay at this condo again real soon…

This condo is perfect in every way! The decor is beautifully put together and flows nicely from room to room. Very clean with everything you need! Great view of the pool and ocean. We could watch the sunset every night from the balcony or master bedroom, or via a short walk to the beach. Marci was great to work with; quick to respond and helpful. We will definitely book this condo again

We visit the area almost every year and this is one of the best condos I’ve ever enjoyed! It was well stocked for both cooking and fun at the beach. It is spacious, comfortable, and clean. The pool and beach were both great, and we enjoyed the sunset every night on the porch.

Our 3 bedroom condo was perfect. Its an oceanfront property with a beautiful view of the Gulf. Unit was very clean and you can tell the owners worked hard to keep their unit updated. Kitchen was very well stocked. Beds were super comfortable. Pool area was wonderful and the beach was lovely. Most important, the owner was very responsive to our needs and questions.

This is an Ideal place for families. The room set up was perfect. The pool and beach are both in great view from our balcony. Chairs and beach toys! Next to an awesome bird sanctuary that we went to quite frequently (free of charge)walking distance also was a great place for Ice cream and a playground. Marci was great at communicating from the very beginning. She truly wants her guests to have a wonderful time.

Wonderful time at this condo with a great view of the sunset every evening. Steps from the gorgeous beach and pool. Everything you need is there for the beach ( chairs / towels / floats etc ) and the condo is fully equipped for extended stays. The proprietor even called on the day of our check in to make sure that everything was OK. Would definitely return.

We spent a wonderful vacation at this location. The condo is very spacious and provided plenty of room for everyone! The kitchen is nicely laid out and well equipped with anything you might need. The laundry room is large - much bigger than the normal closet and the washer/dryer came in very handy. It is a very short walk to the beach and the pool area is very nice. The neighborhood has many walkable options for restaurants and even more options a short drive away. We will definitely stay here again!

This condo was so perfect. We spent 2 wonderful weeks admiring beautiful sunsets from the balcony, and tranquil ocean beach walks every morning The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare all our meals. The in-house washing machine and dryer made life very convenient. The trolley to Clearwater and at Petersburg stopped right in front of the building. We loved everything about this condo and want to book again

This property was well maintained and very secure. We didn't look to go out every night, but seemed if you wanted an active night life, you would need to travel. We loved the size of the condo and building as a whole. I loved how secure it was, you needed a key to get into the elevator that let you go up to the rooms. My kiddos loved the beach and pool. So nice and relaxing. Glad we found this little gem for our family!!!

This place is incredible. The pictures do not do it justice. 3 spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, roomy fully stocked kitchen, gorgeous views from the balcony and a short walk to the pool and beach! What more do you need? The included high chair and pack and play were great for my 18 month old. But Marci’s availability and attentiveness was superb. We had to cut our trip short and in a rush due to Hurricane Ian and Marci was so helpful and checked on us even after we left. Thank you. We will be back soon.

This property was perfect for our family! The balcony gives a gorgeous view of the ocean that is perfect for coffee in the mornings. The kitchen is stocked well with pretty much anything you could need while there. Convenient location. Will visit again!

Marci was a wonderful hostess of a beautiful condo. It was oceanside/view so I couldn't see my grandchildren at the ocean but they had a great time. We couldn't see the sunset from the balcony but that was an excuse to walk down to the ocean. The icemaker was not working so it made having ice difficult. Everything said, we would definitely rent the condo again.

Marci’s condo was the PERFECT place for our family’s first beach vacation. The condo itself is in great condition. Everyone slept comfortably, there was plenty of room in the living room to chill, and we cooked most of our meals and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The beach is just steps away, and the condo had lots of beach toys and whatnot. We spent most of our time roving between the beach and the pool. Finally, Marci was an excellent communicator and truly went the extra mile for us as host. She even arranged for us to use her pack n play 3 days BEFORE we checked in — as we were staying at another property prior to Marci’s. For these reasons and more, I highly recommend staying here. We will be back!

Great place to stay for families

Our group included included myself, my husband, my daughter and her husband plus her 2 sons who are 4 years old and 20 months. It was wonderful to have the things we needed for our grandchildren without having to pack them. There was a pack n play, booster seat, stroller (which we didn’t use because my daughter brought her double stroller), and even one of the good floats for a baby which my grandson loved. There were many restaurants in walking distance including one of our favorites, the Seabreeze which we loved when it was a Shells Restaurant because you can sit outside on the inter coastal where you can see a lot of different birds and sometimes dolphins. The view is very nice and the pool was nice and warm. The condo had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation!

Perfect family place

It was perfect! The condo has all you need for your stay and more. Clean, comfortable beds, lots of space, plenty of beach supplies, and an absolutely perfect view on the balcony. Very quick response and easy communication with the owner. It has quick access to the highway, and is in a less busy and commercialized spot. However, you can walk to a couple great restaurants or take a quick drive to local attractions and tourist places. It was exactly what my husband and two young kids were looking for. Sunset views were spectacular!

We loved the condo--it was the perfect size for my family. Marci provided everything you could possibly need--beach towels and chairs, dishes, utensils, tv's in every room, etc. The property is close to the beach and the pool is very nice. It's also a very safe and secure building. We would definitely stay here again.

3 Senior Ladies and we were blown away by the sunsets from our porch! Enjoyed playing cards & drinking wine on the porch at night, so convenient to beach and bird sanctuary on the beach! Lovely place and bedroom location was perfect so no one would disturb the other! Enjoyed the beach, pool and Rico the beach chair guy! Comfortable beds and furniture! Hope to be back. Thanks !!

Perfect for our family

Perfect for our family

We were so happy with this place. Not only is it clean and spacious with an incredible view of the gulf and pool, Marci included so many little extras that really made our stay great. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses as I would expect from most places but the cupboard full of spices and storage containers was very helpful. You'll also find everything you need for a day at the beach. Beach chairs, towels, toys, coolers. My youngest enjoyed the puzzles and games he found. It was perfect for our family. If we lived closer, we would absolutely make this a regular getaway.
