Welcome home to our newly renovated 3BR/2 Bath fully furnished home located in Historic Downtown, Cleveland TN within walking distance to Lee University, Deer Park and the Greenway. The home is located 4 miles from Omega Center Church (OCI). Also located only 10 minutes from the Hiawassee River, B&B Marina and the Ocoee River. Convenient to I-75 with Chattanooga only 15 minutes away. Our home is fully furnished including all essential kitchen cookware/utensils, bath and bed linens. The luxurious bedding includes a King, Queen and two Double Beds.

Our stay at this property was awesome! It was clean and extremely comfortable. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and is close to Lee University. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice place in a good location around Cleveland! If we need to go back to Cleveland, Tennessee again, we will definitely try to book this property again!

This updated home in the historic section of downtown Cleveland offered a relaxing and spacious alternative to hotel rooms and common space for our family to visit, relax, and celebrate a birthday. All amenities were provided and the back deck was a nice find to enjoy a cup of coffee on a Sunday morning. Houses nearby ranged from beautiful showplaces to those needing some TLC, but the neighborhood was quiet and we could get to all stores and shops in the town in just a few minutes by car.

We have stayed at this property once previously and had a great experience. It was a perfect fit for our family of 5 and close to the Tri-County Exhibition Center, where we were attending a horse show. This booking had everything we remembered from our first stay. Quiet neighborhood, close to downtown and to the horse show! The house was very clean, with plenty of space for our family to make breakfast in the morning and relax in the early afternoon/late evening. The property had everything we needed! The communication with the owners from check-in to check-out was supurb and we did not experience any issues at all during our time at the rental. If you're planning a trip to Cleveland or the greater Chattanooga area, I would highly recommend this fantastic accommodation! We look forward to staying again on our next trip.

Nice and comfortable. Felt uncomfortable with the lock code being same numerals as the address. Would be easy for someone to enter the property. Should change to a unique code. Everything else was good.

We settled on this home to stay in for my daughter’s graduation at Lee University. The house was perfect. It was very clean, nicely set up and very welcoming. The location was excellent as well. We had everything we needed as the house was fully stocked. And great communication with David our host. I would recommend this house 100%.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful well maintained home. Pleasant evenings on the deck or in the very comfortable living room. Truly, a home away from home!! This was a great place to stay! I had my granddaughters with me both under 3. I had no worries about navigating stairs with them here (single level ). A wonderful back yard to play in. Having a high chair provided was absolutely a blessing along with a pack in play. There is an amazing park with tons of options for all ages to play, less than a 5 min walk. We traveled to Chattanooga from here and it only took about 25-30 minutes. Fully stocked kitchen if you prefer to cook in. Many restaurants to choose from and a few coffee houses only a few minutes drive away. I would recommend staying here to anyone wanting to be within the area. Thank you David! Michelle and family l

Could not have been more pleasantly surprised to drive into this neighborhood and up to this home. It was perfect! The walking distance to the park was a huge benefit and the yard is just right! Cleveland is a quaint town and we enjoyed looking at all the old homes. This house is a duplex in a quiet neighborhood near a nice park. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was only 15 minutes from our rafting trip. We had a wonderful dinner at True. It was a perfect vacation.

We came to Cleveland for a conference and didn’t want to stay in a hotel. We decided to go this route and super happy we did. The house was close to the conference and restaurants the beds was comfortable and the house felt like home. The owner contacted me personally via email and was very professional. A hidden gem in a quiet neighborhood!

A lovely well kept older home just off the beaten path in Cleveland, TN. Our host checked in on us but we had everything we needed. The home was well stocked with linens, kitchen equipment and a lot of staples like spices and condiments in the fridge. Beds were super comfortable. Lots of restaurant choices nearby and Chattanooga and all it has to offer are not far. I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in the area.

Our extended family was in town for our daughter's wedding at Lee University. We had all wedding things, preparations, and days of events leading to the big day. This home was the perfect spot to support our family's needs for meals, visiting, planning, ironing tablecloths, and much more. The house provided all things needed in the kitchen, family room, and bedrooms and we were in walking distance of Deer Park, which was great for cousins to play. We were grateful for such a wonderful home during the week of our daughter's wedding. We would highly recommend this VRBO!

This house is very nicely decorated, very clean, and had all the supplies we needed. It was very comfortable. We were attending an event at Lee University and the house was located within minutes all of the attractions we needed. The rental manager was helpful and attentive.

Very clean and as described. We stayed at David’s place for 3 weeks. It had everything that makes an extended stay nice. Kitchen was well equipped with lots of pots, pans and utensils. Furniture in the living room was comfortable... I’m always amazed at some of the places I’ve stayed how uncomfortable the living and dining furniture is. Location was great for us, just down the street from the hospital. It was also easy to jump on the interstate and head to Chattanooga or one of the many parks near by. Will stay again when we visit the area.
