Aloha & Welcome to Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums Condo B2 in sunny South Maui! This much-beloved condo is BACK IN OUR INVENTORY & ready for you to book! Unit B2 is a 2 bed/2 bath home located on the second floor (no elevator) of our BEACHFRONT/OCEANFRONT property on world-famous Sugar Beach & is just $399/night in January!
Our well-stocked KITCHEN with microwave, stove, refrigerator & dishwasher make preparing meals at home a great option if you won't be dining out every night at Maui's incredible restaurants. Stocked with dishwasher pods, dish soap, hand soap, a new sponge, can liners and a roll of paper towels to start your stay off right. You'll replenish the paper towels - we'll take care of the rest! You'll find spices, oils & other cooking essentials in the cupboards.
Whisper-quiet Mitsubishi mini-split A/Cs located in the living area & bedrooms will keep everyone comfortable in their area. Ceiling fans will keep the air moving & cool if you prefer to have the windows open.
The living area has a large flat screen TV for streaming your favorite shows. The comfortable sectional sleeper sofa has a queen mattress, perfect for those who wish to sleep separately - girls' trip, anyone?!
Relax & enjoy your own private balcony - the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee & enjoy peek-a-boo ocean views on days you prefer to stay in your jammies just a bit longer. Other days, join us on the oceanfront patio for coffee - served by 7:00 am daily.
The upstairs open-air loft bedroom features a luxurious King size bed & a TV for late-night viewing. The private ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower & plenty of storage space in the closet.
Downstairs you'll find a second bedroom featuring 2 twin beds that can be joined into a king with a conversion kit & bedding. Our housekeeping vendor does this for a nominal fee.
The downstairs bathroom also features a walk-in shower. Hair dryers are provided, as well as three rolls of toilet paper & two bars of hand soap to get you started, which you'll replenish as needed. Bring or mail ahead your favorite hair & bath products, or purchase locally.
Beach towels, (4) Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a TB umbrella & a cooler are provided for you. Take them with you when you go exploring Maui's world-class beaches! You'll find extra chairs, pool noodles, sand toys & boogie boards beach-side.
From out crystal-clear OCEANFRONT patio & pool you'll be just steps from the beach - clean, sandy, unpopulated and stretching for miles in either direction. Forgot something? It'll only take you a minute or less to go back to your condo to get it.

The best part about this condo is the location. We love Sugar Beach and having direct access (literlly 20 steps) to the beach makes this area our go to place in Maui. This was our first stay at Kihei Sands and the property was very good.The condo itself felt spacious and had all the amenties we expected. The loft king bed was very comfortable. The property was clean but is showing its age in the bathrooms and kitchen. We didn't use the balcony much as the view was not great. We much preferred to walk 20 steps to the main patio area. The main area was generally pretty quiet, with the bulk of the people arriving to watch the sunset. The pool was great and the kids enjoyed using all the items that were left behind by previous guests...boogie boards, fins, pool noodles etc. There were also beach chairs, sun screen etc. that guests could utilize. Overall we would come back to the Kihei Sands again!

Our stay was amazing, The beach and pool is your backyard and the amenities are great. The condo was nicly accommodating for our family of 2 adults and 2 young adults. Very friendly and relaxing atmosphere. We were sad to leave but are looking forward to returning soon. THANK YOU KIHEI SANDS!!

Super clean, beautiful beach, all the amenities we needed
Five of us stayed in B2 for six nights and we had a fantastic time. We cooked together and had all the equipment we needed. The beds and bathrooms were clean and well supplied. The air conditioners worked well, especially on 85+ days. Kihei is set up for families and relaxation. We loved it!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The condo was located in a good location on Sugar Beach. The kitchen was stocked well with plates, glasses, pots, pans bowls and other amenities. The welcome gifts of coffee and candy were a nice touch. We enjoyed the patio with the grill, eating area. I would recommend that they obtain some better quality/nicer chaise lounges. A couple of them were broken and the rest were very uncomfortable to sit in.Out of the 10 days I stayed there, I could not contact anyone at the office ever. The door to the office was always closed and locked with no explanation as to why it was closed during the hours it was posted to be open. The change machine downstairs ran out of coins because the office was unexpectedly closed and we could not do laundry. Other than those issues, the location was clean and quiet. I would recommend this location.

This 2 bdrm condo B2, is charming, clean, well equipped and right on the beach. It also had 3 air conditioner units. I enjoyed the complimentary coffee every morning to greet the day, right on Sugar Beach. I would stay here again! Mgrs Connie and Patrick are the best!

We have coming to Kihei since 1991...30 years! We've never had a bad experience. Condos are clean, spacious, well-equipped, and absolutely the best location! We stayed in B2 this time and it was wonderful! We'd definitely rent and recommend this one again. Big plus is that it's carpeted, so no dragging chairs across tile floors and disturbing the downstairs neighbors. The view is just fine, and honestly the lanai is a bit more private than the Sugar Beach side, in our opinion. Updated kitchen with everything thing you need. Large comfy couch. We just loved this unit! These condos have a homey feel. You get to know the other people staying there, unlike in larger properties. Patrick was so accommodating with anything we needed. Oh, and don't miss out on Dina's Sandwitch next to the Sugar Beach Complex! Great Mai Tais, atmosphere, and food!!

Perfect location!
The property is much smaller than surrounding big properties and that's a PLUS! It's nice. It's super compact. We had everything we needed, except a coffee maker - which someone before us must've taken (?) - but the staff went out and got us a new one before day's end. Super nice staff on property too!
