Located at 68 Pleasant St. first floor in the village of Ludlow, Vermont on the Black River within 20 miles of 5 major ski areas. Walking distance to dining, shops & entertainment on Main St. 2-minute drive to Okemo Ski area or a short walk to free shuttle bus (weekends and holidays only) Cross-country skiing. Close to state beach/park/golf. Must be 21 or older to rent and have a 2-car parking limit, no winter parking on the street you will be towed!!!!!!!!!🤑
This first-floor apartment has 2 bedrooms 2 full baths, a well-equipped kitchen opens to the first living room with a 39” tv another living room in the rear with a 50" flat-screen TV, a queen sleeper sofa, 1 regular sofa & 2 recliners. Bedroom #1 has one set of twin bunks and a double bed. Leaving bedroom #1 through a separate door you enter into a second living room with a queen sleeper sofa, love seat, coffee table, 50" wall-mounted TV, full bath, a small loft with an egress window, and double bed platform mattress on the floor. This area also makes for a great game room for the kids and get away 🎮 🎧 Its like a separate one-bedroom lockout apartment with a private outside entrance and porch.
All amenities. Modern kitchen, dishwasher, washer & dryer, wireless internet & cable T.V. Dogs allowed, Linens are not provided, you need to bring sheets for 2 queen sleeper sofas, 2 full, 2 twins for bunkbeds I do provide blankets and pillows.!!!!!!!!!!
Don't forget how great summer is in Vermont with golf at Fox Run and Tater Hill or hiking up Okemo and biking on its trails and its great new Adventure Park. If you prefer a quieter time, you could read a book in the backyard by the Black River. Echo lake state park has a beach and fishing or rent a rowboat or paddleboard and enjoy the clear waters of Vermont. Use Jackson Gore's new Adventure Park, a fitness center with an indoor and outdoor pool for a small fee. Also, the free summer outdoor concerts sitting around the fire pit in the courtyard. Day trips to Mt. Washington or Manchester, VT outlets. We also have an outside grill, table, and chairs, with the river view right in the backyard.
Check-in time is: In at 5P M out at 2 P M. The door will be unlocked and the key on the kitchen table. When leaving, leave the key on the kitchen table and lock the door behind you, also place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on. The unit will be cleaned and sanitized before entering.
I have hand sanitizer and rubber gloves on the kitchen counter for your convenience.
Things to bring: Sheets sizes, 2 double beds, 2 twin beds, 2 queens for sleeper sofas, pillowcases, and towels. I provide plenty of blankets.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Robert was very friendly as was the cleaning/maintenance man. The location was perfect location for us to visit family. Also loved being so close to the shopping & restaurants. Appreciated that you are pet friendly. Also was glad you explained so well that we were to bring our own bedding & towels in the description. Would definitely stay for another visit.

This place is perfect for a weekend of skiing or just to get away! Bob was an excellent host who was both accommodating and responsive. We had a very nice stay with our pups who were also very happy here. Two thumbs up!

This place is the perfect pet friendly spot only 5 minutes from Okemo! There are plenty of food optionswithin walking distance. The host, Robert, was the host with the most! Robert was very helpful and hospitable. ai highly recommend staying here for your next ski getaway.

I was looking for a relaxing Vermont getaway for my family of 5 over Labor Day weekend, and stumbled upon this property - so glad I did! It was the perfect place to stay while we enjoyed the area. The street is quiet but a short walk into the cute town, neighbors are very friendly, and we found plenty of things to do in nature within a 15 minute drive. The apartment was clean and well-stocked for cooking, grilling, doing laundry, dining together, watching TV, etc. My teenager really liked the loft area! We had a wonderful visit, and Bob was very responsive to any questions I had.

Fantastic place to stay! My husband and I came here with our young kids and it was perfect for us. There were plenty of sleeping options and enough rooms so we could have some quiet time after the kids went to bed. I had to contact Bob with some questions and each time he was prompt and more than helpful. The neighborhood is quiet md peaceful. You won't regret staying here!

My 4 day trip would not have been the same if it wasn't for this property, convenient location from the store and ski resort!! Super clean, elwell furnished, pleanty of space!! Praise for every category to the host!!
My main complaint is with VERBO, after booking through the site, I am literally BOMBARDED with Ads ANY TIME I USE MY PHONE, this is borderline harassment ,I cannot spend more than 2-3 minutes without seeing the add twiece!!

We had a great stay. The location was perfect for our group of skiers and non skiers. Literally 5 min to Okemo, and a short walk to town. Kitchen opens to the living room with plenty of seating and great space for gathering. More space than expected. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

This place has everything you'll need and is easy walking distance to everything in town. Bob, the owner, is super responsive. Make sure you bring TOWELS! Saw the note about sheets, but not towels. Quirky bedroom arrangement. You need to go through a room with a double bed and bunk beds to get to the back living room. Not a problem for us, because it was just my husband and myself. Would be fine for a family, but maybe a bit awkward for friends.

We took our teen boys for a ski weekend and the apartment was perfect for us. It's not fancy, but it had everything we needed with thoughtfulness that made the place great to come home to. From an easy parking spot right out front, to the mats at the entrance for our muddy boots and plenty of hooks for gear to hang on, to the roomy and well-stocked (for a rental!) kitchen, to the multitude of cozy blankets for snuggling, the place is great to come home to after a day on the slopes. Again -- not fancy! But oh so comfy.

The property is a bit on the older side in terms of furniture and appliances. We mainly selected it due to its proximity to Okemo. It had an interesting smell when we arrived which could simply be due to the fact that pets are allowed, and we do not own any pets. However, the property was clean. The two twin mattresses were very hard and not as comfortable as the full-size mattress in the same room. You could feel the springs in the loft mattress, but it was fine for a child to sleep on. The water pressure in the bathroom off the kitchen was harsh. It felt like pins and needles hitting your body. We used the other shower instead. Overall, we enjoyed our stay despite these minor items. It served our purpose.

Unit was exactly as described in the listing and as shown in the photos. It is a convenient, easy, affordable place to stay near Okemo mountain, Very clean and safe. As some have noted the furniture in the rear TV room could be updated, but the layout is very convenient for a family to have kids sleeping in the back of the unit and have their own TV and bathroom. Adults can have the front of the house with the kitchen and the cozy TV room.

We stayed in this apartment for a family ski weekend (myself and my husband and our 3 kids) and it was perfect! The location is ideal - just 1 block walk from the restaurants and shops in Ludlow, and 1 block walk to the Okemo ski shuttle. We all slept comfortably in the beds without need for the pullout couch, my son especially loved the loft bed/room. We had movie night in the front living room with comfortable seating for all and we found everything we needed to prepare and eat our meals in the kitchen. As mentioned in one of the other reviews - the layout has the bedrooms in tandem, so you have to walk through the main bedroom to get to the back family room with pullout and the lofted bed, but that was not an issue for our family. We enjoyed the location and the apartment - would definitely stay here again!

Rental is a great value set up to accommodate large numbers for ski season. While an older, but modestly updated unit: it was clean, quiet, pet friendly and served our purpose as we were leaf peeping and wished to be near Woodstock. Few restaurants were open in Ludlow with abbreviated hours.

Great little place! We stayed for a long weekend. It was perfect for us and dog friendly. Very close to everything. We are planning a return for ski season.

I understood that this unit would have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I was disappointed to learn that the 2nd bedroom was actually more of a sitting room with 2 couches. One of the couches was supposed to open into a Queen sized bed. If the handyman hadn’t shown up the 2nd day of our stay, I would have been sleeping on a living room couch.
The living room and dine in kitchen was as I expected and very comfortable to use.
I would suggest that the owner consider visiting the Ludlow fire department ‘s annual auction over Labor Day weekend to see if he can replace the awful “pullout “ couch in the den. It is really not worthy of being called a bed.

Great place for relaxing
Was very happy here. All the helpful notes were very appreciated . My son and I stayed to be close to family in the area. The neighborhood was very quiet and friendly. We will recommend to other family members who need a place to stay while on their visits.. just one suggestion I could not make the key work in the back door ,maybe a key for that door for when parking in the back. Highly recommend staying here thank you for your hospitality.

This property was super spacious and clean. There was room for us to spread out and room for the kids to have their own space. I enjoyed the large kitchen which made cooking for the family easy & we were able to wash our clothes before heading back home, so once less thing to do when we got back. Excellent place, 10/10 recommend.

Everything that you need
The property was conveniently located in the middle of town on a quiet street, about a 5 minute drive to the clocktower at Okemo. Although there were only 3 of us, the house itself had plenty of space for a much larger group, including 2 'living rooms' and multiple beds and sofas. The kitchen was well-stocked, parking easy and check-in a breeze. Truly plug-n-play which made for a great weekend. Would book again.

Cozy and bigger than expected!
My friends and I loved the location of this property! <5min drive to Okemo Mountain with access to the main street with restaurants and bars. Grocery store was also right around the corner! The space was much larger than the pictures seem and there was plenty of room to spread out. Overall a great place to stay

Enjoyed the property… Due to the way the pictures on the listing worked, we thought it was two bedrooms. Really it is one bedroom with a bunk and queen bed, then a loft above a secondary space. Great that it had two bathrooms. Thank you
