This impressive Oceanfront condo is in the high end 'Windy Hill' area of North Myrtle Beach. You'll live the good life whether you are here for a week or weekend. What better way to enjoy your special Myrtle Beach vacation than from the privacy and comfort of our deluxe condo. With amazing views of the ocean from the front or side views, you will enjoy the incredible sunrise and sunsets. An impressive fitness center, partly covered large pool, lounge chairs, a kiddie pool. hot Tub, and a lazy river all add to your luxury experience.

The parking garage is covered and features a glass enclosed pedestrian bridge to the building...no walking through the rain or worrying about the children in traffic. Also, there is a unload area with an abundance of Luggage and Shopping Carts to make your move-in easy. The three elevators help you start your vacation in a timely manner and enjoy the white sandy beaches at your door step.

The Master bedroom has a King size bed with beautiful views of the ocean and access to the deck. Relax and enjoy the sound of the waves while taking a bath in the Jacuzzi tub. The extra large shower and the double sinks combine to make your experience one of total relaxation. There are two bedrooms with queen beds and the fourth bedroom has two double beds. Add a queen sleep sofa and you can sleep twelve people comfortably. There are two more bathrooms. The deck is also accessed from the Living Room.

There are cable TV's in all bedrooms, DVD player in both family room and master bedroom. A full size washer and dryer are there for your convenience. There is a large well-equipped kitchen with all the amenities you could want. Bring your laptop for the wireless internet. Enjoy the book you find there and if you didn't have time to finish then feel free to take it with you.

Because this is an end unit you can see the ocean from the upscale kitchen, dining room, living room and master bedroom.

Great ocean views daily / sunrises since its a corner unit and love the view of Cherry Grove as well. Everything we needed was there and we were all super comfortable. This place is a win with easy parking access and beach access. Love the hot tub !

We decided that wr would bring some of the grandkids to the beach with us. Mind you we go to the beach at least 3 times a year staying at different places. This condo is by far the best we have ever been to, to include Wyndham. The condo was well stocked with pot's and pans, seasonings and dishes and silverware. All the beds were very comfortable. When the owners say that the unit has been fully renovated, believe him. We were so impressed with the unit, that we ate coming back for Christmas.

Beautiful and so much room, the over look of the ocean was amazing. Everything you need is there, except bring more towels and wash rags if you do not want to wash clothes. We cooked breakfast and had light lunches at the condo and chose to eat out for dinner. The reason I gave it a 4 star on cleanliness was it doesn’t look like the cleaning people swept under the furniture for the 1st day we were there I had to sweep up something I dropped and I swept up a dust pan of stuff. Other than that it looked great.

The condo is AMAZING! recently redone, with that said there was a short list of touch ups and adjustments that need to be made BUT they were aware of the MINOR issues and conveyed that to me prior to arrival. Condo is spatious and still family friendly, view is amazing. Updated appliances in kitchen, comfortable beds, up to date bathrooms. great family stay!

Needs a major update

It was awesome being right on the ocean. The condo is in need of a major update. The pillows were YELLOW! The couch had holes. The patio furniture was breaking down. The bathrooms all had ceiling damage, wallpaper peeling and chipped toilet seats. Outside of the owners control but the parking was super tight spots, the pools were super tiny (photos are very deceiving) and COLD. No snack bar / restaurant on sight or within walking distance. We only had 1 house key, which was a bit of a challenge as 3 of the 7 people couldn’t figure out how the electronic lock worked.

The condo was sufficient. However, for the amount paid, the rooms could certain use some TLC. There was chipping paint in all three bathrooms, although there were televisions in all three bedrooms, the tv in the bedroom with two beds had no cable box and the DVD player was also not operational.

Gorgeous view. Place was a wonderful location with a walkway to your parking. Appreciated the carts for taking items to condo and the parking lot and walk way. The boardwalk down to the beach was really nice. The pools were wonderful (that lazy river was so relaxing). The manager was quick to respond when contacted. Appreciated all the notes by email for getting into the place, trash chute, beach expectations (Disappointed couldn't use tent and leave it on the beach - caused a lot to carry down but that was minor). Loved having 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. This place will be a nice one to revisit after it is flipped in the fall. Thanks for the memories with and for our family.

Property Needs Attention

We arrived at late at night and the unit appeared to be very nice. Once we had a chance to check it out the following morning, there were many issues. First, EVERY pot, pan, dish and piece of silverware needed to be washed by hand as there was food dried on everything. Next, there was not enough toilet paper to accommodate the 7 adults. Then, we were provided with one trash bag, currently in the can, two paper towels left on the roll, a 2 ounce bottle of dishwashing liquid, plenty of extra pillows but no pillow cases to be found, few wash clothes, two dish towels and one dish rag. The biggest and most annoying complaint however, was the VERY loud, high pitched noise the master bathroom toilet made as it refilled the tank EVERY TIME. This noise could be heard throughout the condo and woke up people during the night when used.

We LOVE going to Windy Hill. Right on the water…amazing view of the ocean and the beach. Second week in September and the weather and water were perfect. September is one of our favorite times to go the beach in NC! We’ll be back for sure!

Had a good time but several things needed updating or fixed. Contacted the owner about sliding glass doors broken handle, was to be fixed the next day, never addressed. Toaster didn't work either. Loved the location.

The property and stay were great. The owner was very helpful...but be aware that you cannot park any motorcycles on the property or in their private garage, and there is nowhere else to park 24/7 within a few miles. Overall, it was a great stay!

The property itself is in a great location. Very neat and clean streets and homes in area are upscale. There was a nice, clean public bathroom right next door that made it nice when on the beach. Not a busy area, so very quiet. Loved the parking garage. Elevators were great. Never waited long for an elevator. Would stay again but not in this room. I am sure that there are nicer, better maintained rooms and would recommend this property but just a different room. The pool area was yellow taped off most of week which did not affect the whole area but different parts of pool area was unavailable throughout the week. Never was informed of this ahead of time. Pool area quite small regardless and not sure how many people would be able to enjoy during peak season. The reviews on my room did talk about it being outdated but it is much more than that. I'm not sure if the owner has actually set eyes on it for a very long time. It either had not been cleaned for many months or the person cleaning is not doing a very good job. There was dust everywhere. TV stand had layers of dust, pictures behind toilets, woodwork, etc. very dusty. There was mold around the vent in the living room and noted in the showers upon arrival. The cupboards were full of some dishes and things that just needed to be thrown away. There are some nice dishes but cupboards just need to be cleaned out. There were about 7 remote controls in living room. The master bathroom ceiling in the shower is down to the sheetrock. There were 2 outlets in the kitchen that did not work and toaster only worked on 1 side. The furniture in the living room is ripped. The outdoor extra closet for beach chairs is so very full of chairs, toys, etc. that I opened and closed and decided not worth even attempting to see what they had. It is piled high. The layout of the room is wonderful and with some much needed TLC, this room could be great. I did talk to someone who helps to manage the property and have a list of people who rent their rooms that are much nicer so would go back to property but stay in another room. I am a nurse, and will admit I can be a bit OCD but that being said, I really feel the owner needs to stay here a week himself, because I have to believe he would want a little bit nicer room. We had friends who stayed in a 3 bedroom, that was absolutely beautiful, which made things even more disappointing to us.

The condo was good...We think it needs a deep cleaning (rugs/couch & Under cushions/walls touched up/sliding door handles more secure/please wash the comforters more often/lamps that work/touch up around air conditioning vents & shower ceiling)...someone’s t-shirts left on balcony....Nice location nice condo!
