About this house rental
Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath house located on the first hole at the fantastic Coyote Lakes Golf Course.
Our house is very clean, and far away from the crowds. A great place to get away from the cold and enjoy the Arizona sunshine!
Catch a beautiful sunrise as you watch the golfers tee off from your private back porch, pool or from the comfort of the master bedroom or kitchen table. (Don't worry, they can't see you, and you can't hear them!) Better yet, take a short drive to the clubhouse and tee it up yourself!
The house has been fully remodelled, top to bottom. Everything is new - the furniture, the appliances, the beds and bedding, the towels, the washer and dryer, the dishes, glasses and even the towel rods! Everything you need for a relaxing, stress-free vacation is here, waiting for you.
Enjoy the sun hanging out by the heated pool. If you like outdoor cooking, we have a Weber barbeque at your disposal. (Please note, there is an additional charge to heat the pool. We have installed a meter on the gas line, you only pay for what you use.)
The living room has a big sectional couch and a 65" 4K Smart TV with cable and internet (not that you will be spending much time watching TV.)
The primary suite has a king bed and TV, large ensuite with a big shower and 2 closets - one a huge walk-in. We installed a new Vigo sliding glass door and rainfall showerhead for the full spa experience in the primary ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a full bathroom right beside it.
Surprise has so many things going on in the area. March is particularly busy with MLB Spring Training close by: Surprise Stadium (6 miles - Texas Rangers / Kansas City Royals), Peoria Sports Complex (6 miles - Seattle Mariners / San Diego Padres) and Camelback Ranch (13 miles - Los Angeles Dodgers / Chicago White Sox).
Not a ball fan? It's only about 20 minutes to Glendale, where the Cardinals (NFL) play, with a great outlet mall right beside the stadium as well.
There's lots of hiking (White Tank Mountain Regional Park, 17 miles), great shopping (Arrowhead Mall, 5 miles) and all sorts of other activities if you look around. We are very conveniently located just off Bell Road at 115th, very close to the 101 Loop highway around Phoenix.

The property was perfectfor our needs.My family live about 20 minutes away. My granddaughters had a great time in the pool. We will choose it again for our next trip back to Peroria.

We had a lovely stay -- everything was exactly as represented and pictured. The house is very spacious and airy with plenty of natural light. Well-stocked kitchen with all the necessary amenities, including an electric kettle which was appreciated. Large HD tvs in both the living and main bedroom made relaxing with a movie a great way to spend an evening. The main bedroom is HUGE and includes plenty of closet space to stash empty suitcases once you unpack as well a large ensuite with spacious shower.
The enclosed back yard features a great view of the golf course and ample space to enjoy the sun on the cooler days we had while staying. We grilled out several times and had breakfast on the patio -- a wonderful way to start the day! The pool was very inviting, but the weather was a bit uncooperative so we didn't get a chance to take advantage of it even tho we could have turned the heat on if we wanted to. Oh, just remember to put the chair cushions under the porch cover when you're not using them! :-)
Great location on the edge of suburbia, so it's very quiet with no traffic, but still close enough to get to restaurants and shopping as well as just a short distance to Surprise Stadium.
Brad, our host, was super helpful and responsive to our inquiries, and even made sure to send us discount links to Coyote Lakes Golf. Its a great course to play and one of the nicest in the area. We're already planning to return next year!

Was spending Thanksgiving with my daughter in the Phoenix area. Great home that is convenient to shops and for hiking the hills which was my second objective. It was a bit windy and cool yo use the pool which wss a bummer. Again great place and they checked in to make sure things were ok.

We had a wonderful month at this home. We had the opportunity to meet the owners in person after working with them to schedule the month. I don’t use this word lightly but they were AWESOME in every way!The home was just as advertised and turn key. Also, friendly neighbors and very quiet. We’d love to return.

We stayed in this lovely house for the month of November. It has a great layout, nice furnishings and comfy beds. Brad was easy to work with and very accommodating with our needs. Coyote Lakes is a quiet community but super close to the main roads. We enjoyed playing golf there and attended some events at the Clubhouse. It was a great home away from home!

The home matched the description as well as the pictures of the home. The home was well equipped, the dipping pool was great and was serviced every Friday. Also the location of the home was on Bell Avenue and close to Grand Avenue two major avenues to every store and bank. Enjoyed the property alot

My husband and I needed some time to rest, relax and enjoy some time away. What a great location! What a great accommodation! We were extremely happy with this house. It was perfect for the two of us, but could easily accommodate 2 other people. The neighborhood was a quiet oasis... and yet there were many restaurants and lots of shopping within a short distance. We played the golf course a couple of times during our stay which was an added bonus. The residence provided everything you need... fully stocked kitchen (if it's not in this kitchen... it doesn't exist... laughing), laundry, comfortable bed, towels for bathing and pool... and so much more. The pool was a nice size and there was plenty of lounging and seating outside too. All you need to do is bring your own personal clothes and personal care (don't forget the sunscreen) and your food/groceries for your stay. The property manager and the owner were a delight to work with and assisted with any of our questions and needs. Thanks for a great stay! We'll be back!!

Relaxing
Brad was a joy to deal with this house has everything it’s extremely comfortable and it’s entertaining to watch everyone T off on the first hole we had the pool heated and we enjoyed it every day we were almost here for two months so it started to feel like our home ha ha and saying that if I was ever to buy property out here again it would be the exact place that I would look for don’t hesitate and book their awesome home in a awesome community. We met a lot of new friends golfing on the course as well. If I could give it more than five stars I would! Ryan and April 👍

This was the perfect spot for us to stay for our girls trip!! So clean and the owners were available for questions, and had everything in a document sent to us well before we arrived! Great location and very quiet. Will definitely stay here again!! Oh and the pool is wonderful too!

Nice week retreat
This was a comfortable home with an appealing morning sunrise, a beautiful adjacent golf course (and a view of the first tee), and a cozy little patio, pool, and fountain. A comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, and all the creature comforts one would want for a vacation retreat.

Exceeded expectations
Staying at Brad’s home was amazing. The attention to detail in making sure all your needs are met was so appreciated. From the towels, trash bags, and even enough hangers in the closet; it all made a difference! Myself and my teenager daughter stayed here for 3 weeks as we waited for our apartment to be ready for move in. We were looking for a place that felt like home. I am a second year medical student so quietness, cleanliness and a place to relax after a long day at class was what I was looking for. This home provided exactly that. I felt like I was able to relax, kick back, enjoy the views of the golf course from the serene backyard and of course relax in the pool! The property manager was incredible. He was always willing to help with anything we needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay somewhere and feel like you are home. The home was beautifully decorated and very clean and organized. Thank you so much Brad for your kindness and accommodations for us!

Awesome rental in a great neighborhood!
This gem in Surprise, Arizona was exceptional! The owners are very accommodating, making sure everything is above standard. We were greeted by the caretaker who went over everything we needed to know. The house was clean and well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet and amenable to walking. The pool was very clean and inviting. Make sure if you stay here to keep an eye out for a little prairie dog who drinks from the water feature! If we go to Phoenix again, we would definitely try to stay here!

Great Place!
Brad and Glennis' place is a home away from home. The house is roomy and airy, enhanced by the morning and mid-day sun! The kitchen is well stocked with plates, glassware, and cookware. The beds are very comfortable and the large master bathroom with walk-in shower is a huge plus. In addition to the golf course, Coyote Lakes is a great place for walking and biking, having dedicated lanes on the streets for safety. The location is only minutes away from shopping, restaurants, and access to major highways. As mentioned earlier, this is a home away from home!

Excellent vacation home
Coyote Lakes is a clean and quiet location for a vacation. This house was very well stocked with the essentials one needs to cook, do laundry etc. We greatly appreciated a very comfortable bed and linen helping us sleep like we were in our own home. Because of the way the house sits we were able to enjoy the patio and pool all afternoon without being in the direct sun. Loved the house and location. We would rent this house again. Thanks for a great vacation.

Perfect for us
I was traveling alone with my daughter and son for my son’s baseball tournament. This home was just what we needed. Loved the pool. Somewhat secluded location was private but still near stores and everything we needed. Loved the thoughtfully stocked kitchen. Everything I needed was there to cook meals. Owner and property manager were very attentive and made us feel very welcomed. Thanks so much!

Brad and Glennis are the best! They were there if we ever needed anything (in which we didn't need anything). Very nice house, well kept, close to everything, grocery stores, shopping you name it!
Would stay there again, but we are moving into a house just a few blocks down the street in the same neighbor.

Golf Course view and pool
Property has a great view of the golf course, hole 1. The pool was the perfect size and the heater was an added benefit. The back faced the East and got the morning sun. The late afternoon was shady in back, but a small section of the back stayed in the sun. The house layout was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances.

Close to shopping and dinning. Quiet location with frequent visits from the local roadrunner as well as an occasional coyote sighting!
Brad and Glennis are wonderful to work with and have a lovely home here. It was our pleasure to get to meet them this year. Our original plans were to rent for a week to visit my mother who was celebrating her 101st birthday. Unfortunately, due to a unexpected health issue that arose with my mother we needed to move her from independent living to assisted living. Thus our plans changed drastically. Both Brad & Glennis were very kind & would more than willing to extend our visit to a month. Let's just say they are truly wonderful - kind people. They made their home our home so we could take care of thing as needed. We truly appreciate their kindness & willingness to adjust our length of stay. Great home & great people to rent from. Thank you both for your kindness & flexibility.

Great Stay
The house is in a nice community in coyote Lakes right next to a golf course. The house is in great shape comfortable, Clean and well supplied. There’s a nice small pool and a nice back patio for signing and watching the desert view. I highly recommend this house.

Perfect Month in Surprise
Our experience was delightful. The VRBO home we rented had everything we wanted and more. We enjoyed the clean, spacious home, and the wonderful view to the Coyote Lakes Golf Course from the patio with the heated pool. Every morning I had coffee sitting around the pool and watching the sun come up over the mountain. Very Peaceful. It certainly charges the human battery. The owner was so receptive as was the Buzz & Joanie, the property managers. We will certainly do this again with these fine folks and HIGHLY RECOMMEND it with a rating of 10. . Nice place to stay
This was our first time to rent in AZ and we had a great time. The house was totally satisfactory and accommodated our family very comfortably. The few things we brought to the owner's attention were dealt with quickly and to our satisfaction. Should the occasion arise, we would cheerfully rent this house again.
