5) If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At check-out please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge.
6) Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden.
7) Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period.
10) Guests should inspect the property upon checking-in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions. Should there be an issue, guests will allow a reasonable amount of time during business hours for Management to address or provide a solution for any reported issues, or unsatisfactory conditions.
* It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum of $25 shipping and handling fee plus the cost of shipping. We will hold items for 1 week if guests would like to coordinate a pickup of an item.

Condo is lovely. Storage is good. The suggestions revolve around places to hang bathing suits even bath towels. NO hook or racks (one small next to tub in Jack and Jill bath). Maybe they just get torn off the walls, but towel racks and/or large hooks to hang one's towels (hand or bath size), bathing suits, etc. is a problem. The management responded to service on the refrigerator.
There is a rooftop bar beside the condo, but they adhere to the quiet time regulations, so we did not hear them after 10:00p.m. All in all, a very nice week at IOP!

The property was really great. It was such a special time for us. I have sarcoma …do not know how long it will continue to grow…surgery not possible…I will eventually die from it. I really wanted my children, spouses and grand children to share a special Christmas together .and to worship together at the Methodist Church in Charleston. I

This property is spacious, with plenty of room for a large family. The balcony is amazing. The views from balcony, living/dining/kitchen and master bedroom is stunning. Kitchen well stocked and full size washer and dryer is a great convenience. We would have liked more towels and we expected a spotless place at this price point. Oven was a mess, a few items had visible dust. Management would have sent someone over, but we declined as we just wanted to relax. I'm sure things were taken care of after we left. We miss that view!

This was our second year at the condo. We were awed by how the condo was stocked. Our teenagers loved being able to walk to the beach shops across the street. And we felt comfortable letting the kids go down to the pool and beach on their own. We were able to see them from our deck and we didn’t worry.

The unit was beautiful, clean ,and immaculate. One of the best equipped kitchens in any rental we have ever stayed at. The management team was very helpful and responsive to inquiries.My only minor complaint is that they did not supply beach towels or chairs. Seems a bit petty to expect people to rent these, considering the price of the rental. I have stayed in many beach rentals, and these are provided.

Have stayed at this property several times over the past several years and already going back next year. The view is outstanding, the condo spacious with everything you need. Our pups love it too!

This is the third time we have stayed at the condo and is like a second home to us. We were able to check in early and the rental managers were fantastic to work with. The pool and proximity to the beach and restaurants can’t be beat. Thank you for all of our memories!

Unit very nice, comfortable, and well stocked, especially kitchen, for our family of ten including one age 11. Two hall beds not good for the mature but others very comfortable. Center of IOP activity so not good for those seeking quiet and isolation. Great for those seeking fun and activity with restaurants and grocery in walking distance. Would go again with same crowd.

We had 3 families with a total of 4 kids and this condo was perfect. This condo is huge and had plenty of space for everyone. The location is close to many restaurants and parks and it was very convenient to walk or bikes to many of those places. The parking and lockers for beach items was extremely convenient. The restaurants next door could be pretty loud but when the doors are shut you could barely hear them. We loved our stay here and would definitely come back.

We enjoyed our five night stay at this property which was clean and well supplied. The location was excellent with many restaurants and other stores within walking distance, and just a short drive to Patriot's Point and downtown Charleston. The best feature is the wonderful spacious balcony spanning the entire rear of the condo that offers a relaxing and stunning view of the beach and ocean. The only negatives we experienced were a troublesome inability to stay connected to the internet, which I don't believe is the fault of the property, and the fact that the refrigerator stopped working shortly after our arrival. Although they were not able to have it fixed prior to our departure, the property manager did provide us a large cooler, several bags of ice, and a gift card as compensation for the inconvenience. Overall, the stay was everything we hoped it would be!

We loved this property! The view was stunning! The location was perfect. We were within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the evening listening to the live music next door. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time in the condo and enjoyed the gorgeous beach views. The condo is bigger than pictured (so pleasantly surprised!!)!! We had a couple minor hiccups but they were addressed swiftly by the property manager. Couldn’t have had a better time! Thank you for letting us enjoy the condo!!

There was one thing. The description said Queen bed but it was a double and that room did not have a tv. I would think a tv belonged in there before putting one in the bedroom with the 2 single beds.

Music next door at Coconut Joes is too loud especially when there is a DJ..
I believe this city could make concessions for wine and beer on the beach ....maybe for certain older age groups who just want to watch the evening sky. perhaps a wrist band permit kind a thing with a higher fine if one becomes unruley.

This condo is huge and has everything you need. The highlight is the long oceanfront balcony! You can even hear live music from closeby restaurants while relaxing on the balcony. We will definitely return!

Great location, property was clean and had lots of space, patio/balcony is very nice. Great communication from property management. Highly recommended. Only downside is that elevator broke multiple times during the week.

Everything was perfect. The condo was exactly as pictured. It had plenty of room for our party if 12 plus my husky. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need and more. We loved the deck and pool and we were so close to the beach
