We have stayed at the Royal Mansion complex before and love the location (right in the beach) and the amenities (heated pool and hot tub). The unit was clean and very comfortable. We would defintely rent again.

Everything about the condo was great. Kids loved the pool being so close and we all loved it being on the beach and the location was great to everything. We enjoyed our 7 nights and next time we’re in cocoa beach, we will def book this same room. Quiet neighborhood as well.

Kim was wonderful thru the booking process, and answered all our questions promptly and accurately. The condo is on the bottom floor and just a few short strides to the pool, and beach. We appreciated the security measures taken to get in/out of the property. The beach was never overloaded, which made it more peaceful for our kids (11 & 13) to run around and not have to find them thru a ton of people. There was a Space-X launch that was easily seen from the beach. The condo was very welcoming and we loved how it was laid out. The bathroom is very spacious for the four of us. There is a master bathroom, spare bedroom and the living room couch opens as well as a Murphy bed! When you fold everything up the next morning, plenty of room. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook meals, along with all utensils. I must say that we loved having a washer and dryer, especially with having two children and being on the beach. That is always some thing that is a must have for us. And the washer and dryer are quick! If we just went out to the pool for a few hours and the towels were damp we would just throw them into the dryer for 10 minutes and they would be dry enough to take back out after having lunch. Other guests who were staying at the time were very nice as well. There were always some kids at the pool for our children to play with as well. I always love being able to make new friends and have another couple or two to hang out with when we go to the beach. Cocoa Beach pier is not too far away, walking distance really, and we went there almost daily. If you’re a woman who happens to break a nail while you’re there, Hollywood nails by Publix is great! You don’t have to go no further than six minutes to find a grocery store. This is wonderful for us, because whenever one of the kids want something that we don’t have, it makes it very simple to run out and grab without taking up too much time. Overall, I would recommend this condo to my family and friends and would stay again.

We were here for the USSSA. World Series. Absolutely amazing location right in the beach. The condo came equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay.

We had it all!! The beach , a pool and Kennedy space center 20 minutes away! Perfect place to stay while our son went to space camp. Owner had everything we needed and was easy to contact if we needed anything!

The location was great and not crowded. We enjoyed the pool and the beach but also the restaurants at the port are worth a visit. My son loved seeing the ships leaving and we also got to see a space-x launch. The condo is exactly as described and the owners made booking and check in easy. We would definitely stay again…

We stayed here for my sons World Series at Space Coast. It was a great stay right on the beach! The pool and hot tub were so nice as well! We felt safe with the security of the gates to the pool and the beach! We would definitely stay again! The owners were great as well!

We had the pleasure of staying at this property and loved it! Very close to the pool and just a short walk across the boardwalk to the private beach! The pool was clean and my kids loved it the most! The beach was very quiet and we enjoyed walking it at night. We even witnessed a baby sea turtle making its way to the ocean! Highly recommend this place for the price point. It had everything we needed!

Everything was great about this property. There was lots of room on the beach. The pool area was very nice. The condo was perfect for our family. There was ample parking. Great neighborhood, the location was perfect for every where we went. We would definitely come back. If you need beach chairs/umbrellas, there are companies that rent and deliver to you as well.

This was our first Vrbo experience and it was awesome! Very clean and homey. The only issue we had was they came to trim the trees and limbs fell on the patio where we were drying seashells. It broke many of the seashells and the kids were pretty upset, but that is not within control of the owners. Property and beach were wonderful! Just a piece of advice for future renters - I have neck issues and get bad headaches and I was very happy that there was a wide variety of pillows with different firmnesses.

I came for a nice, quiet, beachy getaway and I was not disappointed! The unit was clean and cozy. The pool, steps away and the private beach, just a little further. The location of this property is amazing, and the price is fair for what the condo provides. Very short walk/steps to the quiet beach and pool. Perfect for a family vacation. We would stay again!

This is our 3rd summer here and we love this condo and surrounding area. We are looking for our 2020 dates now. Not one complaint to be made.

We enjoyed the quietness of the beach. Thought that the accuracy of being able to see the beach from our room was a let down. Very small shower. Could use volleyball nets on the beach like further down. Door on unit was very difficult to shut.

Vacation started with easy booking and check-in. Property owner as well as property manager sent immediate clear communication about everything I needed to know. They both responded same day to communication I sent by Email. Upon arrival to property, I was surprised to find a clean, well stocked, unit in excellent condition. Surprised because of the affordable rate I paid compared to similar accommodations. Pool and beach access are literally steps away. There are a ton of beach supplies available right on property. Supplied by the owner. I always bring my own, but wish I would've left them at home. Unit sits on a safe, well located property that is well maintained, and landscaped. A security guard patrols the property from dusk til dawn. I actually didn't see the need for one, but appreciated the added security. I would definitely recommend this rental property to anyone looking for an affordable beach vacation. Sure there are more luxurious accommodations to be had, but this unit filled all my wants and needs plus more at an affordable price. I can only hope it is available for me to stay again next year. I'm probably not helping myself by leaving such a good review, but a great review is what it deserves. The only complaint I have is that the pool is closed from dusk til dawn. Pool rules are strictly enforced. The pool area is well lit, has a hot tub, and is quite beautiful at night. We figured the rule existed to keep noise down at night for residents needing to sleep. We tried staying a little past dusk with this in mind, but were quickly asked to leave the pool premises. Children under age 13 cannot be in pool area without adult supervision. There is not a lifeguard on duty. The beach area does not have a lifeguard either. This wasn't an issue for us, as all of my children are excellent swimmers, but could be relevant information for others. Again, I highly recommend this property for those looking for a beach vacation.

We'd never used VRBO before but found it very easy. Scott & Kim both were very helpful and responded quickly. We checked in after hours with no issues at all. When we arrived to the unit which is very close to the prpoerty management office, we found it to look exactly as represented on the website. Clean and comfy. This unit is litterally steps away from the pool and hot tub, and a short walk across the wooden bridge to the beach! While there we watched a rocket takeoff from the beach. The location is close to many attractions and fun activities!

This was our 4th year in this same condo and we have already booked it for next March.

Our condo is a homey, comfortable place, a unique architecture in an area with many boxy condo developments. We do wish there was a faster internet!

Every thing was great with the exception of the WiFi was slow. We could get emails, but was unable to download attachments. Look forward to staying their next year.

We stayed in July, and the property was everything promised, and more. I traveled down with my 3 kids 5 and under, and my wife joined us 2 days later. I picked this location because of the proximity to the pool and the ocean. The pool was probably 25 feet from the condo door, and the beach was probably maximum 300 yards from the condo door. The path from the condo to the ocean is a sidewalk and the wooden path through a coded gate to the ocean - no parking lots or places for children to wander off. It was perfect for us. The pool was so warm, and the beach was not crowded at all as it is private to people staying there, with public access blocks (or more) away. The condo itself has a main bedroom and an additional smaller room separated by a glass door and floor to ceiling blinds - providing a small amount of privacy between the room. There is also a sofa bed and pull out of the wall bed. It worked out great for us when kids needed naps at different times. The condo has everything listed - washer/dryer, pots/pans, blender, microwave and 2 32 inch TVs. What isn't listed are things the owner doesn't list because guests may not take care of them - but when we stayed the outside storage had numerous folding chairs, an umbrella, beach tent, buckets, shovels. The kids also loved the little lizards and peacocks that wander all over the property. Don't bother bringing pool noodles, nerf balls, or floatees - the pool prohibits those and the attendant strictly enforces the rules - kids floatation devices like puddle jumpers are allowed. The ONLY concern I had with this condo was the wifi - and the owner was very responsive that the property had made changes to the wifi network the week we were there, the issue may well be addressed by now. You won't get a T-mobile signal in the back of the condo, and Verizon has only 1-2 bars. This wasn't an issue for be as it forced me to "unplug", but if I had to work - that would have been a problem. The unit has some basic cable channels, but bring a laptop with cached movies and an HDMI cord if your kids will demand Frozen or Moana . We had a great time and would definitely stay again if in the Cape Canaveral area. The value of this property to other locations was through the roof.

The owners were very easy to work with. This is a perfect location if you have small children. The beach was not crowded at all. It was a lot of fun watching the boats come in and leave the port. We enjoyed the Dinosaur Museum as well as many great restaurants. We never had a wait at any of the restaurants. We really enjoyed eating on the outside decks at the port. It was a very enjoyable experience. Pleasantly surprised by how private the beach was. Close access and not crowded. We loved it.
