We had a very lovely stay. We booked very last minute and hosf was very accommodating, responsive and kind. In fact, she was able to assit with an early check in, which after driving through the night was such a blessing.
There is no ocean view, due to being on the ground level- however, the beach/ocean is literally just on the other side of the bushes. This was a perfect location. The beach was never crowded, the outdoor shower was perfect. The pool was just lovely, clean and refreshing.
As far as the unit goes, the beds were very comfortable. Therenis just the one 3 person couch. The dining table chairs (there were only 3) felt somewhat flimsy but we only used them once or twice. I would say, if there are 4 adults, there may not be a comfortable indoor seating for watching tv or even relaxing. It worked for my husband and I. When my adult son came to visit us, I chose to go to the nedroom to sit whilr they watched some olympics. The wicker chairs just weren't comfortable or sturdy in my opinion. Just sharing for knowledge but again for us, didnt negatively impact our stay.

Pros: The condo had good beach access and the rooms were large. It was nice to walk out from the patio onto the grass. The pool was awesome and must be heated. There was also a hot tub and dry sauna. Washer and dryer worked great. We saw two rocket launches from the beach, which was awesome.
Cons: Even though some updates were made to the kitchen and other areas it still needed some TLC. The paint was peeling in a lot of areas and the doors looked rough. The kitchen cabinets were too small for full sized plates. There was no pantry area, so our food was just all over the counters. It looked like it had a pantry but they used it for cleaning storage and it was very dirty. Also the ice machine doesn’t work and there were no ice trays to make your own. Also no can opener. They also could use some new knives. There were no functioning bath stoppers and the master bath’s toilet flusher was broken, but functioned. The sliding door leading outside has no functioning lock, just a stick to keep it closed. There are two areas to access the beach, but only one side had an area to wash off sand. The area to wash off didn’t have working showers, except for a small spigot at shin level.
Also the cleaning crew showed up on Friday, even though we booked the place until Saturday. She was nice but she said her boss told her she was supposed to clean the unit that day, she apologized. It made me uneasy thinking someone had double booked our unit and might show up.

We loved the location. Even though we didnt have a view of the beach, walking straight from our unit to beach was super convenient. Had everything we needed and more.

Key code to check in was incorrect. Arrived at 7pm. Couldn't get into condo. Finally someone got back to us with correct code. Washing machine was broken. The rental did bring quarters and sat them at door of condo. The coffee pot was nasty,the shower curtain had stains on it. The condo was nice but obviously the cleaning was not to par. We cleaned. The internet access both in our email and the book in the condo were incorrect. The check out procedures were all different. 2 different agents worked with us as the original person was sick. The left hand did not know what the right hand was doing. We were assured that the walk to the beach was minimal due to mobile limited people were in our party. Wrong. Once settled we enjoy the Cape and Cocoa. I could only go to beach once at Condo due to walk. Will never Cocoa Best Rentals ever again.

Super easy check in. Room us as pictured. No beach view, but having the grassy area for our 2 year old to run around and play on was worth giving up the view. Hot tub was great and the pool was warm enough to swim in. We really have zero complaints! It was perfect

Delightful stay! No ocean view, but full sound! Step out from patio across lawn to dune pathway. Covered parking is the best! (Only issue was beach chairs are rusted and broken.) Price was right. Would definitely stay again. Great uncrowded location.

Cons: Very musty smelling, our clothing smelled when we got home and opened our suitcases. Terrible water pressure in all sinks and showers. Lots of light coming thru bedroom window all night from the outside hallway. Only 2 beach chairs, both in bad shape.

Perfect! Even better than described!
It’s perfect. It’s on the beach …. Even though you can’t see the ocean from the ground floor unit, you are right there on the beach and it’s beautiful. The resort is in a quiet area that’s lovely yet close to Cocoa Beach. The unit is beautifully decorated and has a large master bed and bathroom. It’s so spacious and pretty! Check in was super easy and communication was outstanding. We had a wonderful time !

Cute and awesome place!
Beach area is a few hundred feet away from the back porch! We were able to walk to the beach and the pier (pier was about a mile walk on the beach). Awesome place and so cute! Lights in the extra bedroom didn’t seem to work and water pressure was very low in shower. Still, I would definitely return! Thanks so much for the hospitality and being so flexible on check in and check out! Thanks again!

Great location
I went with my husband and 8 month old baby and this property was perfect for us. We couldn't have asked for a better location- lots of good restaurants within a mile and 1 mile from cocoa beach. About a 30 minute drive to Kennedy Space center. We loved the pool and how we could walk right out to the beach. Loved the decor in the inside.
Complaints: The back door was super hard to open and there was no umbrella and toys were needing some updated. We loved sitting on the patio in the evening, but wished we could have seen the ocean. The master bed was super uncomfortable.
I would stay here again.

Great Family Stay
Beautiful spot! Ocean less than 50 yards away. Pool and hot tub were great! Room was Wad about 50 feet away from pool area. 1st floor location was perfect for kids! We have a 5, 3, and 1 year old who had a blast in ocean, pool, and hot tub. Great family place to stay and definitely would stay again!

Great condo for a family
We enjoyed our stay. Even though we couldn't see the ocean from our ground floor condo we enjoyed the grassy area for our 4 year old granddaughter and we sat out there in the evenings. Plus, no worries about a child and a balcony. Very clean and the pool was great too.

Fun even during Tropical Storms
Loved our condo! Plenty of space for the four of us. Kitchen completely stocked with cooking supplies. The covered patio on the first floor was great but would have been SO much better if my view of the ocean wasn't blocked by the landscape - otherwise perfect! Easy access to the beach. Pool & hot tub, plus the sauna -- BONUS! Would absolutely stay here again.

The ground floor was perfect for our girls and they loved running outside in the grassy area in front of the unit. Very close access to the beach and pool. The trade off for the first floor unit was no ocean view from the unit, but for us, it was definitely worth it! One small thing that could be improved would be darker curtains in the bedrooms since the hall light is right outside the master bedroom window. We made our own black out curtains by hanging up one of the blankets provided! The chairs and beach/pool toys were great for the girls, and we even added to the collection. We left behind a boogie board, a skim board, and an inflatable boat/raft. We certainly were not going to try to fly those items home with us to Ohio, so hopefully the next guests can get some use out of them! The Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach area is the best! We also highly recommend Wildlife Watersports. We rented a small electric boat (went about 3 miles per hour) for an hour. We were luckyto see at least a dozen dolphins swimming and splashing so close to our boat! We also got to see a rocket launch on our last day here. This was certainly a trip to remember!!

Awesome place!
We had such an amazing stay at this condo in Cape Canaveral. It was extremely clean and very well kept up. There were a few minor scratches and dings here and there, but for a beach rental it was immaculate! This place is beachfront, but there is no view of the ocean because of the dunes. But the grassy area out back was perfect for us so we could let our kids play outside. There is beach access to the left and the right, and both are only a few steps away. I would definitely want to come back here in the future!!

Cozy Coastal Getaway!
This condo is absolutely precious. It is perfectly cozy with plenty of room for a family of 6. It was spotless when we arrived and has everything you need for a day at the beach. We were pleasantly surprised to find beach chairs, beach towels, and toys to accommodate all of our needs. This unit is ground level which is perfect for small children. It’s a short walk to the beach and the shower into the pool is the perfect place to clean off after a day on the beach. It’s located just a short drive from the grocery store, restaurants, ice cream shops, surf shops, putt-putt, and so much more. It is also just down the beach from Kennedy Space Center. Before checking out on our last day, we got to watch a launch from the beach. We will certainly be back!

Cute property, needs a bit of maintenance
Really enjoyed our stay, 2 minor problems, no light in the outside hallway so we had to use our cell flashlight to enter the code for the door, the patio door needs some WD40 kind of hard to open and close. Other than that stay was great. Close to the Cocoa Beach Pier and Port Canaveral so we could walk everywhere on the beach.

The condo was larger than expected. It was on the ground floor. Nice grass off porch. A few rooms away from the pool. Showers by pool to rinse off the sand from the beach. Beach area was clean, not crowded. Saw officers patrolling beach (I like the idea of a safe beach.) Condo had beach toys and chairs available but we used our own. There were beach towels too. Parking lot had a covered area or open area available. I’d definitely rent here again.

Great beach condo
The building is a little older but for the most part seems to be well-maintained. The condo and pool area were clean. The location right on the beach was perfect! Our first floor unit had slightly obstructed views of the ocean but we were so close it was really ok. The property is situated at the back of a neighborhood and next to other condos, but is only about a 5 minute drive to shopping, dining, and other attractions. Perfect for a beach vacation with the family!
