Our spacious and private two-bedroom condo is enviably located in the heart of Canmore, easy walking distance to groceries, shops, restaurants, and pubs. This is a wonderful, spacious, comfortable property.

Location, location, location... that's what they say and this condo has it in spades. This condo allows you to enjoy the best of both worlds: a handy central location with privacy. Our unit backs onto a mountain creek and a nature reserve, thus providing a tranquil yet convenient retreat—the perfect base for your Rocky Mountain adventure! The 1200 sq. foot (110 sq. meters) condo is a corner suite, which translates into more windows and greater views and sunshine.

The apartment comfortably sleeps 6 people, with a king-size solid-wood mission bed and matching furniture in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a queen-sized wall bed in the living room area. Quality linens and down duvets are provided. The en suite bathroom to the master bedroom is 3 piece (basin, toilet, shower), while the main bathroom contains 4 pieces (basin, toilet, shower, tub). Towels are also provided. The condo has in-floor radiant heat, which makes for a very comfortable environment. Hardwood floors further add to the wonderful ambiance.

For your convenience, there is secure underground parking. Entry into the building and courtyard is also secured with access codes.

When you’re ready to relax after a day of exploring, our comfortable apartment comes equipped with a gas fireplace and 32' HDTV . In condo Free WI-FI is also included. Relax over a meal around our rosewood dining set, with matching dinnerware & cutlery. Our kitchen is fully equipped (stove/oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, etc.), so cooking up a storm should be no problem. There is an in-suite full-size washer and dryer.

Finally, a balcony complete with BBQ and bistro seating for those serene moments over a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The south-facing balcony and windows overlook a mountain creek and allow for sun-filled views of the spectacular Three Sisters and the majestic Rundle Range.

Fantastic property, clean, private, right downtown and near the grocery. Fully equipped kitchen (no problems cooking up multiple feasts for a family of 5). Make sure to take a walk on the boardwalk through the wetlands area this property backs up to. Will be seeing if we can get this property again next time we are in town.

As you can tell, the location is excellent right in downtown Canmore. Easy walk to restaurants, bars, grocery store and gas stations. The condo is large and can easily accommodate 6 people if necessary. It is well stocked with the basic supplies. There are few things that could use attention but not a big deal I would rate it 4.5 stars.

Within walking distance to so much for downtown Canmore! Enjoyed this area more than downtown Banff. And love that we were on the right side of the railroad tracks to make for safer walks! Hope to return!

The location is wonderful, walking distance to everywhere. The layout was great for a large group. My only suggestion would be more coffee mugs. Check out instructions were to wash all towels and place in dryer. Towels are usually the last thing used when leaving, we washed them but didn’t wait around to place in the dryer.

This is a great location in Canmore. The condo is well equipped however, the cleanliness is what gives a negative review. We used the murphy bed and the duvet cover was dirty so had to wash the bedding before we would use it. They could use new bedding and sheets as there is lots of pilling on all the sheets which makes them appear unclean and the blankets are well used and need replaced. Dirty and well worn bedding to me is not acceptable for what we pay to rent this condo. New bedding would certainly rectify this issue and ensure that ALL bedding is washed after every rental. However, we had great family time in Canmore just disappointed that we paid a cleaning fee and ended up doing loads of bedding.

We had so much fun and the location of this rental was perfect for all our daily activity in the area. We love the proximity to the grocery store and to the downtown area. We love the underground parking. We also love the directions that we’re easy to follow in the description in the ad. The pictures don’t do the condo Justice. We love having coffee and looking at the mountains. We love grilling on our balcony. It was perfect. I can’t wait to come back next year.

This is our 4th time at this property, so obviously we like it! Location is excellent. Property is spacious and clean. The owner can be difficult to get a hold of. If you stay you may need to reboot the WIFI (unplug and plug back in), not a big deal. Living room TV is a bit tricky to operate but I did get it work after a bit of trial and error. Again wasn't a big deal. Will definitely stay here again. Rated at 4.5*

In Canmore for 4 nights to attend wedding. No air conditioning in bedrooms and was extremley hot. Condo seemed a bit dusty and the electronics were mostly unplugged and difficult to use. Although we appreciate the security it was somewhat at first difficult with all the entry codes

We found the condo spacious. Close for walking to grocery stores and other amenities. The beds were super comfortable. It was unfortunate that one end of the couch was damaged. There were lots of dishes except coffee cups. We were unable to determine which parking spot to use or how to use the remote but a phone call to the owner solved that issue, Overall we would stay here again.

We spent two nights here and all was great. The condo is very big and in a wonderful location. Our only problem was that we never got the television to work - just too many remotes and unclear instructions. It was fine though - we explored or sat on the porch admiring the trees and mountain. We also never found the outdoor bin for garbage but easily dumped our bags in a public garbage close by. Would stay here again for sure!

Six adults-plenty of room and very comfortable. One couple slept on the Murphy bed in the living room and said it was comfortable! Suite was hot but easily rectified. Had one very minor issue but was fixed immediately (ran out of toilet paper)! Would stay again! Location is perfect!

The entire experience with this stay has been great from the point of booking to checking out. Communication was great, instructions provided were detailed. The condo was spotless when we arrived. We loved the open layout and the multiple windows creating such a well lit and sunny space. There is an amazing view from the deck. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and well-supplied. On top of the comforts of the condo we were very happy with the location and the proximity to restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it for a fantastic visit to Canmore!

We stayed at the condo for 3 nights. Everything was great. The location is in a very convenient location. It was nice to have an underground parking stall. Check in/out was easy. The condo was very spacious and clean. The only small complaint is that we could hear people upstairs walking quite heavily but this didn't interrupt my sleep, so it was fine. That is condo living. I would definitely stay here again!

This property is amazing! Very spacious and well equipped with the essentials of feeling like home. Great location within walking distance to downtown and grocery stores. Great view of the mountains and reasonably priced. Maybe due to being in the mountains, we had issues with the internet being incredibly slow but that was the only downside. Leah was great to work with and responded quickly with any communications. I would highly recommend this property!
