Come and enjoy Sedona in this gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom open floor plan home. Sedona can be enjoyed outdoors almost every day of the year, and that's what you will be able to do in the pergola on a patio overlooking one of the Red Rock mountains. Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants and attractions, this house has been recently remodeled with all-new bathrooms, kitchen, HVAC, floor, roof, lighting and appliances.
Master bedroom has a king size bed, second bedroom with queen bed and third bedroom with two twin size bunk beds, sleeping a total of 8 travelers. (6 adults maximum occupancy allowed) There is plenty of space to park vehicles and even trailers. The backyard is a large strech of natural well kept grass and in the center is a pergola with outdoor seating for your enjoyment and barbecue for your grilling needs.

Cozy home with beautiful amenities. The host thought of everything you could possibly need to be comfortable for a weekend or a month long stay. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, lots of towels and extra blankets. Located two minutes from cafe's and other stores.
Established neighborhood with wonderful landscaping and a view of the red rocks and Thunder Mountain. Would happily stay here again on our next trip to Sedona!

Great location, close to all the hikes and short drive to grocery, restaurants, etc. The house was very clean, comfortable and was well stocked with everything you may need. We loved having a nice backyard to relax in after hiking all day. Diego was super responsive to all our questions. Came with our 4 kids ages 10-2 and so the bunk room was perfect! We used Sedona as our hub to explore Sedona but also day trips to Grand Canyon and Flagstaff. Would definitely recommend!

Our family loved the house for our Sedona adventure vacation. The kids had so much fun digging through the game closet. We all played card and board games during our down time. The backyard was great for the kids to play too. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. I would recommend this rental home to anyone looking for a great location and all the extra amenities you could want!

My husband and I, along with 2 of our adult "kids" stayed for 3 nights at Diego's place. We were all very happy with it! My husband and I loved our large bed--very comfortable!--and so did our son. Our daughter is used to sleeping on a full-sized mattress so adjusting to a twin took a minute, but she survived. :)
We all thought the home was beautiful, homey, had everything we needed and was a nice 10 minute walk to the grocery store. It was nice to not have to run immediately to the store for basic cooking items (e.g. cooking oil) and there were plenty of blankets, towels, etc. I really appreciate that they use Meyer soaps, cleaning products, etc.--better for us and for the environment. We used the grill one night and it worked great.
When I had questions for Diego, he was quick to respond and very gracious when I told him I had broken one of his dishes. He is a great host! We definitely recommend this home!

Everything was GREAT! It started with great communications with Diego several months ago. The home, the neighborhood, was just perfect. We have been hosts for four years in Alaska and we really appreciate when we visit those places that show such great care and sincerity and all that they do.

Diego’s home was a perfect stay, centrally located from hiking trails and restaurants. The house was stylishly decorated and the beds and bedding were some of the most comfortable we’ve found in short term rentals. The backyard was spacious and our kids and dogs equally appreciated the outdoor space. The attention to detail is evident throughout the space and we would love to stay here again anytime we return to Sedona. Thanks for having us Diego!

Sedona stay
Sedona is a wonderful base to explore the red rocks and surrounding areas. Diego’s home ended up being an ideal place to stay. West Sedona is less crowded with easy access to restaurants and trails. My son in law ran every morning on the Mescal trail and we hiked to Birthing cave, Soldiers pass to Brins Mesa, Boynton Canyon and Subway Cave, Devils Bridge, Red Rock State Park and many more. Traffic was never a problem until we went to uptown Sedona or Oak Creek. Not that those areas weren’t worth visiting- it was just nice to avoid the congestion on a daily basis. West Sedona is also near Page Springs Winery, Cottonwood, and Jerome.
The house is well stocked and comfortable. The pictures don’t do the house or the yard justice- it is much nicer than I expected. All the beds are comfortable and every amenity is included. There is a pac and play by the way that wasn’t listed.
Diego left a nice welcoming gift of taffy and chocolates and texted to check in on us. He even waived our pet fee as we had a long stay. The tiled floors, fenced in yard, and very walkable and friendly neighborhood make this a dog friendly stay. We didn’t need it but a vet office is within walking distance. On early and late morning walks we saw javelinas and coyotes which was cool.
Overall this was a fantastic place to stay.

Loved our one month stay in West Sedona
Clean, well appointed property in a beautiful neighborhood. Diego, (property owner) was very friendly and responsive in when ever we had questions. The home was very clean when we arrived and was exactly as described. We especially loved the west Sedona location, close to shopping, food, attractions but also just far enough from the very busy areas of Sedona to enable us to get around without much problem. Amazing host, beautiful property in a stunning area all added up to an amazing time! Thank you!

We loved our stay at this cute house in a nice neighborhood, close to Red Rock State Park and so many other hiking trails in the area. The house has a nice backyard and grill, a well equipped kitchen for eating in. The host was very helpful and responsive.

Everything you'd hope for
Often we have stayed at properties that have turned out to be sub-par. Not clean or well equipped -- often misrepresented. NOT the case here. This place will not disappoint. It was immaculate and had everything you needed to feel at home. No need to bring anything but your clothes and toothbrush. I was so happy not to have to clean up after others or shop for anything except what I decide to cook. This is a real rental property (closets are empty) and won't have to work around other folks personal belongings. Thank you Diego for making this a true vacation space to relax! Location in west Sedona is convenient to everything. Access to the property and communication were easy.

Quiet and relaxing
We had a great stay. The house was nicer than the pictures can show. Everything imaginable is available for the chef in the family. The yard has a great view of one of the mountains and there is plenty of room for kids or dogs to play. There is a closet full of games too. We were in town for a 4 day wedding and we are looking forward to a longer stay in the future.

Excellent stay in Sedona
The property was extremely clean, with a large fenced back yard, perfect for a small dog. Kids loved the two bunk beds in their room. There was a welcoming note from the owner and a few small gifts. Felt like home the entire stay. Close to Sedona trails, grocery store, and restaurants. Great views of the red rock formations from the back yard. Grill was brad new and clean. Kitchen well equipped and clean. Bathrooms and bedrooms clean. The best VRBO stay so far.

Amazing property
This home was amazing! Well appointed and host thought of many little touches. For example, a bottle of hand sanitizer and a chocolate bar, a hand written welcome note and a bottle of sparkling and still water. We enjoyed the backyard in the cool mornings and evenings. The property was just as it showed on the website. Very clean the kitchen was WELL stocked and set up. Very homey, the fireplace and grill were excellent. One suggestion is that you have mirrors in the bedrooms. Being we were sharing bathrooms it would of been nice to have a mirror in the bedrooms.
