It was clean and tidy and comfy beds. Host was great Checkin/out easy.

Loved the views and how it was situated within the little village itself. Lindos is so beautiful

The place is self catering so there was no hand soap or washing up detergent etc. no basics that you usually expect but there was a supermarket nearby so we just bought a few basics to get us through. Also you can’t park your car close to the accom so it’s a bit of a walk on cobbled paths and up stairs with your bags etc. but we just took a small bag with what we needed so not too much effort

We stayed in unit 2. The location was excellent. Short but hilly walk to/from the beach and level walk into the village centre. If you were looking to have a family holiday it would be ideal as room 1-7 all fed into a common area with large table. Smaller tables on the roof terrace with excellent views of the beautiful bay. Our kitchen in RM 2 was separate but we liked that. RM 2 was probably smallest but we found it fine. The beds were also very comfortable which is a big plus and there was no extra charge for the air con which worked fine for us. And a free safe, although instructions could've been clearer We would certainly book again.

The hip bath/shower was not easy to get into to shower. Anyone elderly or with mobility problems would find it difficult. Had to be very careful getting in and out. The shower handset kept jumping out of it's holder if the flow was opened up.

Fabulous location, friendly and helpful staff, quiet, the room (4) was rather small.

Very busy tourist town, but still has much charm. Eat at The Yacht Club resturaunt at Pallas beach.

Self catering. Nice area to sit outside the rooms. We booked five rooms and had most of the place to ourselves. The best thing about the property was it was just a 5 minute walk to the beach which meant you could run down to the beach first thing in the morning for a swim and book chairs and umbrellas (if you wished) before anyone else got there. The rooms in the property were quite basic, Greek pension style like so many other reasonably priced accommodation in Greece. The view from some of the rooms was lovely, although most of ours had just high windows not worth trying to look out.

The location overlooking Lindos beach is amazing. Everywhere is within 10 mins walking distance. The flats also have two shared terraces where you can sit with a coffee or sunbathe and take in the amazing view.

Great little Lindos house with a stunning view

Standard room with a nice location. View from the balcony is just stunning. Highly recommended for couples to have romantic evenings. You can also help the owner lady to water the flowers in the morning as she needs help :)

I cannot think of any really. Don’t expect a 5 star hotel at all. This is a traditional Lindos house with limited facilities.

Great value for money

Fantastic value for money, excellent location close to Lindos beaches. The room is large and opens on to a huge shared balcony which we used every night while having sunset drinks! Bathroom is clean and a good size, shower over the bath has good pressure. Great cupboard space in room and bathroom. Kitchen is basic, but who needs to cook in Lindos!

The air conditioning was intermittently very noisy - possibly a loose connection that needs repair. Cools well though!

To sum up: Excellent location - quiet and accessible. Beautiful views. Helpful and friendly staff.

The location is one of the best in Lindos, the beach is extremely close-by, the view is amazing. The area is very close to town-centre yet at the same time far away enough to be quiet and calm without all the nighttime bustle. We also liked the terrace with beautiful views of the bay. Additionally, the staff and the host were extremely helpful and pleasant. Our AC broke on our second day, the next day it was fixed.

Just some minor tidbits that, in the end, did not affect our overall experience much. The appliances (the stove especially - warms up everything around it) are a little dated. The hot water boiler wasn't insulated all that well, causing the bathroom to sometimes get unpleasantly warm. But - considering the cost of our stay, I doubt you can find much better for the great price.

The cleanliness of the rooms and communal areas are excellent. The view from and location of Villa Koki studios are both exceptional. The staffing is friendly and supportive. The cleanliness of the rooms and communal areas were excellent. The accommodation is quiet.

The shower worked well, but could be more modern. The wifi works, but was a little slow - fine for our requirements.

An enjoyable couple of weeks in a place with a superb view.

It was lovely to stay at Koki again after a break of a few years. Fedra and Anna were particularly helpful.

Excellent location - 2 minute walk from the beach (a down hill walk though, for those who need to know that) and a 5 minute walk to the centre!!! The location was the best part to be honest...and the shared balcony/terrace, as the views were amazing. Staff were very helpful. We ran out of tissue paper a few times and after informing the hotel via booking.com (who answered very quickly) we were given extra asap :) Thank you very much. The cleaners were really lovely too and did a great job! Hotel room is smaller than photos, however considering what you pay plus location, I'd say it is definitely value for money. The downfall for me, was that the beds were quite hard and uncomfortable. It did not stop me from sleeping though :). The room had all essentials, powerful shower and very hot water! I should also add that it was very safe here. I completely trusted the staff, hotel and area enough to not feel as though I have to hide my belongings. There is a safe box here too but did not need it. Thank you for a great stay x

Hard beds - Uncomfortable The fact I didn't have my own balcony upset me a little but I got over it quickly as the shared terrace is perfect and not busy at all.

Totally Amazing

We absolutely loved these apartments. Extremely clean, beds made every day and the lady that came in each day was so lovely and friendly. The views are absolutely amazing, right near Pallas Beach and close to the centre of town. We are going to book these next year for our wedding guests, so we will definitely return. Superb

Fantastic stay. The room was large. The bed comfortable. Great air conditioning. Continuous hot water. The view is incredible of both Pallas and long beach. Short 5 min walk in to town. I would highly recommend these simple, but clean and well maintained rooms. We have already booked again for next year.

Good location but not clean

Very good location in Lindos.

The place was not really clean. Our bedsheets and 2 towels were dirty and we asked to change. No soap, no washing up liquid available. The old mattress is not comfortable at all.
