I came after 22 hours long journey by bus from mountains and I thought, that if I have a reservation for a room a can go

After the horrible experience the man on the reception call to another hotel and they take if it was for the last minute.

Be careful if you are not Indian and maybe call to the hotels first

Not a great stay if planning for a vacation trip

The location of the hotel. Well behaved staff.

There is no lift. You have to climb up the high stairs. Also cleanliness of the room and sheets was an issue.

The location was okay.

It wasn't hygienic, the washrooms were not clean. The service was very poor. They served cold breakfast and the plates were not even cleaned. The washroom heater was not working as well.
