It was a very relaxing stay and central to all the places of visit.

It was a very relaxing stay, the staff was very kind and courteous and all the facilities were amazing. Really enjoyed our stay here. Will definitely come back again.

Wonderful Stay in Chandigarh

It was neat and clean inside. Also food quality is really good.

Water in the pool was not so clean. Sauna was not ready even it’d been opened. Some service needs to be improved.

They need to hire more staff at reception to expediate checkin process.

Its Clean and in good Location

Waiting time at the reception was too lengthy, had to wait for 45 mins to checkin my room, Overall even after booking my choice of room, they mentioned wasnt available… Had to wait long to get my choice of room i booked and paid.

Breakfast spread was good.

The hotel is too crowded for my liking, with big functions / events every evening. Food (room service) was disappointing both in terms of quality (too much oil in everything) as well as accuracy of delivery as per your exact order Parking is fine, if you are ok to give to the valets, who seem to be doing a good job. I drove up there in my new car and wanted to self park. There isn't enough parking for the size of the hotel and its events. Cars are parked all over the place including the ramps of the basement and all drive-ways. The basement was flooded with dirty water due to a leakage. The staircase to the basement was dirtier than what you would see in a train station these days.

Membership holder of swimming pool seems that they own this property .They donot have manners to communicate with guests.Hotel management must adopt some actions towards these kind of incidents or personals .

Excellent stay at the JW Marriott, will definitely stay again

Excellent choice on Hotel; food was brilliant; staff were very pleasant and helpful; the micro-brewery was great and the infinity roof-top pool was great too.

Excellent stay and everything was very good right from from desk .Mr Aamod was very helpful.

Simply Awesome. Sous Chef Amit Nayak was too good and Jr Sous chef also gave personalised touch

A must stay property !

Everything that was part of the package was amazing but the hospitality by the staff wS something to make a special mention of. The property has courteous Staff who really puts in efforts to ensure that the guests are looked Fter well.

Exceptional Hotel

The Hotel is conveniently located between Chandigarh and Mohali. It has a bakery, bar, and restaurant. The rooms were spacious and cozy. We needed a baby cot which was not available and were given an extra bed at no cost. The breakfast was lovely with the Chefs themselves asking us if we liked the food. The staff was helpful and receptive at all times. The hotel is very well managed.

The hotel was a tad bit expensive.

Exceptional Service and Staff. Building and cleanliness exceeded our expectations. Staff were prompt and made us feel welcome. Would recommend and would certainly stay again. I would grate JW Marriot 11 if I could. Enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed My Stay

The view from my room. Their generosity regarding my breakfast. A person ( from the hotel) playing melodious flute while guests were having breakfast everyday. Delicious paranthas!

Some hotel staff misdirected me to a market. The front office staff not trusting me regarding my non utilisation of their mini bar.

Food and restaurant staff is top notch. Special thanks to chef Amit and Rajat, they went out of the way to help and made us feel welcomed

Spa, give it a miss. Staff is untrained and no equipment, no consultation form. All in all , spa is a nightmare

A very comfortable,welcoming stay

Good,helpful and very courteous staff. Your duty manager Hemant and chef Deepak are worth mentioning. Made us feel very welcome and are an asset to your organisation. The flute player during meals is very talented and he has an excellent selection of tunes. At lunch the serving of chat and golguppa ‘s was very welcome and satisfying. Overall a good experience.

House keeping could be improved. Our tea mugs were dirty.
