The room was lovely, it was clean, had a nice and warm bedding and I loved the hammock in front of our door!
The owner was very helpful and caring, when my boyfriend was sick he was so thoughtful to bring us a big can of hot water to the room!
Also can recommend the washing service, it came back still warm and smelling lovely.

Fomos super bem recebidos.
4.3
Great location with a comfortable room. It is run by a wonderful family. I stayed here after a 5 day Salkantay Trek to have rest and privacy as opposed to hostel. The bed was very comfortable and the wifi was fast and strong from my room. I highly recommend booking here!
4.3
Family atmosphere, perfect location, close to historic center and peru rail, if you planning to go to Machu Picchu by train. Clean and causy room, comfortable bed. I spent there wonderful time.

Location was good!
Dirty, photos dont really show the actual hotel rooms.

The location is amazing 2 minutes walk to the supermarket, 5 to the main squere, 6 to the San Pedro market. We didnt try the breakfast, however we could use the kitchen, where we could find everything what we needed. The owners are super nice and helpful. We went back two times to this hostel because it was like we are part of their family. We really felt home because their hospitality.
The kitchen could be a bit cleaner however it was completly fine for a hostel.

it’s good location in the center, it’s in a local area but close to San Pedro market which is convenient.
the staff is very friendly and kind.
it’s good for people who wants to explore the city for short period of time.
we used the kitchen and in the end turned out we need to pay for it. it cost 5 soles, it’s ok. but we wish they could tell us before.
we did our laundry in the hostel, but they weren’t fully dry and they aren’t clean either.it’s 10 soles so we didn’t say anything but will definitely rather spend a bit more to send our laundry to other places.

I'm gonna get this out of the way, there is no view. The window is unopenable and leads to a roofed common area.
Also, make sure you know what you've booked if you want to actually get it.
That said, they were very kind to accept us already in the early morning, after we arrived by bus at 6.00. Mary was super kind and friendly and always went out of her way to help us with everything. Location was really good too.
I would stay again.

the stuff who are a family and they make guests feel they are home.

The dog
Staff was rude, prices were higher than advertised, rooms were dirty
4.3
Mary and her childrens are very helpful even though they don't speak English.
The room is too small and no bathroom door. WiFi sometimes lost connection as well as hot water

Ankel was an amazing, warm, kind and attentive host who was always ready to meet your every need. We like the place so much We extended our visit and also returned here after our salkantay treck. While the bathrooms are shared they are exceptionally clean which we really appreciated. Shower was hot. We highly reccomend staying here.
Nothing it was perfect 🥰

location is great, bed was very comfortable, lots of natural light in the room, great view from the patio
their terminal wasn’t working so I had to pay cash but that’s it

Our room on the top floor was lovely, it had a nice terrace with hammocks and a cool view. Throughout the hostel there is a nice, homey atmosphere. There is tea on tap and reception, 24/7. The staff is the true highlight of the place. The service is awesome, thoughtful and makes you feel right at home. They helped us out with luggage, public transport, laundry and more. Overall, the place is on a busy popular road, about 5 minutes on foot from the touristy city centre. It is not luxurious or impersonal and it feels more like a home than a hotel. it is clean and well kept (including communal bathrooms), and it is definitely a place with character. I would definitely go back!
We had originally booked their cheapest double room, which had no windows. The air felt really stuffy and we asked to be moved to another room with windows. The staff was really helpful with this. I had a chance to look at the other rooms and those on the ground floor had no windows or windows you couldn't open... Which makes air circulation a bit difficult. However if you can upgrade, their rooms on the other floors are really nice - the one we had was on the top floor with private bathroom (and it was at a really good price too).
4.3
Welcoming staff, nice roof terrace, breakfast was worth the extra price
We got used bed linen, but was offered another room due to this, could have been better cleaned all over, little bit of randomly planned
4.3
Very lovely people <3, and nice, cozy ambient. Also, location was not the best but it was safe to walk there from the center at night, so I think location can be considered good enough.
Next time, I would stay there again
We stayed in a double room and it did not have a window. But we kept the door open when we were in room and it was ok.
4.3
Very good location of the property
the noise
4.3
Private bathroom was inside the room, not accessible by key from the hallway like many other places we've stayed in in Cusco. Friendly staff. We left our bags while going to Manu for four days. Nice location with lots of local life on the streets, even in the evenings. Warm room
The room had no windows, but felt bright and nice anyways! The bathroom was only separated by "shower cabin walls" to the room
4.3
Has all the necessities. great value for what you are getting. Right next to Sa. Pedro Market.
4.3
Great personel, wifi, location. We had a room with a private bathroom even we didn't expected that.
We didn't have a window in a room.
4.3
great location, great staff, wifi works great and there is hot water, cool terrace to hang out on
carpeted floors, cant really tell if they are clean or not (not through the fault of the staff, but rather the carpet itself - it could also just be a personal peeve)
4.3
Small posada
They tried to cheat on us about the price. And a hole night the water was missing (toilet, bathroom and shower)
4.3
hospitality and fast response. angel (the host) very responsive through whatsapp. although we did not have chance to meet each other, he arrange everything in effective and effecient way. i only had limited time to peru and my main goal is to visiting macchu pichu. he set the arrangement and all went well.
4.3
Posada Azul is a gem, so close to the busy area of downtown, Mercado's and bus stations but at the same time so quiet inside you don't hear anything from the busy streets around the property ,Angel and his wife were so nice and patients with us giving us info about everything in cuzco! so lucky to be with them! definitely I'll recommend this place to everyone!
4.3
helpful friendly staff
the room I received was not presented on the booking site, it was cold and I could not lock my room from the inside. the area the hostel is located is very dirty and no (good) restaurants around. they charged me service fees and I did not even use their towel. shower was only lukewarm
