Comfortable beds and clean sheets.
Amazing costumer service -very helpful via WhatsApp.
Location was a bit tricky to walk through a very busy and dirty streets from the main plaza.
Not enough power plugs in the room.
Very noisy in the night, I could hear other guests and their night habits.

Equipe solicita! Guardaram nossas malas quando fomos para Águas Calientes e no dia da saída até o horário do voo.
Chuveiro não esquentou bem em alguns dias.
Localização um pouco distante do centro histórico necessitando taxi.

La hospitalidad del personal

The employees are very friendly and provide necessary support. We are able to leave our luggage earlier and check in later which is extremely helpful
There's certain distance from the city center, taking taxi / Uber to travel would be fine but would not recommend to walk back during night time

I don’t like nothing
The property is ugly. They have a construction and I can’t sleep. I paid for one type of room and I received other room. Downgrade. I never stayed again in this hotel.

Room was clean
The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from central plaza or you can catch one of the 1000s of taxis that pass everyday. In this area are VERY many hostels but this is hotel. It is under construction (pic attached) and workers are continuous banging, grinding ALL day, EVERY day. Hotel canceled my Booking.com reservation but then manager let me know he will let me pay him directly cause Booking charges him 22%. WTF? Description days sound proof room with view of court yard. 😂 Court yard is 8' x 8' opening in center of building so you can hear construction better. Weird place...

Extremely helpful staff! Great hot water shower.
Fairly standard in Cusco but you can hear dogs barking through the night.

This was an incredibly hospitable hotel. The owners are very prompt, responsive and kind. They take care to know what adventures you are going on and when you are returning (as a solo traveler, I like having someone watching out for me).
Breakfast was good, fresh egg’s prepared! Would like fruit as an option.
The location was a challenge for me. Walking to old town was very hectic, I preferred to take a cab or Uber. The neighborhood is very loud, dogs bark all night and a few car alarms constantly go off. I did not sleep well.

The owners were amazing. They were kind and genuinely interested, offered great tips, and went above and beyond to be helpful. I had a problem that was not related at all with the hotel, and yet they stepped in for me to help solve it. Also, the coffee they serve at breakfast is super good, and you can buy a bag of it freshly ground when you leave. It's their own coffee that they grow somewhere outside of Cusco. The hotel is modern, and even a bit chic, and is decorated in the local fashion - lovely!

Staff was very helpful and kind, so kind! Thank you Veronica and Freddy for all you did for us! Room is simple decorated, every day cleaning and towel changes. Breakfast is basic, but enough for a good start of day - eggs, ham, cheese, bread, fresh juice. If you are not able to have it at the hotel (as all daily trips in Cusco start at 3-4 am) you will get breakfast box. 24 hours you can have tea in the breakfast area. You can book different daily trips through the hotel, rely on staff' recommendation and you won't wrong!
Lack of coffee during all the day - only for breakfast but we missed it due to all trips we did.

Once more, the staff. The manager was really sweet and so nice.
The location is bad. It's near a market that you have to cross to reach the landmarks so it's a terrible thing to do.

Big bed, lovely staff, good breakfast
The duvet was dirty and the room light flashed all through the night which was dreadful for my migraines. Location not very central but it is a good price for Cusco so you would expect that.

the property very clean, good beds, the people very very nice and kind, delicious breakfast
the property is a bit farder than others places from the main square but only like 20 min walking, still okay

The hôtel is clean and good staff
The location is not so close of Plaza Del armas they say 0,8 km but the real distance is 1,3 km and people told me is not so safe to walk in that area at night
4.3
The staff is amazing. Alvaro and Miriam were wonderful! The breakfast is nice and rooms also, really clean and a 10/15min walk from center. No words for the hospitality
4.3
Renovated bathroom
Noisy, lukewarm water at best for bath, bad location, poor coordination of tours
