About this apartment rental

Location! Location! Location! The Mana Kai Resort is located right on one of the nicest beaches on Maui. It is 'Right There' on the beach with an unobstructed ocean view!!! Just fade off to sleep to the sounds of the surf. The ocean water is warm and clear, and the snorkeling is great.

Our condo is Mana Kai 601 which is a 'Superior' unit. In addition, all of the Mana Kai units have great ocean views from one bedroom, but the only Mana Kai units with unobstructed ocean views from both bedrooms are the units closest to the ocean and ending on “01”. Our condo has great ocean views from both bedrooms. In addition, in the "01" units, the walkway to the front door does not go past the bedroom window, so there is additional privacy in these units. Once again, location is key, and Mana Kai 601 has the location!

Mana Kai 601 has air conditioning throughout the unit.

The condo has been very nicely renovated and we are constantly upgrading the unit so it stays in great condition.

The resort also features a beautiful oceanfront swimming pool in a tropical garden setting, as well as the fabulous "808 General Store". There is also a BBQ area available on the grounds for guest use. On the ground floor, there is a beach rental shop in case you would like to rent bikes, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, etc... To top it all off, the world-class golf courses of Wailea and Makena are minutes away.

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium is ideal for your Maui vacation. It has a full kitchen for the times that you want to stay in and have an ocean view dinner on the large lanai. Beach and Bath Towels are provided. In addition, the condo has FREE HIGH SPEED WIFI INTERNET ACCESS. You will also have a free reserved parking spot.

The Mana Kai is located at the extreme south end of Kihei, a few hundred yards down the beach from the Wailea border.

Wonderful 5 night stay at Mana Kai. Suite size room was perfect for our family of five and our corner unit provided 360 degree views. Easy and quick access to the ocean, beach and pool. Easily accessible to great restaurants in Kihei or Wailea. Hope we can come back in the future, highlyrecommended!

Condo and location are great, 3rd time in Maui , ist time in winter. water in Ocean is a little colder, waves and swells much stronger making cloudy conditions for snorkeling at times, but to see Humpback whales breaching everyday was a once in a life time experience.

We love this location, great beach, great views. Very clean. The only thing Id change is to put a bar height table and chairs on the patio so you can enjoy the view without looking through the bars and railings

This property is in a really beautiful location right on the beach to be able to enjoy the scenery from the comfort of the condo or right down on the beach! The amenities were plentiful and the beds were comfortable. Exactly what is needed for a relaxing vacation!

This property was absolutely perfect for our stay! The unit is located perfectly for ocean views from both bedrooms. Rick and Erik responded to questions within minutes. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would ever need! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We will definitely be returning. 👍

Ideal location on the south end of Kihei. Excellent access to beautiful Wailea beaches for snorkeling and swimming yet close to restaurants and take out options. Condo was clean and well equipped. Staying here was a splurge for us and we felt it was well worth the $$$. Mahalo Rick and Erik.

My wife and I spent 4 nights at Mana Kai. The condo was everything as described and we had hoped for. The location, view and quality of the condo were fantastic. The owners were a delight to deal with. Can't recommend highly enough.

The condo was clean and well appointed. Although I didn’t do any cooking the kitchen seemed to have every needed. Because the restaurant and bar are closed for remodeling, eating and drinking were more of an issue. The remodeling doesn’t seem to have even started so at least we didn’t have the noise The owners were Great! Very generous and always in communication when something came up We would recommend the unit for sure! We hope to go back but will wait until renovations are completed

The condo supplies all the necessary amenities and then some (boogie boards, chairs, beach umbrella, cookware, even shampoo and conditioner) and we appreciated the coffee and snacks left for us. This condo is definitely a great deal for the location and views. We shall be back!

This is my third stay at the Mana Kai and this unit is the best! AC is, in my opinion, very necessary, and this one has it. Even if you are ok with open air temps, the roosters start crowing early so closed windows help. The view is absolutely amazing and we spent a lot of time on the patio. The unit was super clean, well stocked, and felt like home. As far as location goes, the Mana Kai is on a very nice beach and the rocks are right there for awesome snorkeling. South Kihei has lots of great dining, but if you’re feeling fancy, Wailea is very close. We walked there in the beach for breakfast a couple time. Summary: this unit is the best at the best place to stay. You can’t go wrong here.

My family had a great week. We snorkeled just outside the condo, walked the beach, watched the beautiful sunsets, boogie boarded, sun bathed, and found all sorts of yummy restaurants nearby. This condo is bright, clean, and well equipped. We will be staying here again and again.

This property is amazing. The views from the lanai did not disappoint. They were exactly like the pictures. Rick and Eric were responsive when I had questions. The unit is well stocked and I will definitely be staying here again. Sadly the restaurants were closed for renovation. Other than that it isa 5 out 5 “Highly recommend” review from me. We chose this condo for location on our favorite beach with a good restaurant on site, full house air conditioning, and its excellent second bedroom. It definitely met all of our expectations. Often the second bedroom is small and dark but this one is large with a big picture window and ocean view. Its' private bathroom is equivalent to the primary one. When adults are sharing condo space, this is important. One of our party is very sensitive to humidity so the air conditioning was great with separate controls for the second bedroom and the main space. Being an end unit, the ocean is right below, with wonderful surf sounds and breezes. We would definitely return to this unit next time we are in Maui!

This property is a wonderful location.....this unit is tired and needs an over haul....from carpet....to base boards needing paint...etc...etc. I would not give this review were the price not very high and I expected better. We have stayed at this property before but not this unit....Bonus points given for wonderful cooking supplies...

The unit is great!! We had amazing views of the ocean from both bedrooms. Amenities were convenient, as we would typically cook breakfast before venturing out for the day. The unit was very comfortable, including the linens and the bed (there are two king beds but we only slept in one of them). We didn’t contact the property people, as there was no need to do so but I did get a message during our stay where they apologized for a very small inconvenience that really didn’t effect our stay whatsoever. The owners take pride in this unit! I would stay here again.
