This luxury ocean view home is fully furnished and a kitchen fully equipped for your next vacation.
Our home, CASA BELLA, is located just across the street from two direct beach access points. The home features 6 bedrooms, 4 full baths and a gourmet kitchen outfitted for cooking as much or as little as you want. The living room has a 55' Smart TV and smart TV’s in every bedroom.
For breathing in that ocean air, there are two nicely furnished covered decks. One is on the main 2nd floor and the other is just off the master bedroom. Both are perfect for reading, enjoying meals with family and friends, or just watching the pelicans and listening to the waves.
An outdoor shower provides a convenient place to wash off the sand and salt from your perfect day on the beach before entering the house. The first floor has two bedrooms, both with queen beds, sharing a full bath with a double sink.
The main second floor includes the living room, dining and gourmet kitchen. This level also has a bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath and a child gate which can be locked to secure small children from the stairs.
Three bedrooms are located on the third floor. Two bedrooms share a full bath with a double sink - one bedroom is furnished with a queen bed while the other features a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin size over top. In addition, a third bedding area is accessible from a twin trundle that pulls out from underneath.
The final bedroom on the third floor is the spectacular king master bedroom. This suite features a private deck, a work station including a small desk and chair and a spacious master bathroom with a jetted spa tub.
Limited linens are provided, including bed sheets and bath towels for the number of guests staying (1 each). Beach towels or additional bath towels are not provided, please bring your own or contact Seaside Linens to have them delivered. Linens and towels will be placed on respective beds prior to your arrival.

From our home, there are great restaurants and a Tiki bar within walking distance on the beach. Come and enjoy the sound of waves crashing on the beach as you relax in luxurious comfort.
Carolina Beach is an incredible vacation spot, with something for everyone in the family. Miles of ocean beach for wading, swimming, surfing, beachcombing or surf fishing. You will also find nearby fishing piers, rare “drive on” beaches, great restaurants, and fresh seafood markets selling today’s catches. For sports fans, there is great off shore fishing, hiking/biking trails through the State Park areas and Greenway Trails, and all the water sports that you can imagine.
There are almost always events happening on the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, just a mile from this home. Check out the fireworks, live music, arts, crafts and some of the best ice cream one can find!
Nearby is the charming town of Southport, accessible by car or a car ferry. Carolina Beach is 20 minutes from historic Port City of Wilmington, which boasts delightful riverside restaurants and shopping along its river boardwalk in downtown along the Cape Fear River. We even have the battleship North Carolina available to the public.
Fort Fisher State Park is only minutes away (about 5-7 miles south) with the NC Aquarium and miles of natural and unspoiled beaches. It is the location of Civil War's Fort Fisher, whose fame is highlighted in the recent Academy Award winning movie, Abraham Lincoln.

Great place to get away for a beach gathering

Our family members enjoyed relaxing in this spacious and comfortable house. The kitchen was very well equipped. We enjoyed hanging out in the living area and the porch. Both areas featured comfortable seating where we took refuge after beach time. A heated outdoor shower was convenient for sand removal. Beds were comfortable. Our host was very responsive when we had a minor issue and it was quickly resolved. We had a very positive experience at this property.

The property was as advertised. Spacious, clean, fully-stocked with everything someone would expect and need for a vacation at the beach.
I came with my daughters and their families, including 6 grandchildren. It was one year from the passing of my wife and their mother/grandmother. We found this home to be the perfect place for a beach vacation. Six bedrooms with accommodations for up to 14 was more than needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and everything else for eat-in meals. The house had plenty of games and toys. We even had hot water for all of us after a day at the beach. Plus, the beach was only a short distance away. We would definitely consider returning to this home without hesitation.

We had a great week at Casa Bella! It’s a great location between two public accesses to the beach. A short drive to Kure in one direction and Carolina Beach boardwalk in the other. We had twin 6 yr olds, a 5yr old and toddler among our group, 3 couples and 2 Nanas and all were well accommodated in the space. We could hear our neighbors occasionally in the attached condo/unit but it was a minor annoyance and of course not something the owner has control over. 4 bathrooms, and outdoor patios a big plus. Would definitely consider this unit again in the future for our group!

This was a great place to stay for our beach vacation! There was enough space in the fridge/ mini fridge outside, everything was comfortable. Our group especially appreciated the outdoor shower to rinse off before going inside. One thing to note which others mentioned - the Wi-Fi wasn’t the best. We didn’t mind it, so it doesn’t take away from our rating but others in our group were bummed. Just fyi if you’re looking to book! Hard to beat those beach views and the proximity to beach access!

Great stay!
We had a great stay! Excellent communication with owner and was even able to check in early. My only complaint was internet. Sometimes we could connect and sometimes we couldn't or some could and other couldn't because it was "full". We did contact owners who reset it but unfortunately didn't solve the problem. I didnt communicate that to them because we were only going to be there a day longer but im sure that if I had reached back out, they would had been happy to help. Would recommend this house! Thanks!

Beautiful, spacious and beach ready
The layout of this house was perfect for our extended family. We loved the decor and enjoyed being so close to the beach. The owner thought of nearly everything that would be needed and did a fabulous job of communicating with us beforehand! We utilitized her recommendations for a photographer for family beach photos and couldn't be happier. We had a great time!

Great Location and Ammenities
Casa Bella is a 1/2 block walk to public beach access. The house was in great shape, had lots of books, games, with streaming TV and many channels. Kitchen had all the items you would expect at home, was super well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Great balconies to sit out on and relax. Only downside we found was that some of the kitchen items were quickly cleaned and needed a bit more attention and we found previous renter's hair in the shower. B+ on cleanliness, A on everything else. Would stay there again given the opportunity.

Fantastic Family Beach Vacation
This beach home had a well equipped kitchen, fabulous layout and the 2nd floor porch is where we gathered to chat and capture the ocean breezes. The beach is just a few steps away and is now at the top of the list of our favorite places! Start your day walking the beach to Kure to grab a cup of coffee and end walking the other way to the Tiki Bar. The whole family loved it!

Home away from home
The property manager was always available to answer questions and was very helpful. The house was equipped with everything we needed for our family dinner we held to celebrate our wedding we had on the nearby beach, which was about a 100 ft walk from the house. The pictures were spot on and the home was a perfect location for beach access, bars and convenience stores. If we ever come back to Pleasure Island this will definitely be our first choice for our blended family to stay.

Great spot for a special occasion
We celebrated our 50th wedding anniverdsary with our 47 year old daughter, 43 year old daughter and son-in-law, and granddaughters aged 11, 9 and 9.
We could not have picked a nicer location - steps from the beach and about a mile from downtown.
We recommend this proiperty without hesitation.

First time in Carolina Beach
This was our first time staying in Carolina Beach and it did not disappoint. The beach was nice and between Wilmington, Fort Fisher and Southport, there was plenty of entertainment for everyone. The house was everything we expected and more. Lori was extremely quick to respond and offered lots of help when needed. She is the best owner that I have ever rented from! There was lots of room for everybody and the house was extremely comfortable. Beach access was very close and the chairs and cart provided made the trip very easy.
I would definitely recommend Casa Bella and Carolina Beach to any family looking for a vacation home.

Fantastic Family Vacation
This was our first time renting a summer home for a week. We couldn’t ask for a better experience. The house was beautiful, well furnished, well-equipped, clean, in a word, perfect. We had a slight hiccup in the beginning with the air conditioning. The only reason I mention this is because of how quickly Lori took care of the issue as soon as I called her. She and her maintenance person were prompt, professional and great to deal with. Thank you Lori for giving my family a wonderful beach vacation and making a lovely family memory.
