Our Non-Smoking condo is Gulf-front where the beach and ocean are only steps away. It is located on the second floor overlooking the pool. It is professionally decorated and nicely appointed and furnished. The condo has nine-foot ceilings and doors opening from both the living space and master bedroom onto the balcony. While sitting on the private 30 foot by 8 foot balcony, you will enjoy privacy and breathtaking views of the ocean,beach and surf.
The unit has high-speed, wireless internet, so be sure to bring your computer.
The large master bedroom has a king-size bed and a whirlpool tub in the private bath. The second bedroom has two Queen beds and the living area has a queen-size sleeper sofa. The condo will sleep eight. There are ample linens and closet space for everyone. The kitchen has lots of cabinets and is equipped with everything you will need to make you feel right at home.
There is an onsite office and since the Regency is only seven stories we enjoy great elevator service. Located on the ground floor is bike storage and carts for loading and unloading. There you will find storage for your water toys, chairs, etc. The trash shoot is located just a few steps from your front door. If you prefer visiting in the winter season, there is a social director providing lots of planned activities and socials while getting to know one another.
This property is an extension of our home in Atlanta and we welcome you as special guests that deserve personal attention. When you call or e-mail you will be communicating with us directly. This condo was great. It had everything we needed. I really liked that it is right next to the elevator and the trash chute. Fred was easy to work with and very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful condo that matches pictures. I was impressed and felt the condo was bigger than I had expected. The view of the beach is amazing and we really enjoyed ourselves.
The owner Fred sent an e-mail prior to check in with all the information we would need. Security on the grounds monitored the pool and parking lot area very closely. All guests need to wear a red band to get to the pool and beach. I really liked this as it prevented people on the beach from walking up and using the pool. The grounds are well maintained and staff friendly. We found the families staying around us friendly and many condo owners were out on the beach and would strike up conversation.
My only complaint, which I feel Fred handled well was that our sheets in the Master bedroom were not changed. They were visibly dirty. I think the cleaning crew ran out of time as they were still there when we went to check in. I’m sure it is a challenge to turn over condos quickly between guests, but the crew could have spent a little more time giving the place a deep clean. Fred did respond quickly when I let him know of this issue and sent over a new set of sheets and returned the cleaning fee. The sheets in the other bedroom were clean. While this was an inconvenience, we were able to wash the sheets and remake the bed quickly and really enjoyed our time in the condo. I would recommend this condo, the building and the area to anyone looking for a relaxing beach trip.

We have never stayed in this particular unit before but we will be back! It was in the perfect location: near elevators, pool and walkway. Condo was decorated nicely and we had plenty of space. My only con I would say, is there wasn’t a whole lot of Tupperware (not a terrible thing, but we cooked a lot and had nothing for left overs so if you plan on cooking, bring some or grab some ziplocks)

Fred’s condo was one of our favorite VRBO stays. Very nice and clean and comfortable. The deck was large and the outside seats were used the most during our stay, listening to the waves both day and night. I would recommend newer cushions just because being on that deck was the best part of the trip. One thing I would recommend is walking the pier at night and watching the locals fish for squid, fun to watch. Lots of great memories

The Navarre Beach Regency is a great place to stay. The condo has 9 floors with about 12 units on each floor. Each unit is one floor which makes it easier on my mom. We stayed on the on the 2nd floor in unit 210. Fred Delawalla was the owner. He is very professional and punctual with the booking. He is always available for you to get a hold of in case something is wrong or if you have an issue. By far, he is the best owner we have rented from!! I would encourage you to check out his condo. The place was Ocean Front. You can sit out on your balcony and watch the ocean and you can see the pool. The people that work in the office was very professional and helpful. We are going back next year and will continue to stay there each year we go on our girls trip!!!

When you walk in the door you see the beautiful gulf water in front of you. We used the large balcony a lot during our stay and saw dolphins more days than not. The condo is large, clean and comfortable. It is close to the pier and several restaurants. We will book again!

We had such a good time at the regency! Fred was always available to answer questions or provide feedback. We ended up needing to be switched to a different unit and everything went off without a hitch. Beautiful place and great beach location!

The condo was just as described. We couldn’t have picked a better place. Access to beach was great! Easy access to pool. Lots of restaurants nearby. And we walked up to see SweetPea at the Navarre Turtle conservatory.

We had a great stay! The condo was exactly what we needed! Everyone that works there was friendly! The grounds are well taken care of. The only downfall for us was that it is not a private beach so if you don’t pay to have chairs set up then you have to get up really early to get a decent spot! But overall a wonderful place to stay!

Wonderful condo in great location
The condo is very spacious and was fully stocked with essentials. We loved the large balcony overlooking the pool and beach. Even though the unit is right across from the elevator and trash chute, we didn’t hear any noise. It’s conveniently located near many restaurants and stores. Wifi worked great the entire week. Would love to stay here again if we return to Navarre Beach.

This is my first time in Navarre and this condo is great! Had everything you could need. Most other condos I have stayed in don't supply enough powder/pods to do laundry and run the dishwasher but this one was stocked. There was also foil/baggies/saran wrap in the drawer which was nice. Furniture is very nice and beds were super comfy. I would definitely stay here again.
