About this apartment rental

The Condo is located on the Gulf of Mexico, on Santa Rosa Island, in Navarre Beach, Florida. It is halfway between Pensacola and Destin. It is on the 3rd floor of "The Pearl of Navarre Beach" building.
There are gorgeous views of the gulf and beach right from the Condo, with beach access just steps away! Navarre Beach is rated among the top ten beaches in the U.S.

There are 2 beachfront Pools (one heated in off season), a Hot Tub, and a Fitness room that overlooks the beach with treadmill, bike, weights. There are also Outdoor Grills for your use.
Two Beach Chairs with 1 Umbrella are calling your name during the peak season from March 1st - October 31st.

The Master Suite has a King size bed and an oversized Jacuzzi tub comfortable for two. The Master also has 2 separate sinks/vanities.
The 2nd bedroom has 1 Queen size bed and1 Full size bed (NEW Queen Jan2024).
The Living room has a couch, loveseat, and recliner (NEW Jan2024).
The pocket door off the hallway can be closed for a private 2nd bedroom/bathroom suite.
There is a full size washer and dryer. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook.
The Outdoor Closet has various beach gear for you to borrow.

HOUSE RULES:
The Pearl is a Non Smoking building, including on the balcony. There is a designated smoking area on ground level. Also, for renter's the building has a No Pets policy..

The longest fishing Pier in the Gulf, is a short (There are other restaurants and grocery stores (within 2 miles) just over the bridge. You can also explore Pensacola Beach and Destin, which are about a 35 to 45 minute drive away.

The Condo is furnished to enjoy the magnificent views from inside as well as outside. There are reflections of the emerald water and white sands everywhere you look. Watch the colors as they can change from day to day.

There is a flat screen TV in the living room & TV's & DVD players in all bedrooms.
We have ceramic tile throughout with the exception of the 2nd bedroom.

We have tried to be as 'green' as possible and have installed a 'smart' thermostat, and a 'smart' hot water heater thermostat that shuts down while unoccupied.

Relax on your balcony enjoying dinner or a drink, sitting in your tall chairs & table for an unobstructed panoramic view of the ocean.
You will enjoy a relaxing beach vacation for two or for a whole family with beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Pearl! The beach setup was awesome and a great perk included in our stay. Rooms and beds were very comfortable and clean. Overall it was very accommodating.

The condo was perfect! The pics don't do it justice. We have stayed at a few different condos in Navarre, and Cherie's is by far the best. It had everything we needed and was super clean which doesn't happen very often anymore. She is awesome to communicate with and we will def be back next year.

The location was perfect for walking to some of our favorite spots on Navarre Beach. The condo is comfortable and quiet with an absolutely perfect view of the beach. Very relaxing. My only critique would be that the cleaning crew could pay extra attention to some details when cleaning after each rental. The kitchen floor and walls looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for a while. Ther than that the stay was fantastic.

The condo was nice and overall it was an enjoyable stay. The owner was very easy to communicate with and provided us with information prior to our arrival. The amenities were great. We went in October and a few of the days were pretty cold. It was great to have the option of a heated pool and hot tub. When we arrived there was a leak above the bar area. I contacted the host and she immediately called and explained that she thought it had been repaired and would contact the HOA. It wasn't a big issue as we put bowls under the leak and weren't really using the area. However, it was reported on Friday and nobody came until Wednesday to repair. Probably more of an issue with the HOA manager than the host.

The accommodations were great. The full wall of mirrors was startling at first, however, over time it became a part of the fun and colorful ambience of the condo. The ocean view from the balcony was magnificent! All in all it was a perfect location for a perfect vacation!

This unit is an excellent choice for a stress-less vacation. The unit has everything needed to enjoy your stay on Navarre Beach. The included beach service is a great value and makes enjoying the beach easy. The owner communicates very quickly in response to any questions, providing both responses and follow-up. The beach views are incredible and everything about this unit will leave you thinking about both extending your stay and re-booking soon. The complex is well-maintained and the grounds are beautiful. We can't wait to come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, unit was clean and very nicely decorated. The views of the ocean from our balcony was perfect. It has ceiling to floor windows in the living room and master bedroom. It had everything we needed including washer/dryer if needed. Owner was super nice and would would highly recommend staying here, I will be back!!

Overall, the experience was great. We have been coming to The Pearl since it opened in 1998-99. Location is awesome. Amenities are good. It is however starting to show its age a bit. This unit was very clean, but certainly can use some updates. It wouldn’t take much to make this unit AWESOME! I would stay here again, as I feel the pluses far outweigh the issues. It’s a new owner and I feel she will do what is right to make it happen!

The area was great and the manager was great to answer any questions I really appreciate the fact that she accepted my service animal the only thing I would be careful about is the tile floor is really slick and the tile on the balcony is very slick win-win, my friend actually fell in the livingroom other than that it was great would definitely stay again

This was my first trip to Florida, and the view was absolutely amazing!!!!! Beachfront with great open ocean view. Super easy access to local shops, restaurants, and multiple beach accesses nearby with great shelling opportunities. The third floor condo was very well-kept and clean. Check in and check out super easy with very clear instructions. The manager responded quickly. I would 100% recommend this to anyone and would 100% stay again in the future.

This condo unit was as advertised. Everything worked great. Kitchen was well stocked. (I have rented numerous condos on the beach and well stocked sometimes means 2 coffee mugs). This unit had everything you could possibly need. Furniture was comfortable. Master bath was awesome. Owner was a pleasure to work with.

This condo would be great for couples and families of all ages. We stayed here with our children (ages 11 & 9) and found that we had everything we needed. The private closet by the front door that was used for beach toys/gear was very handy! The balcony was a perfect place to enjoy the sunrise and catch up on reading. We brought our own laundry and dish soap, which is recommended. To utilize the beach chair/umbrella set-up that is provided with this room, you simply need to have a chat with the guy doing the set-up to let him know which room you are in. Set-up takes place early in the morning (before 6:00AM), so you may want to go out and claim your preferred chairs early. We preferred to spend time on the beach in the morning hours (7:00 - 10:00) before the other families started coming out closer to lunch time. There was quite a bit of seaweed in the water due to storms the week we were there, but we still had a great time! We would definitely stay here again.
