Most everything about the condo was great. However, it did need some detailed cleaning (floor tile and shower in the bathroom with the king bed, and the spiders and other bugs need to be cleaned on the balcony ceiling, floor and walls).

Great location, beautiful pool and everything you need for your Nashville trip.

Booked this property because it looked nice and it had a pool. I was traveling with my kids for a short 2-day trip and literally just needed any place with a pool. We were notified the first night of our stay that the pool would be closed from 11-8pm the following day for a resident event. Contacted the owner and owner responded that these events are out of their control. Did not receive an apology or even so much as an empathetic response. I suggest adding to the listing that the pool may not be available since the owner stated this does happen multiple times per summer.
Also, a previous review cited Bigfoot living in the unit directly above this unit. We concur. Not a huge issue except that we were awoken at 1-2am two out of the three nights of our stay. I’m not blaming the owner for this but sharing for other guests.
Overall, this place was close to great.
4.7
Close enough to walk to Broadway, but Uber for less than $10 as it’s a solid mile plus. Building very secure, including parking, and pool is close as its at complex next door. Building is newer, apartment is clean, but some construction details subpar such as bathroom caulking and trim painting. Carpet in primary needs to be replaced and heavier blankets on bed would be a plus. I would consider this apartment again next visit to Nashville.
4.7
Totally a better option than a downtown hotel. Excellent location, easy parking, walking distance to downtown, very well stocked!
4.7
Only complaint was the non-smoking policy everywhere. On vacation we like to smoke a few cigars,so We went to the pool, outside, only one other person there and she said she didn’t mind. The property manager got very ignorant with us and told us to put them out. Other than that great secure location..
4.7
Your close enough to the party that is (Broadway) but at the same time this neighborhood is quiet which is great at night.
4.7
Place was very nice! The whole building was neat and clean and unit was just as expected. We had plenty of room and felt very safe in the area. Broadway was a little further out than what I thought but it was just a short Uber ride. You could definitely walk if you wanted but it was very hot so we got an Uber to and from. I would definitely stay there again.
4.7
First, let me start by saying Nashville is changed immensely in the last 5 years. This location takes all the hassle out. Broadway st. Is .8 miles. Waking up to the view of the river was a nice bonus.
The condo is well equipped, clean, and comfortable, and have all the amenities you will need on your stay.
Would definitely stay here again the next time we go to Nashville.
4.7
Well decorated internally. Could do with a little work on the outside. Located on a busy highway that shook the house when trucks passed. Front bed not so comfortable and squeaky. Not that impressed overall.
4.7
Great property to celebrate our daughter’s wedding at The Cordelle. We stayed close to a week. Used the rooftop terrace for several small gatherings, walked to Broadway, The Listening Room and Pancake Pantry. Plenty of room and great to have two parking spaces with excellent building security.
4.7
Overall, great location, close to Broadway, but not directly on Broadway. Easy walk through neighborhoods to get to Broadway. Felt very safe walking back and forth. The information in the condo provided by Kurt was absolutely helpful. Very clean condo, had all appliances on hand, great working condition. Went to Pinewood social, around corner, great brunch. The Diner and Etch delicious meals... Hattie B a staple, go hungry, long lines to order Tennessee Hot chicken.
Fun long weekend getawawy, rooftop deck absolutely fun hangout! The pool was refreshing, the gym was really nice too... Great location , great host, close to everything. Would definitely be back...
4.7
We loved our condo. Great location in the SoBro neighborhood. Lots of light, river view, walking distance to great restaurants including the Pinewood Social. Would definitely stay again.
4.7
Fantastic 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condo conveniently located. Within minutes to Broadway and the downtown scene. A large warm and comfy place with everything you need. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
4.7
We liked staying here. It was comfortable and convenient.
Walking distance to many attractions, museums, restaurants, and music venues.
4.7
We thoroughly enjoyed this property. It was exactly as described and a short walk to the action. Slightly longer walk coming home at night but that was on us. Comfortable beds and everything we needed for a four night stay. Would definitely recommend.
4.7
Was so nice in this location with wonderful views, rooftop Sunsets, ground patios & beautiful kitchen for so not eating out every meal. Unfortunately
we could hear the upstairs folks walking around all hours of the night & scrap yard across the river a tad noisy but not the fault of the owner. Enjoyed our stay and with multiple coded entrys we felt very safe at night. Thanks for the wonderful amenities & great condo, will definitely stay again when in town!
4.7
Me and my 3 girlfriends visited Nashville in March and this condo was fantastic for our needs!! The place was clean, quiet and conveniently located. It had all the things we needed to make breakfast, have drinks and relax when needed. Would highly recommend!!
4.7
First time in Nashville to watch hockey game. Had a great time while visiting! Definitely walkable to downtown and Bridgestone Arena. Made breakfast while we were there and had all the pans and utensils we needed. If ever in Nashville again would definitely try to book this place again.
4.7
Two couples enjoyed a weekend trip to Nashville. Apartment was in a nice area with convenient walk to Broadway.
4.7
2 couples, friends for 30 years…enjoyed Nashville to the fullest!
4.7
The condo was very nice. There was some heavy footed people above that made for a slight nuisance and a neighbor dog that barked on occasion, but overall a very nice stay.
4.7
Great view of the river and bridge. A train goes by occasionally. Furniture was comfortable. Uber rides to down town were easy and cheap.
4.7
Fantastic apartment in a great location. Will definitely book again when we come to Nashville.
It was very easy to communicate with the host.
4.7
The beautiful condo is perfectly located in an easy half mile to Broadway (aka Music Row). The unit is very well appointed and equipped. A great gym within the building a big bonus.
4.7
Love the location and the view! Owner was very quick to respond when needed. Will be recommending to others!
4.7
Housekeeping did not do a good job. The main bathroom toilet was disgusting. The shower walls had black spots on them. There is a big cobweb on the light above the table.
Heat was 61-63 degrees while we were there. Might want to check the unit.
May want to consider curtains that actually cover the windows rather than just look pretty. I know you don't get that cold that often but still needed. Also the homeless camp across the street made me want to cover the windows at night for security.
4.7
Great neighborhood, 10 minutes from downtown.. Nice view of the river. Would stay there again.
4.7
My husband & I took my mother-in-law on her bucket list visit to Nashville. We were very pleased with the condo, building facilities & overall ambiance of the building, the view from the condo, the proximity to downtown Nashville, and the restaurants etc. in the area. We would definitely book again.
4.7
The apartment views are not of downtown, just fyi. But since downtown was realllly noisy, it was nice to be away from it. We did walk to town and Uber back to the apartment (since going back to the apartment was uphill). Nice and clean. View of River and bridge. Residential neighborhood.
4.7
Very happy with this nice apartment. Clean, quiet, a short 15-minute walk to downtown, great views, and a fantastic restaurant (Pinewood Social) very close, where we had 2 delightful breakfasts. Perfect amount of space for 3-4 people.
4.7
Great place within walking distance to downtown Nashville but a hike back up hill was difficult. We took Uber when going back to the condo. Place was beautiful and what a great view!
4.7
Our family of four spent 3 nights at this condo. The neighborhood felt very safe and we walked to Broadway street each day and Ubered home at night only because it was late and dark. The condo was spacious and clean and very comfortable. We didn’t encounter any issues and we would definitely stay again if we return to the area.
4.7
Overall the property is nice but the shower in the bathroom by the king bed is disgusting. There is black mold on the bottom of the shower door and also several other places.
We had a communication issue with the owner. We returned to find the door to the unit open. When I called to report it the representative said I was sent an email to let me know they would be painting and the door had to be open for 3 to 4 hours! I told him I never received the email. He said he send it and apologized but the situation was out of his control. Later he sent an email that in fact I had not been notified.
We left valuables with no clue that the door would be open. Not too happy about it. Fortunately nothing was taken but still felt vulnerable.
4.7
Love the location of the property. Note freeway and train noise if that bothers you. My biggest issue was the bed sheets were dirty even though the cleaning person stated to mgmt company they personally changed them. In addition there were dirty utensil in the silverware draw; spatulas still had egg on them.
We did love the location. Just check items when you arrive
Property needs maintenance and a good cleaning

Place was great! Location was perfect and walking distance to Broadway. Would stay again!

We stayed for a girls weekend in Nashville and this was a perfect spot. Just outside of the noisy area but close enough to Uber very easily everywhere. Recommend staying here!
