About this apartment rental
Offering everything you need for a luxurious beach vacation, this 3-bedroom condo is located in the well-maintained, gated, beachfront Sea Vista condo complex. Conveniently located next to the Beach Park at Isla Blanca (formerly Schlitterbahn Water Park). If your timing is right, you can view a SpaceX launch from the main balcony. The entire condo has been recently updated and is professionally decorated in soothing neutral tones. The Sea Vista complex offers two swimming pools and hot tubs, two tennis courts, secure, on-site parking and direct, private access to the beach, just steps from your door. Our condo is located on the 4th floor, with inside elevator access and provides lots of privacy and quiet---beyond you there is nothing but dunes, beach and sea. The spacious living/dining area has floor-to-ceiling views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as access to the main balcony. This is where you'll want to be, sipping your favorite beverage, enjoying the soft ocean breezes and watching the ships come and go or the occasional pod of bottle-nose dolphins play in the surf. The master en-suite with floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows has a king size plush mattress, small sitting area, a flat screen TV and attached master bath. The master bath has a tiled walk-in shower with a 'rain' shower head and granite vanity top. A second mini-master bedroom with floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows and a sliding glass door out to a small balcony overlooking the pool, hot tub and tennis court has a plush queen size mattress, small sitting area, flat screen TV and a Keurig coffee maker. The third bedroom has two plush full size beds with access to the same balcony overlooking the pool. There is also a sitting area, flat screen TV, desk and a Keurig coffee maker. These two guest bedroom share the guest bathroom which has a tub/shower combination and granite vanity top. all three bedrooms have their own built in closets. All bedrooms and bathrooms are outfitted with luxury linens and towels. We also provide a Pack-N-Play with mattress pads and sheets for your little one. Paper products and soaps are provided to get you started for your arrival, even shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen is designed especially as a "cook's kitchen" with granite counter tops, a breakfast bar with additional seating for 4, new stainless steel appliances, including a convection range, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with ice maker. It is stocked with high quality dishes and glassware, as well as many small appliances, including a gourmet coffee maker and a bean grinder. There is a good supply of herbs and spices to enhance your cooking pleasure. Paper towels and trash bags to get you started are supplied for your arrival and there are some cleaning supplies. To increase your vacation enjoyment, there are 4 flat-screen TVs. The large wall-mount smart TV is in the living area and there is a flat screen TV in each bedroom. Time-Warner cable and WiFi is provided. The condo is fully air-conditioned and has four ceiling fans throughout. A full-size washer and dryer are also conveniently located right inside the condo. Washing liquids are provided. For your your beach time pleasure we provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels and boogie boards. As a visitor to Sea Vista, you may purchase discounted Beach Park at Isla Blanca (formerly Schlitterbahn Water Park) tickets available only through the Sea Vista office during the summer. There are many good restaurants and bars located nearby, within walking distance. The dolphin watchboat rides leave from the nearby pier on the west side of Padre Boulevard, near the entrance to the county park.

This unit is located in sea vista which is a great location. It is the last condo on the beach so not crowded. It is gated and well secured. We have stayed in this condo 3 times though it was our first time in this unit and it didn’t disappoint! I love that we don’t have to bring boogie boards, beach chairs,sand toys, or beach towels as they are all provided. The bathrooms are well stocked with plenty of shampoo/conditioner/body wash. The kitchen has everything you need. All of this makes packing and leaving home a breeze. The beds are very comfortable and there is a tv in each of the bedrooms. The beach is very close and easy to access. The condo has a place to wash off the sand and two pools. The washer and dryer are excellent. I was impressed there was even a first aid kit in the closet. They have thought of everything. Come get pampered.

This is a great place to stay right off the beach. Overall the condo is clean, nice, and comfortable. We love being able to walk right down to the beach. This is the second time renting a condo from this host, and will continue to do so. We look forward to many more SPI vacations

Everything listed about this home is what was expected. Pretty good location and short walking distance to the beach. Building was fairly quiet during our stay and building was pretty clean. Guest sometimes had a little trouble getting the entry door lock to open on the first try using the keypad, however overall experience was great.

Property was clean and just as described. It has all the essentials you need, and the beach access was fantastic. Even the beds were comfortable! Communication with the owner was quick and easy.

My family and I had a great time at this condo. The location is good with easy beach access. Fast internet and the condo was clean with plenty of room. I would rent again.
A few things to consider, parking can be an issue even with the private parking area. The dishes were not as clean as we would have liked.

Really enjoyed the stay at the unit. Very clean and really comfortable master bed. Kitchen is well stocked and modern. The views from the balcony are amazing. We had an amazing trip.

Quiet location
This condo is on the southern most part of the island. Beach access was super convenient. The beach was not crowded at all, super family friendly, and quiet. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The living space was small but it worked for our needs. Lovely condo, we would stay again.

We traveled from Austin, Texas to spend few days in the South Padre beach. Here's the review about this property:
1. Very Clean and upscale property
2. Can see the beach from the balcony - big plus, even hear the roaring of the sea at night.
3. Lots of light - not dark and gloomy
4. Next to the private beach - this is a huge plus. Get down from the elevator. Walk 1min, you are on the beach. And this part of the beach is much less crowded.
5. Everything pretty much stocked in the kitchen - we carried lots of food and cooking items with us. So we didn't need anything (except few tea bags and keruig coffee cups). Cooking-ware, cups.bowls, plates, utensils etc - everything there.
5. Gated property - so less traffic and safe. I usually don't like alcohol drinking beach crowd who makes the beach noisy and nasty. However, most the folks in this property and in the private beach area were family guys.
6. First I thought I was spending a little more than the budget (including the insurance $200 I bought in case anyone in our team gets Covid before the trip and we postpone/cancel the trip) - however it's worth the money and 6+ hrs drive from Austin. You will like this place.
7. This place has a personal touch of the owners - my wife noticed that the owners are ornithophiles (bird lovers).
8. We ate (take outs) Fish and chips at Seaside bar and grille - also had dinner at Painted Marlin (highly recommend) after sunset. These places are pretty close just few mins drive.
9. The Original Dolphin watch is also 3-4mins drive, you can even walk there.
We plan to visit again in Fall or Winter. Thanks to Mark and Becky for providing clean place and good service. I highly recommend to stay at this place with family.

Great place!
This place was absolutely awesome! It had everything that was needed, from paper towels to shampoo. We were there for a wedding, so we used the iron, and having a washer/dryer was super helpful. The view of the ocean was stunning. The only downside was that the AC wasn’t very cold, despite lowering the thermostat.

Our stay was a little rocky due to the elevator being down on a holiday weekend, I have medical issues limiting mobility, young kids and staying on the 4th floor. HOWEVER, when I spoke with the condo owner she did everything she could to get the problem resolved and informed me accordingly. We understand things happen and on a holiday weekend we were not hopeful it would be fixed before the end of our stay. The owner of the condo was not at fault or responsible but she kindly provided some compensation for our troubles and was genuinely compassionate.
The condo has AMAZING multiple views including the gulf, the pool and my kids favorite view of Space X and the Waterpark! The area is calm, quiet and very family friendly! I really liked the extra security of a gated rental that required passcodes for access from all entry points!! The location was perfect for us as it was close to everything but not right in the middle of all the late night festivities which was perfect for us.
Becky & Mark has thought of everything you may need to make your stay comfortable and so you need NOT pack all the extras like toiletries, basic cooking needs like seasonings etc., beach toys, towels, chairs and umbrellas are all in the condo ready to use! Fully functional kitchen and the freezer's icemaker was greatly appreciated! There is a kurig, k cups, creamer and sweetener in every room which is great for a coffee hound like me! I also loved that there was a vacuum because as much as I love getting my toes in that beautiful soft sand, I prefer to leave it at the beach! So, it was nice to be able to clean up the floors so the inevitable invisible grains were not tracked into the beds with us. It was also great to have washer pods so we could wash the condo's beach towels as I would not have been able to forgive myself if they got "funky" and added bonus was being able to wash our weekend clothes before going home to reduce the dreaded post-beach-vacation chore list when we got home.
It was a great getaway and I will definitely stay again!! I have already recommended this rental to inquiring friends & family ❤!

All of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well stocked condo. We loved sitting on the balcony with family watching the ocean and listening to the waves while feeling the ocean breeze. This was by far the best stocked Vrbo we’ve ever stayed in. Only 3 recommendations I would suggest: 1. Replace the broken coffee pot (it came on but would not brew). 2. Replace the Teflon pans that are scratched up; 3. The rug in the living room needs to be fixed on the corners so no one trips and falls. This is a big safety hazard as all of us tripped on the corners but thankfully we didn’t fall.

Best Condo Ever
This condo was amazing! It has everything you need and has an awesome view of the beach and the beach access was so convenient! We absolutely loved it and definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet, relaxing stay!
