See my comments submitted at check out. The water heater was not set to make hot water, the chimnea is a fire hazard, no batteries in master bedroom tv remote, Cox did not restore internet although it had a repair crew in the neighborhood.

The house is huge with plenty of beds for everyone. The patio is perfect for sunrise coffee; listening to the wildlife. TV is VERY limited. Also, bring your own firewood and anything else you need because it's a 20 minute, windy road out to the closest shopping.

The property was great for our family. It was clean and everything we needed was there. We would of liked more towels in restrooms, but everything else was good!

We had a nice stay! Gray communication. Easy check in and out! Home was dated in that none of the bedroom tvs had satellite or cable so they were useless to us. We never could get the Wi-Fi to work. Home was clean and a cool location and it was large. No major issues, we just felt there could be updates to make it more “with the times.” It took us 30 min to figure out how to work the tvs bc there were so many remotes. Beds were comfy, AC worked well and we felt safe. All in all good stay.

Very nice house. Would've been nice to have lake access in a little more lake view… But it was as advertised. Thank you!

Attention to details
This is a lovely house, however it needs some TLC. The yard and landscapes, walking paths need eradicated of extra foliage. We never walked around the house due to vegetation in the walking paths which need to be sprayed to kill the weeds, etc.
The gutters are FULL, they need to be cleaned out and the general appearance of the back yard is unkept.
The kitchen is in need of some more utensils/cookie sheet/baking pans. The microwave in the kitchen needs work on the screen backlight (you can't see it).
There was not a hairdryer in the house in any of the 3 bathrooms and asking for one turned out to be a big deal, since the property managers are not nearby to this property. I am a host of a rental property and although the property managers stated this was an amenity that was not listed for the price of the property and size of the house this should be a no brainer to ensure a hairdryer is on property (a pretty basic ask). I usually rent from property owners and now will make sure the properties are managed by owners not 3rd parties from here forward.

Beaver Lake
We needed a place for a small group to fish a Bass Cat Owners Invitational on Beaver Lake. Other then being a little difficult to pull into and park the boats, this property more then sufficed for our needs. Clean, furnished and lots of room. If all that had planned to come had been able, we would have still had more then enough room for all. Nice clean well maintained house where we rested and sleep very comfortably.

Beaver Shores
This is our second time staying at this property. We like it because it’s so close to the lake and there is room to park our boat. The house is spacious and can fit several people. There are several places to “hang out” as well. It’s nice to relax and enjoy a long weekend away! We will be back!!

Loved the screened deck. Plenty of space.
Loved screened deck. Needed a place to hang towels, more forks, and better lighting in the master. The master sink was missing a sink stopper. Enjoyed our stay, plenty of room for 8 adults

Beautiful home. Needs some care .
2 issues which we faced. The deck is wonderful, but on arrival needed cleaned before it could be used. This was not an overnight build up. No way! We were told someone could come in a few hours to blow it off, but we had plans to relax on the deck and grill before the next rain, so swept it off ourselves. Small thing to others, but a big disappointment for me. I felt we had paid enough for a place to come and relax. We are seniors. I pay to have my yard work done at home. I certainly was not expecting to work until I was hot, sweaty and in pain after paying for a long awaited vacation. The Samsung refrigerator made a musical noise off and on for the first day and night. Then we got the ok to use the owners fridge and turn that one off. Problem solved for us. The TV reception was inconsistent. Little things like shower door handle off, faucets full of gunk, lots of lightbulbs burnt out and general lack of outdoor maintenance did not bother us too much, but are signs of a beautiful home (which inside was immaculately clean) on a lovely property that needs some TLC. We knew from previous reviews that there is no view of the lake, but so others who might want to be aware, there are only glimpses through the trees of the lake. We did enjoy our time there and the screened in porch was wonderful.

Guys weekend
The house is gorgeous and plenty spacious on the inside. Six full grown men and we never felt crowded or like we were all over each other. The spacious deck out back offers great entertainment capabilities. Only wish we could have swam off of the deck on the property.

Great Place and Excellent Property Management Team!
Very nice property and home. The cable issue (not homeowners fault) was quickly addressed. Only thing I would recommend for future renters is to bring bathroom essentials and extra blankets if you need anything more than sheets and a comforter.

Lake Front Property
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the house. Loved the big deck and looking for the deer. Plenty of room for our family. Interior of house was perfect, just as we would have expected and was depicted.
Deck, patio tables, and gutters needed to be cleaned. Faucets in master bath need to have aeration screens cleaned or replaced. More towels were expected, one per person seemed skimpy. Baths need towel bars.

Solitude and Relaxation
Beautiful location away from all commotion surrounded by woods perched up high with a 2 level deck and outdoor firepit. Fresh lake breezes wash over you all day. Some screen door maintenance updating is needed to better enjoy the terrific cross breezes while keeping those pesky mosquitos at bay. Tons of sleeping space. Very clean and neat as a pin. Recommend.

Lovely large home, a bit isolated
We were glad to find a large home the week of 4th of July in May. The house is about 30 minutes outside of Rogers, Arkansas. The house has been nicely remodeled.
The kitchen was spacious and we enjoyed some wonderful meals. It was too hot to be on the patios, which would be lovely in Spring and Fall. (The sliding doors are a bit tricky to open. ) The downstairs had a very big family room, nice for games and conversation. We appreciated the layout and 3 queen beds and 1 king along with 2 twins.
You can drive about 20 minutes to a marina or swimming area. It is very hilly and you have to have a good gps.
We did not like the cheap towels and pillows and the sheets. That was too bad.. a nice bed is really appreciated.
Trouble with a door to the garage was fixed in a few days, along with a few other things. There are no towel racks or hooks for towels, robe or clothes. Not sure why. So we had to wash towels often. There weren't very many there, and they didn't dry.
All in all it was fine and we had a nice family time. Spacious and quiet. But we might look for something on the water for this price next time. and Bring your pillows!

The property looked exactly like the photos
The house was spacious and nicely decorated. All of the appliances worked well and the house was well maintained. We spent most of our time on the screened in porch off the back. It had a ceiling van and a great view. A word of caution however, the grill is on its last legs.
It had a garage large enough to store bikes and kayaks and cars. We only stored bikes in the garage and the driveway was large enough to hold our kayak trailer and 3 vehicles.
The house is great for families and/or groups. There is a large room upstairs and another one downstairs that gives people plenty of room to have their own space if needed.
I would definitely rent this house again!

We loved the house! The weather was perfect for enjoying the screened in patio.
Great experience, we will definitely be back. The only thing I would change is to add blindes in the shower downstairs. 😂

40th Reunion
Wonderful home in a quiet community. Amble parking in the driveway. We enjoyed eating our meals in the large screened porch with beautiful views of the wooded property. Perfect for a group of ten adults as in addition to the large kitchen/great room where the group could gather, there are numerous locations for small conversations.

Nice But Misleading
This home is nicely built, in a good location to town and was relatively clean. Those are the pros. Unfortunately, there were some cons that should really be addressed by the home owners and/or management team.
1. The house is named 'Lakefront Home'. However, you can not see the water from the home when there are leaves on the trees, and you do not have access to the water, as a sign on the property clearly states you are not welcome on the docks. We were extremely disappointed to not be 'Lakefront', as we were lead to believe. I live in a landlocked city and I LOVE water. We chose Beaver Lake because we have been there before and we love the lake. Please, call it what it is (near the water) and let guests know in advance that they really are not going to be staying 'Lakefront' and will not have access to the water.
2. The supplies in the house were very limited. We had the necessary items, like clean sheets, towels, garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towels, but not much else. The spices and condiments were lacking. When traveling and staying in a house, you expect to buy your own groceries. However, you should not have to buy things like cooking oil, sugar, salt/pepper, etc. When staying for just 4 days, buying those kinds of things are a waste of money and extremely inconvenient.
3. The kitchen towels/dishcloths, as well as the bathroom towels from the downstairs bathroom smelled extremely sour and had to be washed on the sanitary cycle before we could use them. I would recommend to anyone renting out their home that all towels and sheets be washed on the sanitary cycle before guests arrive.
I still love Rogers and Beaver Lake, but I will not stay in this house again and I will certainly ask for clarification before renting a property called 'Lakefront Home'.
