This house was amazing! We had plenty of rooms with very nice mattresses, beds, and a very nice shower. We were here with family celebrating Birthday! , and it was very nice! The place is beautiful, surrounded by nature, forest, and a lake. It’s very quiet. We highly recommend this house for those who enjoy being in nature and a peaceful place.

Nice cabin. Pretty well set up.

We had the absolute best time! The location was probably my favorite thing. Right on the lake, very relaxing. Perfect accommodations for a larger group!

The cabin was wonderful! Beautiful setting, private, spacious. Only concern would be that the driveway has a steep incline made of gravel. Next time I will definitely bring my truck cause our equinox had to reattempt going up a couple times.

Could us more dishes but we survived, there is about 2 miles of dirt roads getting there but not to rough the driveway to the house is NOT motorcycle friendly but there is parking on the road. We would stay again it was just a little inconvenient parking up the hill on the road. It rained about 3 inches while we were there and the roads did not wash out so they are well maintained.

We had a weekend getaway with our mother and family for her birthday. This was perfect. There was plenty of space for each couple and all of our children. The bunk room had a set of bunk beds and two larger beds, (probably full), that was more than enough space for the kids. The cabin was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals and clean up. If you will be using the dishwasher or doing laundry of your own, I do suggest bringing detergent as they only have the economical brands on hand. My family gets way too dirty playing for that stuff. Lol But they had plenty of what you need. We did have to purchase trash bags, but I have a feeling they had just happened to run out, because EVERYTHING else was provided. There are plenty or towels and extra bedding. The home is decorated so nicely with plenty of space left to meander around. The deck is WONDERFUL. And there was plenty of propane provided to grill out. Master bathroom has a huge two person shower that we really enjoyed. A variety of games, movies, and even some fun art supplies for the kids were provided. I loved this property and will definitely return!

The cabin was great! Clean, beautiful views and very spacious. The only drawback (if any) would be that it's pretty far from everything. Once you're off the main road you go a few miles until you get to a dirt road, then it's another two miles to the cabin. Overall if you're not concerned about the drive to town this is a great place to stay!

We needed a place to meet up with other family members, from out of state, for a Thanksgiving adventure…which this property provided. The property is on a twisty gravel road but the directions provided and GPS took us there directly…the driveway is steep and 2 wheel drive vehicles can have issues, but there is plenty of parking just off the road at the top of the driveway. This lake house easily accommodated six adults with a bunk room left over. A large open space with a fireplace and multiple seating areas allowed for being together or nestled alone. The kitchen handled cooking an entire Thanksgiving meal with multiple cooks using the space…the dinner table was more than large enough to handle big gatherings. While cell phones don’t get good signal, the dish WIFI does provide communication access with a few changes to your cell phone and plenty of content for those down times. Plenty of games, books and DVDs provided. The outdoor spaces included 2 covered decks, one screened in and another outdoor deck uncovered…all of which provided outdoor shelter from rain and fantastic Star gazing opportunities. The property is on a steep slope down to the lake, so care should be taken by those less able, but we were able to walk kayaks down without any issues. While the dock isn’t available to rentals (Corps of Engineers rules) there was plenty of room to launch and land our kayaks. Eureka Springs is nearby with great food, interesting shops, historic charm and plenty of hiking trails in the area. Would be a great place during the Summer and works very well in the Winter.

We had the worst time checking in. This wasn't during a holiday. It was a regular summer weekend. We traveled out of state a long distance to get here. Two hours before our arrival/check in time, we were told via text that the house needed cleaned, and we needed to wait an additional hour before checking in. We were able to communicate with family traveling out of state to before they lost reception and told them the news. Thus they waited an hour. We then got another text from the management company stating cleaning crew was late, and we needed to wait additional two hours. Our family we were meeting had already lost reception, so they went to the house and waited outside while cleaning crew worked. We contacted management company expressing our frustrations, and they offered us $10 off our stay. We had been traveling from out of state, with young children, bought groceries that needed refrigeration at this point, and were now toldagain we needed to kill some time before we could check in. We were very upset, and decided to go to the house in case our family arrived and were confused. So glad we did. The cleaning crew let us place our groceries in the refrigerator, and we stayed outside while they cleaned. We had put our boat in the water at a ramp right before that point, and my husband met me down at the dock with it, only to find that the dock slip was being used. The side we were never supposed to access was empty, and the side we had access to had two boats in it. We had to call the management company again, because we had no where to park our boat (which is why we rented this house in the first place). We were so frustrated at this point. We talked to them several times before the issue got straightened out. So long story short, our check in was the worst ever. Traveled long distance with kiddos, ready to make dinner and get settled in, only to be told we needed to kill time with no real apology. Then to try to dock our boat, having to talk to the manager several times to get it figured out, and then finally being able to access the house hours after our original check in time. It ruined our afternoon/evening that we paid quite a bit for. I don't ever leave reviews, but this put such a damper on our trip. They offered a late check out after all of this, which we expressed wasn't helpful because we were all traveling out of state.

The property was beautiful and filled our needs perfectly.

This cabin was secluded, right on the water (and just as described on a private cove, hardly any boaters just calm waters), in the woods. It was just what we were looking for! We had everything we needed to stay comfortably, it was a picturesque location, and was within driving distance to the hiking and waterfall destinations we had planned. Eureka Springs is only 15-20 minutes away if you need to grab groceries or other necessities.
They had games and DVDs to choose from for entertainment inside, but there is plenty of area outside to play and I promise you'll want to be outside soaking in the view!
We loved it so much, we actually called and requested another night's stay and were quickly and easily accommodated. I would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone wanting an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Nice and quiet. Very spacious. Great for a family get away. Close to Eureka Springs.

The Cabin was great and had all the amenities you could ask for. Property manager was easy to get in touch with. Perfect secluded spot and short drive to Eureka Springs.

Check in was flawless, great communication just way over priced for the bed quality of almost all beds (they need new mattresses and box springs Very uncomfortable and worn) better linens . And the place treaty needs a deep clean. There was even food crumbs plentiful in the couch. The cob webs were all over and so we’re old bugs. I’m generally not a negative Nelly and we were determined not to let it ruin our week but we travel allot and are frequents to Beaver and for that price point we were really disappointed . The place has great bones is in a lovely location but place a little return investment in the place show it some love. Do a really deep clean keep it that way, invest in quality beds and at least model of the road linens. Get some new pit group or couch and few chairs and update a bit. Or cut the price in half or lower!
Always want to encourage and lift up but we were bummed.
Loved the water pressure and shower!
