Welcome to Bear It All! This wonderfully constructed cabin, located in a retirement community in the majestic mountains of beautiful Blairsville Georgia, offers everything you would want in a peaceful and exciting getaway! As you may have already figured out, the motif for Bear It All is, well, bears! We are available for rental as a 2 bedroom 2 bath or a 3 bedroom 3 bath cabin (either option affords you this wonderful cabin all to yourself) so call us Today! Please read the, below, notes in there entirety.
All rates quoted pertain to the 2 bedroom 2 bath cabin option. The 3 bedroom 3 bath option where we give you access to the 3rd bedroom and bath in the finished basement is $200 per night ($150 cleaning fee applies). Pets are not allowed. All rates are subject to change and unless noted are for non-holiday/Octoberfest time periods.
When you walk up onto the wraparound covered porch, you are greeted by four of the most comfortable rocking chairs ever made (we have 6 rockers on two levels), offering wonderful opportunities for sharing coffee and sunrises or drinks and sunsets! Will you head to the enormous screened porch with bar and oversized Jacuzzi hot tub or decide to come inside and see what else Bear It All has to offer? The choice is yours, but for now, let us head inside the cabin.
Upon entering the spacious cabin, you will find yourself in one of the coziest vaulted family rooms ever constructed. Beautiful new embroidered fabric sofas and loveseats will provide hours of cuddling in front of one of the six television sets or the romantic gas log fireplace. Keep going and you will arrive in the fully-furnished kitchen and inviting dining room where you can cook up a storm or enjoy snacks and ice cold beverages. All necessary appliances are provided for your convenience. Please note, per guest comments, that additional place settings have been purchased and there should be at least 8-10 settings available.
You may now proceed to the main floor bath or the spacious second bedroom. The bedroom features ample closet space, wonderful views, a large dresser, alarm clock with usb and 2 outlet chargers and a brand new smart 40-inch Smart TV with dish connection.
All wood stairs lead you up to the 'Reading Room' loft where you can relax in a cozy loveseat or pappason and read your favorite novel or pick out one of our mountain offerings from the Canoe Library.
Once you have finished your book, you will want to retire to the vaulted master bedroom where you can freshen up for dinner in your private bathroom or kick back, relax, and watch a show on your 40-inch Smart television. Step outside through french doors onto your private, covered, second-floor balcony and sit in one of the two Amish rocking chairs with separate foot rockers and take in a gorgeous mountain sunset. After your sunset, you may want to change into a bathing suit and head outside to the enormous screened porch bar area, but do not forget your favorite beverage! The master bedroom also has an alarm clock with usb and 2 outlet chargers.
Out back, you will find a fantastic deck with a wonderful, four-burner, gas grill that cooks steaks to perfection! Head on into the enormous screened porch and park it at the corner cafe breakfast nook, or recline in the two padded lounge chairs. Park it at the gorgeous hand-carved bar and watch the game on the brand new 50 inch flat screen or just throw on the bathing suits and enjoy some quiet leisure time in the seven-person, top-of-the-line, Jacuzzi Hot Tub.
(Note: This cabin is located in a retirement community. As such, there are ordinances about noise levels. If you are planning to be loud and boisterous, this cabin is not for you, but if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway, then we welcome you.)
After drying off, head down to the finished basement for a game of Ping-Pong on your new table, grab a seat on one of the four stools by the new bar or poker table and take in a movie or some sports on the new basement television set. A wonderful sofa provides you a great first-hand look at the ping pong action taking place in front of you. If you have chosen the 3BR 3BA option, then unlock the 3rd owner's suite (separate key code will be given) and enjoy your spacious newly completed private basement oasis with satellite tv. Or, if you are feeling outdoorsy, choose to take a refreshing walk down the gravel road. Either way, you are sure to enjoy yourself here at Bear It All!
Bear It All is completely furnished to suit your every need. All of the walls are 100% white pine with NO DRYWALL giving it a unique true mountain feel! All of the floors are 100% yellow pine. There is more than adequate closet space and dressers for clothing. With six televisions, all with Dish Network satellite TV, you will not be far from your favorite shows or sporting events. If it is raining, better yet! You'll love the sound of the rain pitter pattering on your Tin Roof (well, it's really steel), especially while you lounge in the Hot Tub!
Need to catch up on some emails or work that requires internet access? No Problem! We have high speed wireless internet access!
Note: With the 3 bedroom 3 bath option this cabin can comfortably sleep 6 adults. We do have 2 queen sized blow-up mattresses that can accommodate 4 more teens/children or adults, if absolutely necessary, but we can not guarantee that they will stay inflated. We always recommend bringing your own blow-up mattresses or sleeping bags. The multiple sofa and love seats are large enough for children to sleep on, as well, but are not pull-outs.

Loved the location and privacy. The outside area was the best! So much wildlife on the ride up to the cabin. Would recommend this cabin.

The house was beautiful and relaxing. Even though it was the middle of summer, we had evening temps in the low 70s with a relaxing breeze.

We had a wonderful time at Bear-It-All cabin. The location was secluded but easy to find, and the porch and interior were nice and cozy. We loved being able to comfortably choose to sit inside OR outside for our meals. The kitchen was well stocked in cooking utensils, and the seating and beds were comfortable. Despite not really being early risers, saw a lot of wildlife, including big fluffy rabbits, a myriad of songbirds, and even a young black bear!
The rules of the cabin were easy to follow, and clean up was a breeze. The porch is showing some age and we were careful where we stepped on the side, but you can see where the owners are keeping up with repairs. The cabin is well loved, and I can see why!
The owners are communicative, and they're open with their contact information. If we had had an urgent issue, I have no doubt a phonecall would have been promptly answered, but texting was all we needed.
Our only minor struggle was needing batteries in the house thermostat (easily handled since that's usually a travel-staple) and then how much chlorine was in the Jacuzzi -we are a family of some weak constitution among us, so we couldn't use it at first without breathing issues for one of us and rashes on the others, but letting it run for a bit and then trying again the next day solved that issue completely. :) It was quite comfortable after a long hike in the Chatahoochie National Forest! And hey, at least we all know it's good and clean. ;) Thanks for a great stay!

This is our 3rd time going to Bear It All and we love it! The cabin is quiet and secluded and absolutely beautiful, inside and out. There are too many things to list to do away from the cabin, but our favorite time was dusk. We would go relax in the hot tub and just watch the fireflies come out.
We can’t wait to go back.

I would LOVE to give a 5 star but have to give 4 stars. The cabin is AMAZING! The back deck with hot tub and tv was a huge hit for the kids. The location is the best. You are close to many hiking destinations. The 4 star is due to cleanliness. We found medication pills and water bottles beside and under bed. Other than that, we had an AMAZING time and will definitely be visiting again!!

My son and his four children and myself. The property was amazing. We will stay there again.

First of all, this is an unbelievable value. You get your money's worth for sure. The cabin is very nice, it's well stocked with all the necessities you will need, and the location is perfect. The view from the porches & balcony is incredibly relaxing. But the screened-in deck and oversized jacuzzi was by far our favorite part of the cabin. We spent most of our time there grilling, eating, and soaking in the hot tub. Also, kudos to the owner Craig. His communication with us was excellent and he was very attentive to our needs along with suggestions on local activities and restaurants. We will be back again this Summer. A+++

Loved the Bearitall cabin. Had an amazing time with beautiful views all around. Would definitely book again

The cabin is in a great location if you’re looking for seclusion. It was further than I thought it would be from Helen but location wasn’t bad. The beds were horrible. The sheets on the main level and the downstairs beds did not fit, thee pillows were disgusting, the beds were hard as a rock. Checkout process seemed a bit ridiculous. We had to wash and dry towels and start sheets in the wash. The cabin was not as clean as I’d have liked. It was dusty and stuff flew out of the vents when we turned on the heat. Overall I would not stay here again and my party of 7 agrees.

Had a great time at the Bear it All cabin with my husband & toddler! The house is very spacious, comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed to cook at the house, too! The porch with the hot tub and TV made for relaxing evenings and the easy-to-use fireplace made everything even more cozy. We enjoyed it a lot!

Great cabin that had everything we needed and more. The only problem we had was that we wished we could've stayed longer.

Just a few days get away with the wife for our anniversary. Ate and shopped in Helen, just a short drive away. Mostly stayed in the cabin, enjoying the fire place and the hot tub. Great quiet pace to relax and recharge. Already planning to return next year.

We stayed for a short weekend fall trip. It was spacious and provided a lot of privacy for those looking to go to bed early. The hot tub was amazing for a cold fall night. The mattress aren’t the best for anyone with back problems or complications from injuries but that could be easily remedied by packing a gel topper if absolutely necessary.

The property was clean and very relaxing and close to downtown blairsville. We definitely stay again.

We spent the weekend here and had a great time. House was clean and check-in was easy. It should be noted it is a gravel driveway for those that don't have a truck or SUV. The location is nice and quiet, and we enjoyed the ping pong table. It was close enough to drive downtown and even to Helen. The beds are a little uncomfortable is probably my only negative!

Loved this cabin! It is off the main road, very quiet and peaceful area. My family of 5 had plenty of space, loved having the separation of rooms on each floor. The back screened in porch was wonderful to sit out at night.

I will try to be as brief as possible. This property is not as it states on the listing and definitely not as the photos suggest. The cabin was and is not cleaned as we have experienced with other rentals. The mattresses are old, lumpy and dirty. The mattress covers are torn and not sanitized. The comforters have not be washed in awhile. The owner and/or lister was not proactive to the problems we encountered. Cabin has an issue with carpenter bees and ants. The ants are inside the cabin. Kitchen appliances are very dirty and not being cleaned. The outside has overgrown shrubs and not being maintained. The decks and outside stairs are rotted and covered with moss and/or mold, making them slippery when it rains, a hazard. The rain gutters are clogged with leaves and debris, rain goes over the gutters and onto the deck outside. I sent all this info to the owner and spoke on the phone with him. Showed no concern, at all!! I expected some compensation for this, none was offered. I have photos to show all of this, which was sent to owner. Nothing was fixed during the stay. No satisfied or happy with this stay.

The initial drive up was very narrow but easily drivable. The house was gorgeous and clean. Would definitely stay again.

I love this cabin. Love the location and the peacefulness. It is always clean and everything works. This was my second time renting it and I know it won’t be last time. Y’all check it out . It’s worth it.

The cabin was nice very peaceful and quiet. If that's what you're looking for this cabin is perfect. The only complaint is that the mattresses need to be replaced other than that it was perfect for us

Only 4 of us were able to make it. It was enjoyable. I liked that it was only a short ride into Helen Ga pretty area.

Property needs a few minor upgrades like light bulbs replaced light switches need to operate fans and all fans need to work as well as porch lights.. needs new shades and comforters needs to be cleaned drapes need fixing need a good slicing peeling knife just minor stuff and a good deep cleaning but we enjoyed our stay never the less

The cabin was perfectly located to spend the day in Helen or Blue Ridge. It was clean and cozy. We loved the hot tub after we figured out how to operate it. You may want to bring your own pillows because the ones supplied were not very comfortable but the bed was nice.

My husband and I were pleased that the cabin looked just like the pictures. The floors and counters were clean. The bedding and towels smelled fresh. The cupboards were stocked with lots of basic cooking tools. However, the cute décor above the cupboards, the decorations on the mantle as well as the mirrors in the bathroom were in need of a deep clean.

Very quiet area tucked high in the mountains with beautiful views.

We had our family Christmad in Helen this year and stayed in Blairsville. Our host and cabin was everything we imagined and then some. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway this is the perspective spot to go with awesome host. Our family had the best Christmas ever!!

Couldn’t get into the cabin until a day after we were suppose to check in and couldn’t get ahold of the owner. VRBO had to put us up in a hotel. The hotel was less than idea. The police responded to the hotel several times during the night and it was very dirty. The Cabin once we got into it was great and clean. In the 40 or so hours we were actually in the cabin the water went out twice.
